Very beautiful view

Bathroom very unconfortable, breakfast just acceptable

Fantastic view.

1. The two-bed rooms have a common veranda-not mentioned before booking. 2. The two-bed rooms had a severe problem with mould (windows were fully open when arrived but the smell was distinctive). 3. The room was full of centipedes and slow-worms (not romantic at all!). 4. Poor cleanliness of the room. 5. Not professional and reliable manager: He insisted that was not aware of the insects, although WC windows around the hotel were covered with insect-net, and lied to us in order to catch a more expensive room (No 12) saying that we would probably stay until the evening (by paying our portion) although he knew that he had already booked the room to some Canadian travellers. 6. Very poor breakfast (e.q., you have to ask for water!). 7. Very steep road for the parking. 8. The WC of the advertisement photos do not look like the WC we had!!!

The view is beautiful. The room is clean and confortable. Everything is beautiful. The host is very helpful in finding the right program for us.

They don't have room service, neither a telephone in the room. The shower is not powerful. The breakfast they have is not so good.

Nice views. Nice rooms. Frendly staff. there is a beach down the clife if you are ready for a 5min climb (each direction).

No swiming pool - make sure you don't care for it in a hot summary day.

Wi fi was in and out of reception in room but fine on balcony.

The owner was very helpful, after we arrived he drove us down to our room so that we don't have to carry our baggage down the way (the way down is very steep). He also helped us to rent a car right away and on the last day printed out our check-in confirmation for our flight. The view from the villa is great and you can have your privacy because the area is not packed with tourists unlike Fira or Oia. To get down to Calderra beach you can just walk down. The breakfast was standard but you have enough choices.

The in the bathroom still has some residue but we think that's normal for island water.

The staff of this great hotel was the best and most helpful and useful of any hotel we have ever stayed at worldwide. The view from our room and from the entire location is unbelivable. You are on the side of the cauldera with a porch looking down into the water and volcano center. Can see other towns around the rim of the cauldra and many cruise ships and boats arriving daily. We have stayed here 2 times now and would recommend it to those that are physically able to walk up and down the steep slopes.

Thsi is not a complaint but a comment on the hotel. It is on the steep slope of the cauldra and you must be physically abl to climb up the walks and drive. I recommend an automatic transmission car if you want a car.

The hotel manager is a very pleasant person to deal with and he went out of his way to make our stay a remarkable experience. We arrived early and were told we could relax in the lounge while our room was being prepared with basic drinks on the house. The view from our room over the Caldera was exceptional. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and we loved relaxing on our private balcony while having some wine. In the end, we felt we got much more than what we paid for.

Les chambres sont propres et confortables et le point de vue est formidable. Le personnel qui fait les chambres est chaleureux et sympathique.

Le manager est antipathique. La moindre question l'ennuie et l'oblige à sortir de son fauteuil devant sa télé. La salle de bain est un gros scandale pour 80 euros la nuit: elle est toute petite, la douche n'a pas de pression et l'eau très mal dessalé. Le petit déjeuner est cheap au possible. Enfin, l'endroit est loin de toute commodités: pas de bus, pas de loueur de véhicule de locomotion. A fuir.
