Our stay was just amazing. The house offers much space and has many rooms, noone had to sleep on the couch even though we were a group of 8 people. The terrasse is good equipped with chairs, a table and deck-chairs beside the pool. But even better is the view on the sea!! The kitchen is big, has much to offer and is opened to the living room so the cook doesn't get banned out of the happening in the house. We really appreciated the Sandwich-Making-Machine. The house is being cleaned every day. Big Thanks to Rosa for that! Stephania was the friendliest housekeeper we ever met, very interested in all desires we had, asking for our wishes every day - but they were all fulfilled already. Plaka is a very calm and friendly village, only 10 walking minutes from the beach in Almyrida. Both villages offer many eating places and small shops for the daily shopping. Although there was music coming from other Leste neighbours sometimes even during night- and siesta-time our stay was really relaxing and we didn't feel disturbed in any way. Every house in Leste has it's own calm privacy. If you guys read that, the music we heared, wasn't bad at all at least ;-) We really recommend Leste Luxury Homes for every family or group who seeks a beautiful holiday on a even more beautiful island with lovely people (and likes Raki). In just one week we got to know many Greek people. Manolis, Nikos, Veliko and of course Stephania & Rosa - YAMAS!

Very nice place to stay if you seek for silence, leisure and comfort. Everything was just perfect. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Location is perfect if you have a car. Stephania, the Owner, makes a lot of effort to make her guests satisfied. We would definitely recommend it and hope to come back.

The residences are very well decorated in modern style. The design is perfect. Kitchen and rooms are fully equipped, you'll find everything you need and even more. Nice view from the terrace of the upper residences. 3 minutes driving to the sandy Blue Flag beach. Supermarket and a couple of tavernas are at the walking distance. Some special words about the owners, Stephania and Leonidas. They are lovely people and take very personal care about the guests. We spent unforgettable week in Feligra residence and had a lot of pleasure and relax.

I would strongly recommend Leste Luxury Homes to everyone. The apartment is really comfortable and tastefully decorated, the terrace is spacious, the Kitchen is well-equipped, the water in the pool is a good refreshment after a hot day. The apartment is very clean and it's cleaned up everyday. The staff is very kind and helpfull. The Almyrida beach is 10 minutes walk form Leste. There are several shops in the area but there is no tourists crowd. Tavernas wich serves the best greek food we ever ate in Creta are Elpis at Plaka and Lagos at Almyrida. P.S. Hired a car at the airport, nice drive from aiport to Plaka, roads ok & easy to find Leste Luxury Homes. Upon arrival greated warmly from the owner, made us all feel very welcome, and even gave us some helpful food gifts to settle us in. We stayed in 4 bedroom property, everything we hoped for, superb accomodation, outdoor pool and patio overlooking beautiful views of the sea and coast. Cente of Plaka is some 2-3 minutes walk up the road, tavernas and supermarkets, excellent for all people, "TAKIS" taverna has its own games room with computers, pool tables, and big screen for all football matches. A short walk or drive down to Almyrida and there are many shops, bars, chemist, car & bike rental, beach & nice warm sea....all you need really. Kalyves also nearby, similar to Almyrida. Ventured out further to Chania & Rethymno, would really recommend if you like those old narrow streets for shopping, drinks round the marina harbours. All in all Leste was superb, a great base to have both a holiday with your own space & place, but still close enough to have fun & frollicks....Thankyou for the experience, for your genuine hospitality, we will be back

In Leste Luxury Homes we felt like living in our home. Our apartment was great, with plenty of space for the kids. The Leste is very close to Almyrida beach and you can find numerous of options for homemade food nearby. Stefania, the host, was very kind and helpful representing the famous Cretan hospitality. We will be back to Leste next year definetly!

Great apartment. If you like to feel at home and have possibilities to cook some food you have all the things you need. 5 minutes by car to a lovely beach. If we wished for anything they brought it to as at once.

missing pool. Without a car it is a bit tricky unless you like the 20 minutes walkes up and down the hill.

The Villas were complete luxury in a great spot close to every thing. The staff and owner treated us like family and nothing was too much trouble for them. We highly recommend staying at Leste homes and we look forward to returning here again.

I stayed with my family in Plaka in June. Stephania, who runs the establishment, was helpful from the start and arranged our late-night pick-up from Heraklion airport. The house was a lovely surprise when we arrived, the pictures on the website don't do it justice. It feels fresh and has modern trimmings (including the all important air conditioning) but also manages to have an authentic feel, with the wooden ceilings. The terrace had a view of the sea. Though the swimming pool was a little smaller than expected, it was just right and in any event the beach was a stone's throw away. The more touristy parts such as Chania were not far away - half an hour on the car. One of the best things about the place was that whilst it was not a hotel, it felt very much like one - in that the rooms would be all cleaned when we returned each evening. Stephania, the hostess, and the staff there were very friendly and approachable. I would strongly recommend Leste homes for families and any groups. We would also recommend keeping the driver, Manolo, whom she recommended - he took us for a tour and was great company and had a good fluency in English.

