The appartments are located a few meters from the beach on a hill, surrounded by olive trees. They have a beautiful view and a big veranda, perfect for relaxing. They have everything you need for a long stay but also good for a weekend: a kitchenette well equipped, wifi, tv. The price is very reasonnable, great value for money.

First day there was a smell, the appartment needed some airing I guess.

Lovely location, very friendly hosts, children friendly, and the gorgeous 'golden sand' beach just down the road. We loved it and will visit again.

les appartements sont dans la campagne , en hauteur de la route => on entend aucun bruit : calme garanti. Connecxion internet par cable OK dans l'appartement avec mezzanine. La gentillesse des propriétaires.

Absolument impossible à trouver sans un GPS ou l'aide du propriétaire que nous avons du appeler.. Sur la route principale de Gouvrio vers Batsi , dès que vous apercevez sur votre gauche l'hôtel Perrakis, montez cette route bétonnée (menant à l'hotel ) sur environ 400 m et arrêtez vous à la premier barrière bleue à votre droite: c'est là.. L' appartement que le propriétaire nous a présenté n'est pas habitable: il s'agit d'une grange aménagée. Il y a une odeur camouflée de moisi du à l'humidité et il a fait trop sombre. De plus la connexion internet par cable ne fonctionnait pas correctement.( déconnexion en permanence). Je juge donc uniquement l'autre appartement avec mezzanine que nous avons occupé. celui-ci n'était pas propre ( cheveux dans la douche) et nous y avons découvert une bien grosse araignée près du lit et une grosse chenille dans la salle de bain.Les meubles sur la terrasse étaient sales. Le plafond de la mezzanine ou se trouve le lit est top bas (1,7 m) et je me cognais sans cesse la tête. Contrairement à ce qu'il fait écrit : le lit ne fait pas 2 mètres de large mais plutôt 1,6 m.

πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, λειτουργικό, πέτρινο, μεγάλη βεράντα με ωραία θέα, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τις πιο όμορφες παραλίες του νησιού. άν επισκεφτώ το νησί ξανά, πάλι εκεί θα προσπαθήσω να μείνω.

τα διαμερίσματα είναι 500 μέτρα από την χρυσή άμμο που είναι η πιο όμορφη παραλία στην άνδρο. το μπατσί είναι επίσης κοντά (3.5χλμ). η οικογένεια που έχει τα διαμερίσματα είναι εξαιρετικοί άνθρωποι και θα τους συμπαθήσετε σίγουρα. τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα και καθαρά, σε λογικές τιμές.
