bathroom was small and dated

Extremly well located , 5 min from bus station and 5 min to the port. We were to catch a ferry to santorini so the location was critical for us . The hotel was extremly comfortable , the room was excellent and great service

The room was classed as a premium room, but it was very small and the air con did not do anything, the room was unbearably hot.

The hotel is in a great location. 5 minute walk to/from the pier and bus station and is along the shore road. The room was nice and clean.

Skip the restaurant on the roof. The food is expensive and not good while the service was horrible. The price of the hotel was a bit much for the room but I guess you pay for location. I asked for a "sea-side" view and sort-of got it with half of the view from the balcony looking at the run down building next to the hotel and the other looking down the shore at the ocean. Be specific when requesting a view. Also, the "double" we got was 2 beds pushed together.

The Brilliant restaurant was good, very friendly, helpful staff, view from room nice.

Room, balconyand bathroom very small. Tired feel to room. Surrounding area very tatty and cramped.

The view from the balcony was the only aspect worth the stay.

The rooms are not well cleaned and the carpets are , yes, filthy. Our room was rather claustrophobic, the bathroom and towels looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 1970s. The claims for a "'minigym" in the basement are backed ti the extent that it is a hotbox the size of a closet featuring a treadmill and one piece of functioning weightlifting equipment.

Good location and good view from the room

The bath room was leaking and the floor was wet. It made bathing a uncomfortable experience. The carpets are dirty and needs professional cleaning.

Lato hotel was a perfect layover on our journey through Crete. Minutes from the airport and walking distance to all the museums. The bus station was also walking distance and provided transport to other attractions nearby. Wonderful food and service. I highly recommend this hotel for any traveler.

The wireless internet worked fine. The hotel staff is very helpful! I'll go again.

Location was excellent. Walking distance (@10 mins) from ferry port. Can see hotel from port. Nice paved path from port to hotel for pulling luggage. Bus terminal a which you can use to go to Knossos Palace and to catch a bus to Chania is right next door on waterfront level so could not be more convenient. Easy shopping/walking from the hotel. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. View of the harbor was nice but balcony with table, two chairs was really too small to sit and enjoy yourself. Free wi-fi in rooms

Stayed in a superior double room with sea view and it was really tiny. Room so small that the bed although comfortable had to be pushed up against one wall in order to fit in room. Bath insanely small and shower even smaller. Room/bath were clean but bath pretty claustrophobic. It is not a room to hang out in and relax

Friendly staff who are very helpful. We have only big notes and were having problem breaking the notes in shops, the hotel helps by changing small notes with us.

There is a unpleasant smell in the toilet.
