Leo Hotel  

This is an exceptional hotel, family-owned, superb location.

This is a fabulous little hotel, set in a perfect, pedestrianised location in the centre of the old part of town, surrounded by restaurants and bars. The staff were great, and the breakfast is more than just the usual continental, which was a nice surprise. The hot water tap was not working when we got there, but this was fixed immediately after I reported it. The rooms are lovely, with very high ceilings. The only downside was that we had to climb two rather steep flights of stairs to get to our rooms, so it's probably not suitable for people who have issues with stairs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendliness of staff

My stay at the hotel leo was a wonderful surprise gift! Such quality, aesthetics, comfort, cleanliness, care staff, great breakfast , quiet (although is located in the center of old town), is certainly more than a 3 star hotel! It is value for money… I suggest hotel leo with all my heart!

The age of the building and the nice decorations. location.

You provide a jug and cups for tea and coffee in the room. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in that expects the traveller to provide the tea and coffee and this is not realistic to purchase coffee, sugar and milk enough for 2 nights. Usually you get a couple of sachets just so you may relax when exhausted. 2 and 3 star hotels provide this. No one to help you with your bags to the room. Older travellers would have difficulities.

We liked Eleni and Stella and the rest of the staff very much - they were friendly, helpful and professional. They let us eat breakfast when we arrived to the table 1 minute before breakfast was over. They fulfilled our request for special flowers in the room; they came to meet us at our car and helped us with our luggage, - they were spectacular! The room was delightfully romantic, with warm wood floors, stone walls, big windows, lovely drapes, and a contemporary but romantic four-poster bed with draped shear fabric. The lobby was both warm and contemporary, with a polished look that felt refined without being stuffy.

Nothing, everything was nice. Like all other hotels we stayed at in Greece, there was no chest of drawers to put clothes in (there was a large wardrobe for hanging clothes) and it appears that toilet paper is not supposed to be flushed down the toilet, but that seems to be part of the Greek adventure, not this hotel.

The staff were delightfully friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had a lovely balcony that caught the sun for most of the morning.

The main street would get noisy in the early hours as the clubs shut. If you have a room at the front, this can disturb one's sleep.

Aucun parking gratuit à proximité La salle de bains avait un état néglige: rideaux salles, joints non finis noirs, odeur d humidité persistante. Petit déjener simple et pas a la hauteur du niveau de l hôtel requis. Le rapport qualité prix n est donc pas au rdv .

Posizione centrale, ottima accoglienza, camera arredata con molto gusto, spaziosa, bagno grande con finestra, buona anche la colazione compresa nel prezzo della prenotazione. Vi stupirà piacevolmente. Unica pecca, non ha un bell'affaccio essendo situato in un vicolo, ma per tutto il resto è veramente bello. Da consigliare.

Excelentemente ubicado en la calle principal de Retimo, pero con las habitaciones dando a calles secundarias, por lo que era muy tranquilo. Precisos de decoración con las habitaciones muy amplias y agradables, Puesto con mucho gusto. La persona que lo lleva un encanto y muy amable y dispuesta.
