Located on the beachfront, in the center of Kos Town, Kos Aktis is a luxurious, minimalist design hotel. It offers rooms with specially designed balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea. A piece of glass in the wall separates the bathroom from the bedroom giving a sense of transparency in the room. All Kos Aktis Art Hotel rooms are air-conditioned and come with a minibar, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. H2O Bar Restaurant offers Mediterranean and international dishes and a select wine list. Kos Aktis Art Hotel is a great place to stay and get relaxed. It has a great view so you feel that you stay on a ship.There is nothing between you and sea. The hotel is better than I saw it from webpage. I had great breakfasts there. Everything was fresh and delicious. The people who are working at the hotel was very kind. İ had great time in Kos. Nothing. I really liked it.

The best thing at the Kos aktis hotel was definetely its location as it was a 3 minute walk into town also the bus stops were 2 minute walk so this was a good point of course. Also when you have the door open you can hea the waves crashing on the shore as its literally right on beach. If you want loaction def choose this hotel. Also if anyone does stay in Kos go to harbour and go on the 3 island trip vathi(kalymnos), plati and pserimos but make sure you go the boat called the Odysey !!! there food entertainment enviroment is simply fab !! The only thing I didnt like about this hotel was really the gym, for a fourstar charging a little more than 100 a night there should have been a fully equipped gym and a pool however you are allowed to use the sister hotels facilities for free which is only down the road.

An excellent design hotel with a fabulous position right on the beach.in fact the front terrace ,which all rooms overlook ,is the beach .it was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the sea and the sun steaming through the open window. An exciting fusion of nature and modern design Also perfect breakfast on the terrace Nothing at all

Welcoming and helpful staff. Pleasant, comfortable room with an interesting view over the sea and across to Turkey. Food was excellent, with a wide selection for breakfast and a good, varied menu in the restaurant in the evening, served on the terrace above the beach. Conveniently located for a short walk into Kos Town and for the harbour for the inter-island ferries. The hotel beach is shingle and narrow, we preferred to drive to other beaches but many people did use the hotel beach for a swim. The hotel has no car park so we had to rely on street parking. That said, we did not have any problem finding a space close to the hotel (<100 metres) during our week stay.

I wanted to stay at Kos Atkis hotel to have a relaxing evening and to unwind. I wanted peace, quiet, and to hear the ocean. The hotel was full and my room was right over an indoor/outdoor bar/cafe. There wasn't the privacy that their website had displayed. There was also a tree in front of my window. There was one set of towels, instead of the usual two sets. When I tried to watch tv, a big transformer on the back made a loud buzzing sound. I asked them to fix it, and later that night, it still made the sound. Let in the evening, the bar still played loud music. I had to sleep with the door closed and ear plugs. I called the front desk, and nothing changed. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and Kos Atkis still has a ways to go. Had my room been in a different location and on a different floor, I think it would have been a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a oasis of peace in the island of the massive tourist hotels. It is in an excellent location in the middle of Kos town right on the sea. A great wakeup view from your private terrace. The H2O restaurant in the hotel is sublime. Great food and extremely friendly staff. Worth the trip!

Kos aktis art hotel has a good location in the center of Kos town, the hotel has balcony with amazing view over the sea. The room is modern, an the service at the hotel is very good. Very good breakfast with friendly staff. We have no problem to recomend this hotel to anyone. We had the pleasure to visit patmos aktis hotel also on our trip an can recomend this highly to, just 2,5 hours with boat to patmos from Kos harbour.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel. Close to the beach, at a walking distance to the city of Kos. The rooms are oriented sea side with a beautiful view on the sea and on Turkey. Very quiet situation. No traffic noise. Excellent for vacations.In addition, wonderful breakfast. I would recommand this hotel to people who want to enjoy their vacations.

The design of the hotel is good, combining aesthetic appeal with comfort. The hotel bedrooms, with their huge windows overlooking the sea, have a feeling of relaxation. I liked the fact that each room has a balcony with chairs and table. The dining room is well situated with its choice of eating inside or outside, next to the sea. Finally, the hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and tracked down my purse which I'd left on the plane.

The hotel restaurant food and its staff were excellent, the hotel was a beautiful location with direct access to the beach and I would highly recommend breakfast on the balcony. Unfortunatley a slight annoyance was that I booked a double room for my husband and myself only to be given a twin and told by most uncaring staff when I asked for the double that I needed to requesst this when booking. They need to fix this glitch in their booking system because to me double means double not twin. I also thought reception staff let the place down prefferring to spend time on personal phone calls rather than attend to guests at the desk.
