Zwykle wybieram hotele ze względu na lokalizację: blisko starego miasta i stacji autobusowych lub kolejowych, ponieważ nie poruszamy się samochodem. Ten hotel ma wspaniałą lokalizację, z balkonu narożnego przepiękny widok na port i starą twierdzę. Ładny wystrój wnętrza. Obsługa przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Czysto.

Za lokalizację i widoki płaci się brakiem ciszy. W tym hotelu, mimo podwójnych szyb, jest b. głośno ze względu na przebiegającą pod nim bardzo ruchliwą trasę przelotową i restaurację nadmorską. Zwłaszcza w nocy z piątku na sobotę nie dało się praktycznie zasnąć. Śniadanie za dopłatą 5Eu mało urozmaicone.

Hotel bardzo komfortowy, świetna lokalizacja, miły oraz pomocny personel. Jak najbardziej polecam.

The staff is wonderful and the hotel is very well located. It's clean and a very good value for the money.

They don't seem to have enough rooms with double beds.

the location is quite convenient and the facilities are new. I would say it worth the price.

twin room has 2 single beds next to each other. That's a little bit in convenient cause I came with my friend. The reception said they don't have separated beds so we have to move them.

The room was very very small and the bathroom even smaller. If you leave one luggage on the floor you cannot move. Disappointing!

Great staff and location. My favourite time was in the evening on the balcony looking at the sea view and listining to the restaurant and traffic below.

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Sea view couldn't be beaten - although having the door open was pretty noisy due to the traffic, and noise of crashing waves! Location was great, very convenient for everything.

Bathroom felt a bit tired, and would have preferred a proper bathrooom door rather than the glass screen.

Pleasant hotel in good location close to all the best things in Heraklion. Friendly staff and very clean, good wi-fi connection and lovely views of the harbour. Parking nearby was relatively easy.

Why do european hotels never have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms? Just my personal whinge that applies to all eu hotels!

The people of Heraklion are incredibly friendly. It's a big party town with really good food and it's not that expensive. We had an amazing time.

The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Great location, easy to walk around the old town from here. Double glazing cuts out much of the street noise. Breakfast was a perfectly adequate self-service continental buffet.

The only minor complaint is that there were no kettles in the rooms, although reception staff were happy to help make a cup of tea to take to bed.

The waves were loud...maybe they need to invest in double or triple glazing?

The night-time receptionist (I think his name was Nikos) was very helpful. He was outraged that the taxi driver overcharged me 15 euros for the 10-minute drive from the airport. The hotel actually gave me back 5 euros the next day, because they made a complaint about that taxi driver! I got the impression the hotel owners are very honest and kind people.

Everything was great for a very reasonable price, except the fact that bbc is the only English tv channel.

Heraklion was the first of my destination to trip. After 24+ hours of flight+waiting+transfer, Kronos Hotel surprised us by providing a room with excellent view (full view of ocean). The hotel is in a very good location, near to center area / resturant / tranportation. Good breakfast, good wifi connectivity, friendly staff who gave us a lot of guidance, good value for money. I will recommend it to everyone who comes to Heraklion!

Relatively small bathroom.

I liked the warm, friendly hospitality. The hotel is very centrally located. It sits directly across the coast road from the sea and very near the old Venetian fort by the marina. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The manager allowed me to leave my bag while I went off sightseeing. Both the ferry and bus terminals are nearby.

Actually, there is nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

The location was good for visiting the city and also for taking coach trips to other parts of the Island of Crete. There was a good breakfast and friendly atmosphere. It was useful having free internet and printing facilities

Everything was great, i mean, all clean always, the wonderful treatment of the family that own the hotel, always there for us, they made us feel more than welcome, and they brought us the possibility to exchange many experiences with them, adviced us when we needed.. Maria and her mother made us felt more than a simple tourist that went to their hotel. The hotel is in an estrategic place and have beautiful sea views from the reception and from the rooms. Near everything you have to see in Heraklion, and to take any bus to go to knossos or archanes or other places you have the bus station at 10 minutes walk. And the hotel is at 2 minutes walk from the two better tavernas i went in iraklio one is beside the hotel and the other at 1 block. The room was clean, with nice decorations as all the hotel, its better as what you can see at the pictures. The bed was really comfortable. The location Not noiseful at all. So you have the awesome view, the wonderful location in the city of iraklio, the best tavernas beside, the kindest treatment driectly from the owners all in one hotel and without paying a fortune. What more can you ask for, go there and experience for yourself how is being in a hotel that really take care of you as a guest and have all working the way it has to, with respect of other cultures and individual ways of thinking.
