η ησυχια του ξενοδοχειου και η εξυπηρετηση των υπαλληλων ηταν πολυ μικρο το δωματιο και το μini bar εκανε αρκετο θορυβο καθε φορα που λειτουργουσε. ειδικα το βραδυ αυτο ηταν προβλημα. |

Tο πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και είχε ησυχία τη νύχτα. Πολύ μικρά δωμάτια και ψυχρό χώρο στο reception. |

αν και βρισκεται κοντα στο κεντρο τησ πολεωσ δεν εχει φασαρια και προσφερεται για οσουσ δεν εχουν μεταφορικο μεσον. στην αιθουσα του πρωινου-δειπνου τα τραπεζια ειναι κοντα μεταξυ τουσ. |

Μείναμε μόνο μία βραδιά...είχε ησυχία ηρεμία καλό πρωϊνό άνετο δωμάτιο...δεν χρειαζόμασταν και τίποτα παραπάνω...ήταν μια ευχάριστη διαμονή...σας ευχαριστούμε... Δεν έχουμε εντοπίσει κάποιες ελείψεις...αν στην συνέχεια όταν ξαναχρησιμοποιήσουμε το ξενοδοχείο σας για την διαμονή μας (και δεν υπάρχει λόγος να μην το ξαναχρησιμοποιήσουμε) διαπιστώσουμε κάτι θα σας το αναφέρουμε... |

The staff member who welcomed us was very friendly and has been very helpful as we met some problems with our flight back home. Our room had a nice small balcony with a lovely view on the port. The room (and especially the bathroom) is very very small. Its deco and furniture are slightly out-dated which is something we didn't expect regarding the pictures shown on the hotel profile. The Wellness center as well as the "Roof Garden" were closed : as a result, we couldn't enjoy some great features promoted on the website. |

Excellent location, walking distance from the ferries. Excellent breakfast buffet, the best we had in our 2 week stay in Greece. Free Internet in the lobby (no need for own laptop). The lady at Reception desk was very helpful. This is an ideal hotel for an overnight in Heraklion, en route to other destinations on Crete, or for a business traveller. However, if you are looking for a romantic holiday or a hotel with a lot of ambiance, Lato may not address your needs. But then, for a romantic holiday on Crete, you may want to stay in Rethymnon or Chania, rather than in Heraklion. |

The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were upgraded to an amazing room overlooking the port.....view was phenomenal. The buffet breakfast was also amazing. Street is currently under construction so it is somewhat noisy and congested. |

Rooftop garden / bar / restaurant was the highlight. Excellent location for harbour views. Location of hotel is within a couple of minutes of the main mall of Heraklion and shopping/ sidewalk cafes etc. Breakfast was good with a wide variety both hot and cold. The double room was the smallest we encountered in 4 weeks of travel in Greece, but it did have a double bed unlike alot of hotels in Greece. |

The location of the hotel is good if staying in Heraklion with great views if you have a room overlook the harbour. However, do not stay in room 401 as it is next door to their restaurant and you can hear the noise from the staff clearing away until late. |

we liked the hospitality, the comfort, the informations given, the view from our room and from the restaurant on the upper level, the cleanliness, the central location, the see on the port (boats that were coming or leaving), we really enjoyed our stay in the Lato hotel... once or twice, the staff at the reception desk seem to be so busy (they were always very nice), I was shy to ask questions (maybe, there could be another person at certain times of the day (rush hours))... |

This hotel was perfectly located to the city centre and to transport connections, the rooftop restaurant had delicious food and a fantastic view, and the staff were absolutely the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff i have encountered! |
