Score from 379 reviews Very good
Located on the beachfront, in the center of Kos Town, Kos Aktis is a luxurious, minimalist design hotel. It offers rooms with specially designed balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea.
Score from 262 reviews Excellent
Set amidst a landscape garden decorated with artworks, Neptune Hotel features 5 swimming pools and 7 bars, within 3 miles from Mastichari Village in Kos.
Score from 59 reviews Wonderful
Quietly situated in the town of Kos, family-run Hotel Sonia is just 100 metres from the beach and just 50 metres from restaurants and shops.
Score from 162 reviews Very good
Hotel building, large swimming pools, layout, staff, facilities for children -the Ukrainian staff member Ksusha was v good with our daughter, excellent fresh food with half board - good quality&variety every day
Double room had 2 single beds slid together with separate sheets! Some lifts broke down regularly which was difficult with a toddler asleep in buggy. Drinks a bit over priced. Would still recommend though, +ive's made up for this
Near kos harbour, nice suroundings
no breathtaking views like other grecotels (see Kyllini) ,no beach for walking, no double beds
The variety of entertainment was good overall for all ages Swimming pools excellent play areas for children available Activities during the day varied from competitions to workouts if required
Wifi was very poor intermittent at most and not accessible in all areas needs improving Also could of had viewing rooms to watch sport programmes not just the tennis in the conference room The drink prices were a tad expensive
Look like a village
Water flow was poor at the room
Soacious reception area and bar terrace with views to sea. Well proportioned room, nice balcony with sea view. Good quiet air conditioning. Excellent breakfast buffett, lots of choice. Convenient beach bar and al la carte resteraunt.
Poor shower (head needed replacement) Beach towel exchange a little inconvenient.
Staff are really helpfull and friendly
Very limited Wi-fi in lobby area and no wi-fi or cable internet in the rooms
We have got an upgrade from a room with a limited sea view to a room right at the sea front. The facilities are, generally, well kept. The breakfast (included) was fine - even with drinkable Prosecco - although did not change from one day to another. The staff are very good, efficient and willing to help.
Generally, I liked the hotel so the following deficiencies are from the nitpicking category: 1. Wi-Fi was promised but not delivered, the signal was so weak that it was mostly unavailable and otherwise too slow to be useful. 2. The toilet door was not lockable. 3. The key cards did not work very well (had to try many times) and once had to go to the reception to reset them. 4. Poolside bar is rather expensive (11 euro for a mediocre cocktail).
Hotel ıs 5 minutes to Kos Town. There is a bus station in front of the hotel and it passes every twenty minutes. With taxi 10 Euros. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very good. We didnt use the pool or sea becouse the weather was cool. But im sure it is very good in summer. The beach is unfourtantly stone. Very good sea view from the room.
There should be more English channels. Wifi only in the lobby.
bed wasn't good for my back
