Excellent food, with wide range of choices in the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Free Internet (although slow and in public areas only)

Poor soundproofing - both walls and doors, which causes the wind to howl right into the room and to hear neighbours talking, especially from the bathroom. Uncomfortable, low quality foam pillows. Shower leaks into the bathroom making a mess, both because the separating wall is too short and the water leaked from under the glass door (room 723). Loud air conditioning. Beware of Italian tour groups, their kids can get incredibly loud during and after the meals.

Very comfortable and stylish hotel close to nice beach and attached to a 'sister' hotel with lots of facilities for children of all ages (Lakitiria Resort). Staff extremely competent and helpful. Magnificent breakfast. Convenient location for late night arrivals (only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport).

No Concierge after midnight means that check-in during the night is at 'sister' hotel nearby, followed by short transfer with 'internal' taxi (reasonably efficient but it is an irritation if you are tired).

Lakitira sweets was accomodating and welcoming the moment we arrived. We Were treated very well by all staff and made to feel special by all staff. The hotel was very clean and beautiful and such a nice place to relax and enjoy the sun And hotels facilities. The beach is a 5 minute walk but there is also a huge pool always clean and ready to swim in. The staff bring around watermelon aswell, just ine example of how this hotel offers amazing service and goes one step further in accomodating their guests. The hotel also has an amazing kitchen and restaurant offering buffet breakfast amd dinner far superior to any hotel buffets i have had previously. The menu changes daily and the food always fresh and delicious, staff are efficient and friendly. The staff were the best thing about lakitira and we will miss them and have them to thank for such an amazing week at lakitira suites!

Everything related to technology there is a joke. Make your own arrangements for Internet connectivity. Room access cards work... quite often but not always. There are better ways to put charge to the room than asking the guest to write their name, room number and sign for each EUR 1 bottle of water purchased. IT department of Lakitira - you get the message, you have a lot of room for improvement to match your colleagues' standard.

Everything! Excellent service, so nice and welcoming staff! We will definetively come definetively come back to Lakitira Suites! The food is fresh and very tasty, and you'll never forget the waffels. International guests:) beautiful rooms and a quiet and Peaceful atmosphere!

Exelent hotel and staff very well run hotel with the option of a large range of sports and activities on offer (at a charge)

The food was not as good as it could halve been. Trying to please everyone and not getting it quite right. Would have liked more traditional greek main courses. But that is not saying the food was bad but could have been better.

Nice hotel, good food, very friendly staff. People working there are special, speaking many languages, very helpful. A short walk to the beach, good food, clean rooms. Budget friendly.

Should me more possibilities to buy lunch at the hotel. Especially when you travel with children under 2 years of age. Bus to Kardamena could leave more freaquent..

Es ist ein herforragende Hotel. Der gesamte Service war perfekt. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, kompetent und äusserst freundlich. Ich werde das lakitiria Suites gerne weiter empfehlen!

Ci torno da quattro anni perché trovo tutto e cellente senza invadenza

E' un posto incantevole dove trascorrere una fantastica vacanza. Abbiamo prenotato una matrioniale deluxe, ma ci è stata data una maisonette, camera di categoria superiore, naturalmente senza variazioni di prezzo.Tutto è curato nel dettaglio, le camere, il cibo, il personale, i giardini e, fondamentale, la pulizia. Per chi cerca un pò di animazione, c' è la possibilità di usufruire di tutte le attività del Lakitira Resort. Altra nota positiva, Kos è solitamente molto ventosa, ma la spiaggia dell' hotel è piuttosto riparata e l' acqua è limpidissima.

Praticamente tutto (posizione, personale ed anche gli ospiti dell'albergo, lo spazio a disposizione (seppure pieno sembrava ... quasi vuoto !), etc ) ma soprattutto la spiaggia ed il fondo mare veramente sabbioso e completamente privo di pericoli (forse le migliori di tutta Kos, adatte anche ai piccoli) e con mare sempre calmo e vento molto debole. In programma di tornarci per la terza volta e rivedere ancora quasi tutti gli angoli dell'isola.

Piccola struttura dove tutto e' curato nei dettagli, staff molto cortese e attento ai bisogni della clientela, cibo ottimo (soprattutto la grigliata del lunedi e la colazione, con un' ampia scelta per soddisfare tutti i gusti). Da consigliare a tutti quelli che cercano relax e tranquillita' in un hotel quasi familiare

Il controllo sui dipendenti è un pò troppo presente.

Lo staff sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione della struttura. La cucina varia e fresca e l'angolo con i cibi per i bambini. La pulizia della camera. Teli mare puliti ogni giorno e stendino sul terrazzo.

Il nostro soggiorno a Lakitira Suites è stato semplicemente impeccabile. Tutto perfetto. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era una suite familiare com due bagni, il letto matrimoniale comodissimo e la pulizia ottima. Tutto il personale compresi I giardinieri sono stati gentilissimi e sempre sorridenti. Insomma.. Per una cifra così ( 725€ in due x una settimana) in mezza pensione, non si poteva chiedere di più.. Relax, comfort e buon cibo. Consigliatissimo!

L unica piccola cosa negativa è stata il servizio wi fi che pur essendo gratuito faceva fatica a mantenere la linea e in camera non prendeva.

Struttura moderna immersa in un giardino, ben tenuta e pulita.

La posizione e la dimensione

Ho scelto di tornare questo anno ma non ho trovato la stessa accoglienza. Tutto più scadente e non ci hanno dato la camera prenotata. L'offerta è stata secondo loro migliore ma la suites in cui ci hanno sistemato non era adatta a due persone e la camera superior decisamente migliore nel confronto con la camera utilizzata. Ci hanno chiamati anche il giorno prima e secondo me proprio perché hanno confuso o approfittato dell'occasione e dato le camere migliori a qualcun altro. Non torneremo più.

l'ambiente rilassante e la cortesia del personale

abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma ho gradito il buffet compreso nella mezza pensione e la colazione. letti comodi, bagni grandi e bella vista.
