Clean, friendly, comfortable hotel. Got only several rooms, located near all main attractions of the city, and most of the time very quiet. We had a family room with no view. 4 large beds, a lot of space, a spacious shower. Very shotrt walk to central bus station. We were invited for on- the house breakfast on our last day and it was very nice- breads, cake,eggs, honey ,cheese and much more. All in all-a very nice hotel. Air trafic's noise is really a problem all over the city. We found out that Sunday night was the worth day, and week nights were less noisy. The wi-fi did not worked in our room, although it was on the first floor.We had to take the computer downstaies to the loby.

It is closed to the city center and the port. It is easy to find restaurants around the hotel. The interior decoration in the hotel is nice. The staffs are friendly. It was too noisy to sleep at night. The walls and closing the windows didn't help to avoid the noise from the next door and outside. The bathroom was small and smelled ammonia when the ventilating fan was working.

Calme pour un centre ville, très bon accueil et personnel très serviable ; la direction nous a trouvé une voiture pour l'aéroport, alors que les chauffeurs de taxi étaient en grève et que nous étions très chargés

The room was clean and there was a large washroom (some rooms have only community washroom access. The internet in the lobby was reliable. The staff helped gladly with getting a taxi or recommending restaurants. It was unclear in the description, but breakfast is not included in the room price. This isn't a big problem, but would be nice to know beforehand.

It's a small family-run hotel, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's bang in the middle of Heraklion, but miraculously it's on a very quiet street. We (two people) were given a four-bed room for the price of two. The bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast (additional to the price of the room) was prepared specially for us. We will certainly stay there next time we're in town.

Room was very spacious. Hotel was close to the old harbor and some excellent restaurants. Only a short walk to Ippocampus Restaurant on the harbor front which is fantastic. The shower had no water pressure and the drains in bathroom smelled very bad. No parking, so have to find a place on the street which can be difficult. Electrical sockets in wall all too high for kettle to reach so had to hold it to boil. Wireless only worked if you sat at the door to the room. Beds hard but then they were in most places. We stayed in many places in Crete in this price range that were amazing so I expected a bit more from this Hotel.

Bon hôtel de passage. A proximité immédiate du terminal des ferries, à l'arrêt du bus direct de l'aéroport, et tout proche de la station de métro. Excellent accueil!. Deux chambres avec lits jumeaux très confortables.Climatisation et balcon. ( Il est peut-être utile d'entrer en contact direct avec l'hôtel pour préciser la demande).Salle de bain propre mais petite, largement suffisante pour le passage.Très bon petit déjeuner buffet servi à partir de 6 heures le matin, donc parfaitement adapté aux départs en ferry vers les îles. J'avais lu des commentaires sibyllins et négatifs: Il faut savoir ce que l'on veut et classer les priorités. J'ai eu des communications très satisfaisantes par courriel avant notre passage.

Disponibilité d'une personne a l'accueil meme à 5h du matin. L'accueil du soir fut très sympatique. D'autres hotels a proximité pour le même prix offre quand meme plus de classe. La photo donne une impression de charme qui n'existe vraiment pas en vrai.

Hoewel Heraklion een chaotische en drukke stad is, is dit hotel een oase van rust. Zeer goed geïsoleerde kamers en toch absoluut centraal gelegen. Slechts een paar honderd meter van de haven en direct in het centrum. Goede bedden, kamers met hoge plafonds. Fijn om te zijn. De badkamer had wel iets groter gemogen, maar geen reden om te klagen.

Een basic hotel, voor een mooie prijs. Betrouwbaar personeel - als ze iets beloven, doen ze het ook. Wij konden er zelfs op kerstavond terecht en waren toen de enige gasten. Omdat ze 24 uur open zijn, moest er voor ons steeds iemand zijn. Kennelijk geen probleem voor hen. Nee, prima hotel.
