Located in the center of Chania, Kydon Hotel is across from of the main market hall and just a short walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbor. Most of the guest rooms offer panoramic views of the Old Town, the Venetian Harbor and the Cretan Sea. On the second floor guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast buffet every morning, and relax with a coffee or drink at the bar in the evening. Location by the market and central to all of Chania. Bathroom / shower is too small.

We liked the city and the location of the Kydon Hotel. The free parking was also a plus. This hotel was very accessible to the old town and market area. It is in a great location to tour Chania. The breakfasts was a real plus. Lots of variety and food. The hotel is out of date. It needs to be remodeled. The AC in the room never really got cold and the beds were hard as a rock. The water in the bathroom never got hot and you always took a very cold to lukewarm shower and the location of the faucet in the shower was in a very inconvenient location. I left the hotel with several bruises from knocking the faucet and the soap holder. It is a very uncomfortable hotel. The rooms still use keys and the TV did not work and was an old tube tv.

I did not like how hard the beds were and the lack of a tub. I room was a little too warm due to the weakness of the air conditioner.

朝起きてみたら，バストイレのドアの鍵が，中からかかってしまったらしく，いくらやってもあかなかった．ホ- テルスタッフのところにいったら，開け方を教えてくれたので何とかなったが，朝の早い時間に出発しなければ- ならず，そのために時間を浪費してしまい，あせった． ホテルスタッフの対応をみると，このようなケースはよくあるようであったので，予め知らせてもらうか，その- ようなことがないようなドアにしてもらいたい．

ηταν πολυ καθαρο! ειχε τελειο πρωινο ! και οι εργαζομενοι ηταν πολυ ευγενικοι ολοι! σε γενικεσ γραμμεσ εμεινα ευχαριστημενη..ενα παραπονο εχω μονο ωσ ελληνιδα πελατησα περιμενα ενα δωματιο ωραιο με θεα εστω την αγορα (δηλ.μπροστα)μιασ και ειχα να κανω διακοπεσ 5 χρονια και με τοσο κοπο καταφερα να ερθω εστω για 3 μερεσ...στισ φωτογραφιεσ σασ το μονοκλινο οντωσ ηταν μεσα στην ανεση..δεν μπορω να πω οτι η θεα στο παρκινκ και το τοσο μικρο δωματιο ηταν αυτα που περιμενα! αλλα κατα τα αλλα ολα ηταν πολυ ωραια! σασ ευχαριστω
