Architettura interessante, buona posizione nell'isola e vista mare da tutte le stanze. Da segnalare colazione a buffet superba!! effettivamente la sera sale un po' di rumore dal bar sottostante le stanze, ma basta chiudere la finestra... |

Ottimo appoggio prima del volo di ritorno a casa . Possibilità di rilassarsi sdraiati sulle sdraio a disposizione degli ospiti fronte mare. Ottimo il ristorante dell'hotel H2O . |

The position on the sea between the port and the marina - perfect for us as we love the sea, sailing and boats. The mention of a pool was an attraction but the reality of it was extremely disappointing. You should not include the pool on your advertising as a feature - our fish pond is bigger!! |

Very good location and nice design. Room view was excellent. Restaurant is also good, although it is on the high side. Nice place to spend a weekend. Not attractive for sea lowers. No beach, just a little strip. Building breaking the sun after 15:00.I wouldn' t recommend to families with children but for couple and short stay it was excellent. |

This hotel has a great location and a very nice view of the sea from each room. The H2O restaurant on the waterfront is also quite nice. I had dinner there twice and enjoyed the food. However, I thought that the furniture in my room looked a bit old, of poor quality and the night table was very scratched. Generally, I got the impression in this hotel that they seemed to have wanted to create an impression of a quality boutique hotel without spending too much on quality furniture. The breakfast buffet looked nice but the food was not good. Some of the fruit had gone bad but was still on the buffet. I think overall, I would still recommend to stay at this hotel based on its location but would suggest not to have breakfast there. |

The hotel is located right on the beach and is within walking distance from the Old Town of Kos. The room is spacious, nicely decorated, and has a big balcony with a unique view to the Turkish coast. The hotel's H2O restaurant is one of the best in town. |

View is incredible; there is only Sea from the window. When you are in bath, you can open a small store and see the view even there. It is only 5-6 minutes of walk from the Kos center and this is irreplaceable. For sunbathing, there are 10-12 chaise longues (it was enough) without interacting with sand. For swimming, there are small rocks but it was very clean. There are 2 things: first one is restaurant is a little expensive compared to outside restaurants (H2O restaurant is well known in Kos and considered as one of the best so the food is very nice and I can easily say price/quality ratio is very good - your money is not wasted but it is not cheap...). Second one is the glass separators (not transparent) in the balconies have 5-10 cm of distance from the wall and you can see your neighbour from some angles - they put small tulle curtains to correct. So you have to force yourself to find a negative aspect of the hotel. (one last comment - internet is not free) |

Fantastische Lage, sehr tolles Raumkonzept. Viel Platz und Stauraum und der beste Blick auf das Mehr in Griechenland. Frühstücksbuffet für Griechenland auch sehr gut. Schade das die Zimmer nicht so sehr gepflegt waren. Die großen Glasflächen z.b. leider sehr verschmiert was schade ist bei so tollem Design. |

αισθανόμασταν πως είμασταν ενα με τον εξωτερικό χώρο που μας περιέβαλε. οι τοίχοι του δωματίου δεν νιώσαμε, ούτε για μια στιγμή, πως μας είχαν περιορίσει. οργανωμένη ενημέρωση για τις πραγματικές πολιτιστικές ομορφιές που διαθέτει το νησί. η διεύθυνση του ξενοδοχείου θα μπορούσε να το είχε φροντίσει αυτό, για όσους δεν επιθυμούν να έχουν απλά μια συμβατική ολιγοήμερη διαμονή με μπάνια στις πλαζ και καλό φαγητό. |

η θεα στη θαλασσα, το πρωινο, τα φοβερα δωματια, το προσωπικο, η εξυπηρετηση, τα μπαλκονια να γινει πισινα, να μην υπαρχει η δυσαρεστη μυρωδια καυσιμου στους διαδρομους, να μην ειναι διαφανες το μπανιο, οποιος ειναι μεσα φαινεται απο εξω απο τις πλαγιες τρυπες-χαραμαδες |
