A small hotel built in the 1860s in the Old Town near to the orginal Harbour. Surrounded by history with Fort Neuf on the doorstep. Lots of places to eat and shop around the hotel. The Hotel is very clean and staff excellent and it is very quaint. Not an ideal hotel for people with young children, or if you have limited mobility because it was built in the days when land was very limited, so is tall and narrow. |

Staff were really nice, breakfast good value, straight out of hotel and into the shops! It is a shame but has to be one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever had the misfortune to sleep in! |

A beautiful restored old hotel with character - superb views over bay. Great location for the old town, shops start at corner of hotel. Very helpful staff. Can get noisy outside - if that bothers you then, sadly, you may have to miss this real treat. Ask for third or fourth floor (quieter). |

Close to port. If you just need to sleep somewhere and leave early in the morning, this hotel is a good choice. Room was small, price was too high. |

Good location overlooking harbour, walking distance from most sites. Helpful staff. Hotel has character, but is looking a bit run-down. Taxi rank just outside hotel. Good traditional restaurant just below hotel (Black Cat). Tiny lift (but at least there was one). Very noisy room - road outside is very busy, and the port is pretty noisy. Windows were not up to the job of keeping out the noise. Walls quite thin too. |

some people of the staff were kind rooms very small, problem of noise, very poor sounisolation, couldn't relax not even for a while because I could hear all guest of other rooms speaking, snoring, walking (wooden floors very old). Not at all good value for money even if it is less expensive than other hotels. that hotel shouldn't cost more than 30 euros per night per room at high season. |
