many small details in room & hotel need to be fixed (light, carpets, lift out of service during my stays,...)

It is a very nice City Hotel in the center of Sitia near to night clubs and bars. Nice view from the balcony Very nice and with variety breakfast buffet Very clean hotel , with smiley and helpful personnel Definitely i will choose it again next time i will be at sitia.

Some areas might need a renovation event thought my room was great and the furniture looks like new.

We verbleven maar 1 nacht, we hadden een ruime kamer, de wifi werkte wel niet in de kamer zoals gewenst het ligt dicht bij de haven, goed voor een wandeling na een daguitstap

Accueil sympathique au cours duquel notre hôte nous a offert des petits gâteaux crétois, un livre de photos et excursions à faire dans la région de Sitia, ainsi qu'une composition étoile de mer + coquillages en l'honneur du mariage récent du fils du patron ! Prix très compétitif, petits-déjeuners inclus : Krystal est l'hôtel le moins cher trouvé sur Booling.com pendant notre séjour en Crète.

Situé au centre ville mais très calme avec une vue splendide sur la mer. L'accueil est hyper gentil et la chambre propre avec un équipement irréprochable, (seche cheveux, confort divers etc ...). Il n'y a pas d'hésitation sur le choix de cet hotel si l'on veut séjourner à Sitia. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent

είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης κοντά στα καταστήματα και πηγαίνεις στην παραλία με τα πόδια. εχει πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, πρόθυμοι όλοι για ότι κι αν χρειαζόμασταν. σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ:-)

L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale essendo a 50 metro dal lungomare di Sitia. L'aspetto delle aree comuni trasferisce una sensazione di hotel datato e devo dire che l'impatto della condizione della moquette nei corridoi non aiuta. Le camere invece riscattano quanto visto all'esterno in quanto sono state aggiornate di recente e pulite. La colazione è nella norma e il wifi è disponibile solo alla reception. Il personale è molto gentile e di aiuto per indicazioni su spiagge e ristoranti. Se avete intenzione di visitare le spiagge di Vai o di Kato Zakros ricordatevi che siete comunque distanti...

βρώμικες πετσέτες σαν άπλυτες,το ξενοδοχείο βρωμούσε παντού,το πρωινό φτωχότατο!!!απορούμε πως είχε καλές κριτικές!!!αν είναι δυνατόν να λειτουργούν τέτοια ξενοδοχεία σε τουριστικές ειδικά περιοχές !!

sehr zentral (2min zum Hafen) gelegen. Wir hatten eine fantastische Aussicht über den Hafen und die Bucht ( Eckzimmer in der obersten Etage).

Ja, es ist kein neues Hotel mehr, aber mein Zimmer war super. Die Zimmer sind alle renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alte Möbel, Schöne Farbkombination was Wände, Möbel und Teppich angeht. Kein 0815. Ich hatte einen herrlichen Blick über die Stadt und auf das blaue Meer. Das Peronal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sitia ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Hier ist Kreta auch im Sommer noch in griechischer Hand. Yes,it´s not a new hotel, but my room was excellent. The rooms are clean and renovated and very nice. Old and beautiful furniture. A brilliant play between the colours of the walls, the furniture and the carpet. You feel the love of the designer. I had an excellent view on the town and the blue see. The stuff was really friendly and helpful.Sitia is really worth to visit. Here you find Crete still in the hands of Greeks, even in the smmer..

Es ist ein Stadthotel und deshalb hört man auch den Verkehr auf den Strassen. Aber ich habe auf Reisen immer Oropax dabei und mit zwei weit geöffneten Fenstern gut und fest geschlafen. It´s a city hotel. Therefore you hear the traffic. I always travel with earplugs and had with two widely open windows a peacefull night and a good sleep.

La habitación era muy bonita, con muebles blancos de madera y estilo rústico. Además, se veía el mar desde la ventana. Lástima que era bastante pequeña, como también lo era el baño. Nos dejaron una pequeña botella de vino y unas copas como bienvenida. El hotel reserva algunos sitios en su puerta, porque es dificil aparcar por la zona. Preguntad al llegar.

El baño era minúsculo y la cortina de ducha no era cuadrada como el plato, sino alargada, por lo que el water también se mojaba. El desayuno era un bufet bastante escaso. Cuidado con aparcar mal en los alrededores, porque multan.

Excellent location and reasonably priced. Decent buffet breakfast. Tastefully decorated room but I understand not all rooms were upto the same standard. 4th floor harbour view.

Lower floors did not have as good an outlook. No other major complaints - usual greek plumbing in the bathroom !

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very pretty - nice deco - and had balcony. Central location in Sitia.

My friend found the streets noisy at night and had trouble sleeping. I'm a heavy sleeper and had no problems with it, but if you're a light sleeper maybe look for a hotel further away from the harbour area.
