the staff was very friendly, very helpful always smiling..excellent breakfast buffet with good selection. the wireless internet was advertised on Bookings as being free, but i had to pay for it....alsowhen i asked for it they lady gave me the 120 min.which was which was 90 min..i did not know it was a choice. of 30 min. increments.i was never told i had to pay til checkout. |

The staff was very helpful, the room was large, very comfortable and clean and they even provided with a temporary room to leave our luggage in and have a shower (after we checked out on the day of departure). Breakfast was good too, although the serving hours could have been more extended. |

Centrally located, right across the markt. 15 min walk to KTEL bus station. 10 min to harbor or Turkish old neighborhood. Resourceful staff. Safe large enough for a small lap top. Room with a partial view of the old neighborhood. Sound proof room, quiet. Room looks old, low quality sheet, very firm bed. |

Κατά κύριο λόγο η θέση που βρίσκεται αυτό στο κέντρο της πόλης η οποία αφ΄ενός βρίσκεται κοντά στο παλιό λιμάνι για κάποιο περίπατο με τα πόδια και αφετέρου εξυπηρετεί πολύ τις μετακινήσεις (εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ταξί κ.λπ,) , σε συνδιασμό ασφαλώς με τις πολύ καλές συνθήκες διαμονής που προσέφερε. Δεν έχω πρόταση, γιατί λόγω της φύσεως της επισκέψεως μου στα Χανία ο χρόνος διαμονής μου στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ περιορισμένος. |
