Lesante Hotel & Spa

The staff were always very friendly and very obliging. The hotel was still suffering with teething problems when we went in September mainly due to the thunderstorms we experienced, but this did not affect the quiet and relaxed nature of the holiday. The pool was excellent and cleaned regularly.The food was 5 star quality with plenty of variation (you must try the apple pie). Rooms were very comfortable and stylish. Tsilivi has plenty of bars and traditional restaurants but the bars all have tv screens. which not everybody wants.

The restaurant service was very good but the staff need 5 star training. Drinks prices at the bar were expensive. They need to lower them to get more people to use the bar especially during the evening when the bar was so quiet. There was a charge to use the indoor pool!

Peaceful and quiet, decent location in resort and convenient for airport. Obviously very new and clean, food acceptable.

Certainly not 5 star compared to northen europe, carribean or usa. Not enough pool towels, no wine glasses in restaurant, no red wine at cocktail bar, room toiletries and tea and coffee not checked. Only English tv news channels

The parking is too small and some times you may not find a spot.

The shower options and beautiful pool. Available facilities are quite nice.

The location is on the far edge of town so it's not really walking distance to much. The reception was a bit rude and allowed us to stand there for an awkward period of time while speaking amongst themselves. The introduction to the room was filled with misinformation about hours of operation for pool and other facilities causing our short stay on the island be much less fluid than it could have been. The room was extremely hot upon arrival and did was slow to cool down with the AC. Our 'balcony' faced a full pool on the ground floor causing a huge lack of privacy. The water in the bathroom goes straight out to the main room rather than into the floor drain making quite the mess. The room was lovely, but the experience was disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and always friendly. The place was kept immaculately clean and well presented. The food was on a half board basis and buffet style; there was a good choice of international cuisine.

The beach nearby is not particularly pretty or as clean as it could be.

Hotel was fantastic. Although not finished when we stayed, it made no difference. Food was outstanding, staff very friendly and they couldn't do enough for you. When this hotel is completed, it will be luxury.

The price of the drinks was very expensive, both at the poolside bar and in the restaurant.

Отель оправдывает свои пять звезд, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, приятная обстановка и дизайн отеля, хорошая кухня, что не давало нам голодать, но были и минусы. Вид из окна был на не законченную стройку и канал. из которого нет, нет да ваняло, по другому это не назовешь!!!! Поэтому номера лучше брать с видом на внутреннюю территорию отеля, которая радует глаз!
