Soacious reception area and bar terrace with views to sea. Well proportioned room, nice balcony with sea view. Good quiet air conditioning. Excellent breakfast buffett, lots of choice. Convenient beach bar and al la carte resteraunt.

Poor shower (head needed replacement) Beach towel exchange a little inconvenient.

We have got an upgrade from a room with a limited sea view to a room right at the sea front. The facilities are, generally, well kept. The breakfast (included) was fine - even with drinkable Prosecco - although did not change from one day to another. The staff are very good, efficient and willing to help.

Generally, I liked the hotel so the following deficiencies are from the nitpicking category: 1. Wi-Fi was promised but not delivered, the signal was so weak that it was mostly unavailable and otherwise too slow to be useful. 2. The toilet door was not lockable. 3. The key cards did not work very well (had to try many times) and once had to go to the reception to reset them. 4. Poolside bar is rather expensive (11 euro for a mediocre cocktail).

Hotel ıs 5 minutes to Kos Town. There is a bus station in front of the hotel and it passes every twenty minutes. With taxi 10 Euros. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very good. We didnt use the pool or sea becouse the weather was cool. But im sure it is very good in summer. The beach is unfourtantly stone. Very good sea view from the room.

There should be more English channels. Wifi only in the lobby.

Staff, sport facilities, breakfast, our private pool

We loathed the entertainment and associated noise. It made the hotel feel like a cheap package deal holiday place and it was difficult to avoid the noise as it was right in the middle of the hotel. Thankfully we had a room with a private pool, so we were at least partially shielded.

Waterfront dining Pools Lunchtime Seafood restaurant Great breafast buffet Easy bus service into Kos town

Wifi only in lobby Only one a la carte restaurant in evening which seemed to be unable to cater for more than a few tables Lobby bar closed during the day Cutting corners - poor toiletries, no hair conditioner, restaurants closed during high season Impractical modern 4 poster bed in bedroom which swamped the room and blocked tv view Drinks/Buffet dinner expensive Minimal entertainment Was obviously once a five star but now charges 5* price without the quality/standards

    the food .

-room cheapness aspect, wheiter comportament-some--NO Wi-Fi!!!! sauna --extra cost!!!!in a 5 star hotel!!!!! the superb nature of a cosmopolite island versus a cheap aspect of a deaseaving hotel.this is a copy of what it could be a first class hotel, wich is not!!! avoid hireing car from KOSMOS!! is double the price of all others!!! and a very cheap comportament of the front representative. go to Kos! avoid grecotel.!
