O conforto do quarto em um predio de 1450. Tudo primoroso e atento aos detalhes. Silencioso . Extremamente bem localizado na cidade antiga podendo aproveitar a noite da cidade com muitos bares e restaurantes. Nao ha estacionamento permitido na cidade antiga, ha necessidade de uma curta caminhada ate o hotel. Ha facilidade em se estacionar nas imediacoes alem do estacionamento privativo proximo.

A wonderful hotel that has been beautifully and tastefully renovated. The location in the old town is perfect - right in the middle of all the old town sights and close to the harbour with parking a short walk away. Great breakfast and really helpful staff. We could not have made a better choice for our 3 night stay.

It was very clean, gorgeous, and the people were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is small, and therefore their policies are relaxed rather than strict. The hotel is a bit hard to find, as the entrance is in an alley, but it is very centrally located and very nice on the inside. We were only there for 24 hours, but it was great.

The hotel is very well located, right at the heart of the old city. It is easily accessible by visitors going to Rethymno by sea or by bus.The rooms are lovingly and charmingly restored from an old Venetian building. The hotel staff are all very friendly, helpful and obliging. There is a genuine and sincere concern for the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. The service is personal and attentive. The breakfast is freshly prepared every morning and is sumptuous for a continental breakfast. All in all, the hotel represents excellent value for money..

The hotel and room is great, we enjoy our stay. And location is good,too. We can easily access most of the sightseeing place by walking.

The entrance of hotel is hidden in the alley, which is tricky for the first time visitor. And parking space (both paid and public parking area) is little distance from the hotel, so prepared for some walking.

We liked Eleni and Stella and the rest of the staff very much - they were friendly, helpful and professional. They let us eat breakfast when we arrived to the table 1 minute before breakfast was over. They fulfilled our request for special flowers in the room; they came to meet us at our car and helped us with our luggage, - they were spectacular! The room was delightfully romantic, with warm wood floors, stone walls, big windows, lovely drapes, and a contemporary but romantic four-poster bed with draped shear fabric. The lobby was both warm and contemporary, with a polished look that felt refined without being stuffy.

Nothing, everything was nice. Like all other hotels we stayed at in Greece, there was no chest of drawers to put clothes in (there was a large wardrobe for hanging clothes) and it appears that toilet paper is not supposed to be flushed down the toilet, but that seems to be part of the Greek adventure, not this hotel.

The staff were delightfully friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had a lovely balcony that caught the sun for most of the morning.

The main street would get noisy in the early hours as the clubs shut. If you have a room at the front, this can disturb one's sleep.

Excelentemente ubicado en la calle principal de Retimo, pero con las habitaciones dando a calles secundarias, por lo que era muy tranquilo. Precisos de decoración con las habitaciones muy amplias y agradables, Puesto con mucho gusto. La persona que lo lleva un encanto y muy amable y dispuesta.

La stanza era molto bella
