Excellent hotel for families with small kids. Exellent staff, clean big rooms, very good food. Sandy beach, not overcrowded.

We only stayed one night because we had to have a hotel closer to the airport to be sure to catch our plane. I would not book a vacation there. Not enough beautiful nature despite it being close to the sea. They ought to have instructed us how to get out of the place at night to our taxi, the main door being closed.

Me and my wife had 3 days "sneak-away" here. This was just good. Espesially the head- waiter, Sandor from Hungary. He made us feel just as at our home, and his staff was very gently and interested in the guest.

When we arrived at the hotel we were asked to pay for the room and we were okay with that but we thought we could keep a "tab going" so we could charge things to our room. The hotel wanted to pre-authorize an amount for us but we told them no as the credit card company goes nuts when that happens. During our entire trip we didn't have any issue keeping a tab going at any of the hotels except at this hotel so every time we wanted something we had to pay cash which was a pain. We had a few issues with the room. There was a clogged drain when we arrived but the hotel fixed it promptly. On our last night we found ants in our room. I wouldn't call it a 5 star hotel, it is closer to a 3.5 to 4 star hotel. I thought the hotel was reasonably priced especially since we were given breakfast and dinner.

Hotel splendido. Abbiamo prenotato in una camera doppia semplice e ci hanno riservato una junior suite di loro iniziativa. Cene sempre diverse e di ottima qualità, colazioni abbondanti. Posizione hotel ottima per visitare tutta l'isola, occorre però un mezzo a motore, il quad è l'ideale se per di più amate l'off-road... La spiaggia dell'albergo è molto carina, in giro c'è di meglio. Teli mare e ombrelloni gratis. Non trovate animazione serale, ma con 5 min di bus raggiungete Kardamena centro. Staff cordiale e preparato. Raccomandiamo, andateci e non ve ne pentirete!! Noi torneremo sicuro.

Excellent location and position, close to the beautifull beach and not far from airport. The hotel is new and provides everything for a pleasant stay. The rooms are nice and very clean. So I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately stay here again on my next trip to Kos. I would like to underline the efficency and reliable of the head waiter Sandor (from Hungary) for all our holiday, he is been absolutely lovely and very friendly.

Quiet, exclusive, multinational. All staff helpful and charming. Beautiful swimming pool and gardens. Buffet style meal with plenty of choice. Short walk to the beach. Access to tennis coaching, mountain biking and sailing at extra cost. We had twin beds but we had booked a double. Smoking in the terrace dining area The welcome pack did not mention the gym, we discovered it on our last day, when we saw another guest dressed to exercise head down a passageway.

Room was very comfortable and clean, nice balkony. Elevator to first floor. Did not feel crowded at all - very peaceful, good rest. Beach is quite far and stoney. Terrible coffee - not drinkable. Internet should be available in rooms without additional charge.

The Hotel was very good, extremely friendly Staff, top quality food and very nice pool. Wifi internet should be free at least till a certain amount of megabytes downloaded. The dinner start too late.. 8 P.M...The Hotel was more a good 4 star than a 5 star.

Very nice stuff, delicious food, not overcrowded beach. Maybe too far from bigger village. After dinner there is nothing to do there. Would be great if there were some entertainment at the hotel.

Прекрасный отель для отдыха с детьми. Так как отель находиться за городом, то лучше иметь машину, что бы добраться до Кардамены. Очень хороший пляж, песочек, дети не вылезали из воды. До пляжа недалеко, нужно пройти территорию другого отеля, Lakitire Resort, хотя в описании отеля это не сказано. Очень вкусная еда, особенно ужины. Отзывчивый персонал, есть и русскоговорящие работники. Все очень понравилось. Не имели ни одного нарекания. Нет никакой анимации. Нам с маленькими детьми она не очень была нужна, но другим по вечерам было скучновато.

La cortesia e disponibilita' del personale. Il confort e l'ampia dimensione delle camere. L'estrema tranquillita' dell'hotel da considerare come luogo ideale per una vacanza di relax. Buono il servizio di ristorazione sempre curato grazie all'assistenza di personale cordiale e disponibile. Inoltre, la struttura risulta essere vicina alla cittadina di kardamena dove si possono trovare varie tipologie di locali notturni. Davvero ottimo il rapporto qualita' prezzo. Nessun rilievo negativo in merito all'hotel. Si segnala la necessita' di noleggiare un mezzo proprio per poter apprezzare le diverse spiagge dell'isola dato che quella riservata all'hotel risulta esser' di ridotte dimensioni con conseguente sovraffollamento.

Ottima struttura per soggiornare a Kos, la spiaggia privata ed il mare sono tra I migliori dell'intera isola. Posizione perfetta, poco distante dall'aeroporto e ideale per visitare in l'isola da cima a fondo. Il cibo è ottimo e ben servito, colazioni abbondanti a buffet, cena a buffet sempre varia con serate dedicate. Assolutamente consigliato! Peccato per gli italiani che come sempre "si fanno riconoscere" ad esempio accaparrandosi posti in spiaggia che poi non utilizzano e si lamentano per quattro sciocchezze...ma non è un lato negativo della struttura... Sarebbe comoda una navetta da e per l'aeroporto..ma il "problema" si risolve con 22€ di taxi a tratta.

Das Hotel war wirklich toll. Es sieht gut aus, die anderen Urlauber kommen von überall her, das Personal ist richtig nett und unser Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Das Buffett wurde zwar am ca. 5 Tag etwas langweilig, doch trotzdem war das Essen und der Service gut. Es war auch schön im Resteraunt zu sitzen. Der Fluglärm war eigentlich kein Fluglärm, wir haben die Flugzeuge gar nicht mehr mitbekommen, und wenn doch, war es cool, sie so nah zu sehen. Der Weg zum Strand war auch nicht lang und schön gestaltet. Der Strand selbst war richtig klasse :) Liegen nur für das Lakitira Resort, richtig schöne 'Pavillon's und es war richtig leer dort. Keine tausend Liegen unter und übereinander. Das Wasser war klar und man konnte gut schwimmen. Allem in einem war unser Urlaub super und ich kann dieses Hotel klar empfehlen. Aber nur mit Mietauto, sonst kommt man nicht weit rum. Und Kos ist so klein, man kann in sieben Tagen die ganze Insel sehen.

L'hotel è in ottima posizione su un mare calmo e chiaro, da un lato le spiagge di kardamena, dall'altro km di spiagge deserte fino alla baia di kefalos. Dispone di spiaggia riservata con gazebo e lettini bianchi. Mi sono piaciuti molto la terrazza del ristorante per la cena in splendidi giardini tra mare e collina, gli ottimi menù serviti, il self service sul mare sulla punta di capo helona con vista a 360 gradi (all'interno del lakitira beach) per un pranzo leggero.Ho trovato il confort, I servizi e il personale all'altezza della categoria. Tutto molto pulito, rilassante e tranquillo.
