impressed by excellent staff who all went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Lovely bellboy who made particular efforts to show interest in our holiday and to present room facilities. Lovely 2 floor maisonette style apartment room - nice balcony overlooking the pool and as per our request for evening sunshine. Hotel also responded to our request for late checkout by allocating an alternative room to allow us to shower prior to departure. Complimentary wine and water nice touch. Beautiful a la carte meal in upper floor restaurant - excellent service. Lovely clean and well maintained grounds with choice of pools and beach. Well stocked mini mart. Fantastic breakfast choice. Unfortunate setting near to sewerage plant - odours can be smelt at times. Expected a slightly more exclusive, adult experience... in reality the hotel does seem to cater for families on an all inclusive deal/package. Whilst this is not a direct criticism of the hotel we did feel the hotel is sold as spa luxury experience which in reality appeared to be a quality family hotel. We enjoyed our one night stay very much, having spent the previous fortnight on Patmos...but wouldn't choose for a longer break. Although I would definitely recommend to friends with kids, who wish to stay on larger Greek island.

Beautiful views from the hotel, relaxed, very comfortable. Huge breakfast selection. Inside pools working only till 6pm. Inside seawater pool is additional 35 euro extra charge...

The pools and the gardens are great The beach in front of the hotel is not so good. The location of the hotel (Psalidi) probably has the least good beaches of the island. If you want majestic beaches you should go at Kefalos. The hotel is a massive hotel so peace and quite at the pool front is not guaranteed.

Pools are great , friendly staff, good food, nice rooms, 10 eur for taxi to city center, there is free wireless internet but disconnects all the time, beach is not nice, full of stones

The food is very good , swimming pool perfect and also possible to swim in the sea. The rooms are small and the beds are not very comfortable.The free wireless internet is not reliable for in case you want to use is for business.

Hotel Kos i̇mperial,bulunduğu mevkii itibarıyle sehire yakın,taxi 10 euro'ya sizi tam merkez bırakıyor.Restaurant'ta ki vede havuz kenarında ki servis elemanları kibar ve hizmetleri gayet iyi,sabah kahvaltısındaki çeşitliliği de yeterli miktarda.Otelin yerleşim düzeni gayet iyi.. Otelin resepsiyonu elemanlarını tutumu iyi değil,otelin deniz kenaırdaki plajı iyi organize edilmemiş deniz çok taşlı yani deniz için ideal bir otel değil,otel oda ve resepsiyon hizmetlerinden memnun kalmadık,yaklaşımlarının pek iyi olduğu söylenmez.

şEhre çok uzak değil. Samimi ve güleryüzlü bir çalışanlar topluluğu var. Küçük bir araba kiraladık ve bayram tatilinde adanın her yerini gezdik. Ancak eğlence açısından çok kısır bir tatil yeri. Adada Yunan müziği yapan bir yer bulamadık (turistik olmayan). Kos'a iki gün yeter, bir kez gidildikten sonra bir daha gidilmez.

C'est un hôtel qui vous illumine, vous êtes pris en charge par le personnel sans devoir passer par la réception. Celle-ci reste totalement discrète. C'est un hôtel dans lequel il est agréable de circuler, les gens sont accueillants, le personnel souriant et agréable. Les piscines sont belles, le restaurant en face de la plage est excellent et le cadre ravissant! En règle générale, le cadre était magnifique, seul regret ne pas avoir eu le temps de faire du SPA. Seule chose la télévision dans la chambre occupée était obsolète, il manque un, lecteur dvd comme au Hilton, pour les clients francophones seuls avec des enfants à qui les nuits peuvent paraître trop longues. Cdt La chose que je n'ai pas aimé: C'est le manque de communication: lorsque j'ai demandé une nuit suppl. on m'a répondu ok mais la communication n'est pas passée entre le personnel qui pensait que je partais... La télévision! Elle date des années 70'

Odaların genişliği,düzeni,temizliği harika. çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çok sıcak. Kahvaltısı muhteşem.yok yok yani. Havuzlar ve bahçe düzenlemesi çok iyi. Kendine ait plajı var ve oldukça güzel.Su sporlarını yapma imkanı mevcut. Merkeze çok yakın. Taksiyle 10€ ya da otobüsle 1,5€.Otelin hemen önünde otobüs durağı var.Kolayca şehre gidip gelebiliyorsunuz. Dana etli ürünler bulmakta sorun yaşayabilirsiniz. Domuz etli ürünler var.

Nydelig eksklusivt hotell og maten var helt fantastisk. Til tross for buffet servering var maten en opplevelse, den beste vi har vært ute for på noe annet hotell. De eksklusive omgivelsene og profesjonell service bidra også til gode opplevelser I restaurantene. Bassengområdet var veldig kjekt for barna, og har store arealer med vel 1 meters dybde slik at man kan kaste ball og leke I bassengene. Både ferskvanns og saltvannsbasseng. Hotellet ga oss virkelig en luksuriøs ferie. Det går buss til Kos by hvert kvarter fra hotellet. Til tross for renslighet til fingerspissene I restaurantene og alle fellesområdene, kunne rommet gjerne vært renere, og det var utrivelig at det kom småmaur inn på badet. Stranden er ikke noe særlig å bade fra. Steinete og grumsete på bunnen. Det eneste som trakk oppholdet ned var rommene, og stranden.

Malgré la taille importante de l'hotel, la répartition de pavillons dasn un très grand jardin permet de conserver une relative tranquillité. très beau jardin, avec plusieurs piscines et pièces d'eau : décor très rafraichissant, même pendant les chaleurs de l'été. Excellente nourriture (énorme buffets de petit déjeuner et restaurant à la carte le soir). Personnel compétent et très attentif

Tolle Pool-Anlage mit Karibik-Charakter. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet. Restaurant sehr gut. Strand schmal, dunkler Sand, viele Steine. Zimmerreinigung erst nach Reklamation sehr gut. In der Poolbar musste man das Personal (z.T. junge, sehr nette Polinnen) erst auf die mit Vogelkot verschmutzen Stullehnen hinweisen.Später waren alle Stühle sauber.

Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal sowohl an Rezeption als auch im Restaurant und Zimmerservice, sehr gepflegte Aussenanlagen und Poollandschaft, Hotel wirkt durch architektonische Anordnung wesentlich kleiner, als die Anzahl der Zimmer vermuten liesse. Leider ist der Strand sehr schmal und steinig, Badeschuhe empfehlenswert
