The clean and up-to-date interior and exterior of the hotel. The rooms were large and the bathroom clean and well decorated. This is a lovely hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in Thessaloniki over the last 3 years and this is by far the best. Bar prices were high. |

The pool you can see in the picture it is in the middle of the restaurant and you can never swim in that pool .the hotel it is very far from the city center. The gym it is a very small room. . I would never go in this hotel again |

The room was very impressing. Fresh design, space, and a really good bed. Staff was very caring and helpful when I lost my purse in the city. Internet in the room only available at 12 EUR for 24 hours. Not what you wqant when you just need to check your email. Nothing serious though, there is a computer with free access in the lobby. |

Very clean rooms and hotel areas, friendly service, free internet and parking, nice swimmingpool. I would book it again! Breakfast was a bore, swimmingpool opens only 11-19, the toilet air condition was not working well, noises from other rooms hearable |

Excellent service from all staff. Very comfortable room Not just with this hotel, but smoking in the restaurant was excessive. We had to change tables. |

Relaxed quality hotel. Friendly staff. Cosy pool area. Good breakfast. Although the hotel is located outside the centre, taxis are very cheap and buses even cheaper, and it is easy to get around. |

The personnel makes the difference in comparison to other 5 star hotels. Also the price of 218 Euro for 2 nights was extremely good for what it offrered. |

This hotel cannot be classified as a 5 star hotel according to European standards. There is no guidance from the hotel for the city. They don't have any english brochures or maps. No help at all. |

The rooms were very large, clean, and new. Foyer was great.Breakfast was excellent Would have liked an iron and ironing board in our room, but its hotel practice (as is common in Greece) to have this performed by the hotel for a fee. |

The hotel was easily to find, direction signs were placed along the road, this fact facilitated a lot my arrival. Location is very close to the city center, about 5-10 min taxi drive at a very beneficial price (5 EUR). The hotel is away from the noise and provide good possibility for relaxation. |
