I appreciated very much the cordial welcome and the kindness of the hotel reception.We enjoyed very much the wondrous breakfast we received each morning , excellent to start the day. I loved also very much the beautiful design of our room as well as the hotel. The hotel is very well located and it is easy to access which is a significant facility to plan a trip through Creta. No , it was perfect |

Beautifully renovated, excellent design and layout, very helpful staff (who calmed me down after a chaotic couple of hours in Rethymno's unfathomable one-way system); lovely breakfast; free internet; right in the centre and close to old harbour and town amenities including lovely restaurants; did i mention delightful staff?? Rethymno itself was a little disappointing (my friend didn't think so - I much preferred Chania); hotel is not well located for access by car and is quite difficult to find, even on foot - but worth the effort.. |

Everything was beyond my expectations, staff, rooms, the hotel in general. It's the perfect small hotel. Very nicely decorated room and very nice building run by very helpful and nice staff. It's a treasure in Rethymnon, even though I did not fancy the city itself, I can go there even for Leo Hotel. |

Everything was new and clean. Set in the old town in a rennovated stone house. Charming decor. Luggage issues- hotel is inaccessible by car and has no elevator. Doors - front door and room door were difficult to open. The bathroom door was see- through glass which is a questionable choice. |

Romantic town, hotel walking distance to beach, restaurants, sites, shopping. Renovated Venetian Castle, charming hosts, best breakfast on a 3 week trip. Great value, great location, artful and beautiful renovation. One of our favorites......charming town and best lamb chops we had in Greece/ Family owned, elegant, simple, great value, subperb location, helpful staff over and above the call! Absolutely nothing....delightful in all respects. |

design, hospitality, general ambiance of the hotel and the location was just perfectfor the short period we had in that region. not the hotel, but it was very difficult to find it as that section of the city becomes a pedestrian area as of 11.00 am until 6. 00 pm, and no one advised us about this......... |

nicely restored old building with high ceilings, steep stairs with no lift in the heart of the old town location meant it was noisy at inconvenient times (eg. when night clubs turned out at 3.00 to 4.00 am) but quiet at other times. Also not a convenient hotel if travelling by own car with lots of luggage. |
