Quiet (mid Oct). On beach. my room 828 had small swimming pool which was an unexpected bonus, and short walk to beach. All seating facilities bar and poolside were ample for the number of guests staying. The food choice and quality was excellent.

We couldn't really fault anything for a hotel in this part of the world; however being ultra critical the spar showers in lady's changing need modernising.

Kontokali Bay Hotel is a nice hotel in a convenient location for both the city of Corfy and also for little excursions in to the island. The outside space is wonderful, very green with mature olive trees and an excellent located suimming pool.

Internet connection was a nightmare. We stayed for a week and we managed to log on only a couple of times.

Poor wifi, very slow, would rather pay for better one

The location is stunning, and the design of the hotel has maximized the sea view, and the beauty of the Kontokali pennisular. All rooms overlook either the sea or the marina. The swimming pool is modern, and beautifully landscaped, so that you feel like you are swimming in the sea. The staff are friendly, but not too friendly, and highly professional. The rooms are very elegant and modern. The fact that it's only 15 minutes to Corfu town is a huge plus, for getting from the airport, and also for using their free shuttle to the town in the day.

The food is a little bit mass-produced and the main half board dinning room is quite noisy and busy. However, my children loved being able to help themselves quickly to a whole range of food that they thought was great. It would just be nice if there were other child friendly restaudrants on the resort in the evening, such as a pizzareria, or seafood restaurant. The area outside the hotel is quite scruffy and roads in Corfu are very potholed and sometimes dangerous.

Excellet location, ideal for families with small children, safe.

I had made our booking a couple of months before our trip for a family room & when we went to check in we were told we were in a bungalow, at first I thought we may have been upgraded but when we were shown the room, I felt like crying, it was dark, dated and very narrow with no extra bed or cot as I had requested, had some trouble with reception trying to sort this, we were told the hotel was fully booked until mid july, finally got a room at basement level, which was fine but not as nice as hotel website photos. Food and beverages are quite expensive, very dissappointed with the kids club, we thought there would have been activities but really it's a tiny creche/playground with a small pool. Breakfast is due to finish at 10:30 but by 10.10 staff are flying around trying to remove as much as possible, it all feels a bit hurried, so i'd recommend getting up earlier!

The resort is 20 mins / 20 euros taxi ride from the airport terminal. Upon our arrival we had a very warm welcome and our bags soon disappeared to the Presidential suite, a complete surprise to us! The staff are genuinely friendly. As we had only booked BB we had buffet lunches in the Akti beach tavern, dinner in the main restaurant and for two special evenings (for us), in the Asterias à la carte restaurant. The food was wonderful. Lunchtime barbeques and salads, Greek yoghurt and honey (the best). Good choice for evening meals and entertainment after 9:30 most nights. The food presentation in the Asterias was exceptional; they even made us a cake for our wedding anniversary. We made very good use of the Spa and had many treatments including massages, body wraps and facials, fingers and toes! They are lovely ladies who run the Spa. The hydrotherapy pool is bracing! 40% of guests return. We met english couples who had been over 12 times. We can’t wait to return, this was our best holiday ever.

Great hotel with great staff! Good location, 15 min from airport with taxi, 10 min from Corfu city with taxi!

Tarifs trop élevés pour les massages.

Diria que casi todo . Muy tranquilo , confortable y con vistas al mar y las montanias a lo lejos que dejaban extasiados.

внимательный и вежливый персонал, спокойная, тихая обстановка и чистота в отеле и номере, большая зеленая ухоженная территория отеля, чистое море и прекрасный обустроенный пляж, комплекс услуг в зоне spa, необыкновенной красоты вид на море и острова, и что очень хорошо - мало русских.

понравилось все, кроме: - маленькая банка пива в отеле - 4 евро, через дорогу в магазине 10 штук за 6.5 евро, - бутылка обычного сухого вина на ужин 25-30 евро, в магазине 6-8 евро. ну что поделаешь с греками, кризис он и в Греции кризис.

