Very comfortable rooms and facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Clean.We were upgraded to a villa with private pool -an unexpected and excellent surprise! |

Overall lay out of the facility/grounds and the beach front location. Ease of access to the hotel location, underperforming HVAC inside the room and limited parking for rental cars. |

The location is great. The staff was very unfriendly and inefficient. They first tried to redirect a friend I was staying with to another hotel, although she had exactly the same reservation I had. They also had us pay in advance, which is quite unusual. At breakfast they remove your plates in an excessive hurry. Upon leaving it took them ten minutes to acknowledge that we had already paid. |

The village area is very large and the public outdoor spaces are beautiful in their simplicity, and very well kept. Access to the sea and to a number of large pools allows to enjoy the sun and playing with water in your favourite way. The beach area is beautiful and very well kept. The sea is clean and immediately accessible. Excellent international breakfast buffet. Free wifi in the public areas, included the pool-side and part of the beach. The lobby area lacks light, feels stuffy and is full of mosquitos. The conference center associated to the hotel has the same problem, to a higher level, it completely lacks natural lighting and is furnished in a cheap and dates way. Absolutely not recommended. Overall, the hotel is the classic "all-inclusive" place, accordingly crowded. Despite the surface appearance, the quality of customer care you get is mass-tourism quality. A colleague of mine was denied check in at the hotel with a booking.com reservation, and had to argue not to be transferred to a nearby hotel. There is no wifi or wired Internet in the rooms. TV screen are small, with few satellite channels. Overall, this is not a 5-star hotel: 4-star public spaces and 3-star rooms |

We booked the Knossos Royal Village but were sent to the Royal Mare Village at arrival, which was very good. Rooms were very spacious and clean, stuff very friendly, the beach was not overcrowded and nice and the brakfast and dinner buffet was very ok, in addition there was an "a la carte restaurant". no child keeping or baby sitter facilities for small children, more a wellness hotel for couples, singles or families with "big" children. Drinks were not included in the "breakfast/dinner" formula which made it more expensive in the end of the stay. |

Propreté de la chambre, belles piscines, jardins bien entretenus jus d'orange et viennoiseries indignes d'un 5 étoiles, payer un supplément vue sur mer pour avoir vue sur le jardin (vue sur mer au loin en se penchant au balcon), clientèle pas très cosmopolite (surtout Russe) |

Ik was hier voor een zakelijke conferentie maar kan mij voorstellen dat het ook voor een vakantie voor een gezin dat van water en strand houdt een prima locatie kan zijn, Beetje in de "middle of nowhere"... Eigen auto is wel een pre! |

"Guest Relations" und Service beim Essen sehr gut ! Auch der Zimmer-service kann als sehr gut bezeichnet werden ! Die Bodenplatten rund um den Pool und auf Treppen sehr rutschig, weil jeweils am Morgen durch das Personal nass gereinigt aber nicht getrocknet. Ich bin persönlich bei einem Sturz auf der Treppe verunfallt. Frau Antonia Topolinaki (Guest Relations) hat sich ausserordentlich freundlich um mein Problem gekümmert, sodass ich die Ferien doch noch geniessen konnte. |

La beauté des jardins extérieurs ; l'esthétique des bâtiments et les décorations ; la plage agréable bien qu'il ne s'agisse pas de sable fin. Situation géographique (pratique, pour couvrir l'est de l'île). Les buffets du restaurant principal ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, même en Grèce : Qualité correcte mais peu de renouvellement et présentations quelconques (impression "cantine +") |