Хорошее расположение - пляж очень неплохой, достаточно полотенец/шезлонгов, до города Корфу с его церквями, сувенирными/меховыми магазинами десять мин езды на такси (15 евро в один конец), очень неплохие завтраки, правда к окончанию нашего пребывания, которое совпало с завершением сезона, разнообразие несколько уменьшилось.

К сожалению, стекло в ванной совешенно не закрывало от воды при принятии душа, в результате - ванная комната после принятия душа больше походила на мини-бассейн. Один день в номере не убирались, так до обеда мы повесили табличку "не беспокоить", а, видимо, после обеда - уже убирать не надо.

Здание и его сосотояние понравились. Без пафоса, но элегантно. Мелкие дополнительные приятности. Не перебарщивают абсолютно с греческим колоритом. Отдельное (на выступе берега) местоположение, поэтому нет транзита посторонних и шума дороги. Спокойно. Но думаю за это надо благодарить октябрь - потому что в деревне полно вилл и апартаментов, и в сезон люди, конечно, лежат на отельном пляже. Тем более, что в деревне висит объявление, которое их приглашает. Завтрак обильный и разнообразный. Ужин чересчур обильный, шумно и недешево. Ужинала в отеле только один раз. Но вдоль трассы (5 мин) полно таверн. Близко от города, хотя в маленький отельный автобус в Керкиру надо было записываться, но и на городском 20 минут до центра. В спа очень мило и без процедур, а уж с процедурами просто здорово. Но надо учесть сезон - в октябре многие бунгалло были заперты.

Короткий (в длину) пляж - нельзя гулять. Вообще нет места для моциона. В прекрасную Гувиа-марину, которую было видно из моего окна, можно было попасть только выйдя на шоссе. В тренажерном зале скудный набор тренажеров. Дорожки "пробеганы" до практически изменения рельефа полотна.

Rommet kunne trengt en oppussing, men det var rent og pent.

Hotel ligt dichtbij Kerkyra en de luchthaven. Mooi zwembad. Het ontbijt is zeer goed.

Het hotel heeft geen Griekse sfeer. Groot eetlokaal aan het strand, niet zo mooi. Kamers zijn niet bijzonder. Het strand is klein en tijdens ons verblijf overvol.

Les équipements, la plage privée, la piscine, le restaurant/grill au bord de la piscine, le confort

Le diner au restaurant principal (buffet) n'offre pas un choix très intéressant et est assez cher pour ce qui est proposé. Les chambres sont correctes mais pas exceptionnelles; on s'attend à un peu plus d'espace et de confort dans un 5 étoiles. Globalement un peu cher pour la prestation.

Die traumhafte Lage der Zimmer in Bungalows direkt am Strand. Die sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Zimmerfrau. Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet und vielfältig.

Keine Kritik, aber 2 Vorschläge: 1. Willkomm-Wein nicht nötig, dafür täglich eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer wäre schön. 2. Möglichkeit, sich für einen kleinen Aufpreis am Frühstücksbuffet ein Lunchpaket zusammenzustellen.

The staff of this hotel for its excellent and professional support. Guest relations staff was also helpful in meeting our complaints and requests.

Our reservation with booking.com was for a triple room. On arrival we were put on a family room (1st floor garden view) which was not cleaned properly had moisture smell and a really dim low light due its location. This room did not meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. Due to our complaints we were given a better bay view room. The only problem is that each room is a double room regardless of reservation. So even with a triple room reservation you end up with a double room and a sofa is converted to an extra bed.

Le petit déjeuner : manque de variété, pas de jus d'orange frais.

Importante establecimiento,comparado con los All inclusive, el desayuno es extremadamente abundante ,los precios de los servicios,razonables tomando en cuenta el nivel del hotel,sin dudas si regreso a corfu, Kontokali seguira albergandome...!!!!

El servicio de toallas arranca a las 10:00 am ,lo cual me parece tarde,tomando en cuenta que en verano hay gente,en la playa, a las 8:00 am....????