I can not recommend Leste Luxury Homes highly enough. We arrived late tired after a long flight, but the warm welcome we received from Stephania the owner immediately picked us up. We got to know Stephania and her team well during our stay and the attention to detail and hospitality we experience was truly remarkable and in all my years of travelling has not been bettered. The standard of accommodation was excellent we had everything we could possibly have needed. But it was the little touches which really impressed.....this is luxury but on a very personal level. If you wanted peace and quiet you were left alone but if you needed anything, you just had to ask. We debated about the suitability of Crete as a destination for our daughter (9 months old), but everywhere we went we were pleasantly surprised by the affection and warmth of the local people towards families. Stephania and her team welcomed our new born and provided everything we needed to make sure she was comfortable. We will be returning again next year as apart from our honeymoon a few years back, this is the best holiday we have had. I would wholeheartedy recommend Leste Luxury Homes without hesitation.

A very nice place with private pool and sea view. Leste Staff (Stephania, Vana) are extremely nice and customer oriented. They helped us with everything needed, even in a proactive way, which made our stay a very pleasant experience. 100% recommendation, all key aspects top rated. It wasn't Sunny when we were there, the swimming pool could not be heated..or maybe we just didn't do it right...

Our family including three young children spent a wonderful vacation in a top floor apartment in June 2011. A private kitchen and a little pool gave a huge advantage in comparison to dragging the whole gang every morning to the breakfast, back to the hotel room and again down to the pool. Until afternoon we stayed in the villa, playing by pool and enjoying dvds and books. As the hottest moment of day was over, we took the strollers and walked some 20 minutes downhill to the village of Almyrida by the beach. There was plenty of sunshine left for the children and they played another good 3-4 hours until sunset on the lovely beaches and in the warm sea. After that we usually visited some restaurant by the beach. Usually we took a taxi back home and those couple of euros (about 4-6 €) were definitely worth it, avoiding climbing up hill with kids. We did that once also for the experience. Restaurants by the beach had a great view but the food was very average, however we found the most fabulous food in many restaurants very close the apartment, in the tiny village of Plaka. It was also very easy to take the kids to those restaurant for the whole evening, as your accommodation was only 5 minutes away. There is also a pretty good minimarket in Plaka, as well as some cocktail bars. If you are not so much after sand, beach, tourists and gift shops, you could spend a full mediterrean vacation enjoying the view over the sea without leaving tiny Plaka. Apartment was very clean and spacious.It was great that the pool and patio were fully visible from living room in order to let the children play there. Cleaning was done daily and very well by local lady and her daughter. All the reservations, paying etc were done in an accurate and professional way by the owner Stefania. We can honestly give our best recommendation. This apartment with it’s location, possibilities and service gave us good value for the money our family spent. --

It was a hard to find for the taxi (taxi's fault, unexperienced driver) and there was a mistake in the contact info by booking.com but it has already been corrected.

Tout ! Tout est fait pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Stefania est adorable et a été très disponible pour nous conseiller sur les sites à visiter et les restaurants (fréquentés par les locaux!). L'appartement est spacieux, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Rosa et sa fille Vana qui s'occupent de l'entretien sont également adorables, et sont très discrètes.Nous pouvions faire la grâce matinée sans problème ! Nous recommandons ces appartements pour des couples ou des familles qui souhaitent passer des vacances reposantes et visiter la partie Ouest de la Crète. Chania, la ville la plus proche, est très sympathique pour passer les soirées, avec de nombreux restaurants. Chania se trouve à 30 min en voiture et est très facile d'accès par la Nationale. Pour des soirées plus reposantes, il y a quelques restaurants à Plaka, à 2 min à pied de Leste.

Rien en particulier ne nous a dérangé. Nous savions qu'en réservant à Plaka, nous aurions besoin d'une voiture, ce qui est de toute manière indispensable pour visiter l'île.

Det var fantastiskt fint och bekvämt. Personalen tog hand om oss på bästa sätt; hade fyllt kylen med frukost då vi kom på kvällen och när vi skulle åka fick vi med oss Kretagåvor hem. Städningen var dessutom perfekt. Rekommenderar varmt!

שכרנו את הדירה עם שני חדרי שינה, סלון, מטבח, מרפסת אל נוף מדהים ובריכה פרטית. הקומפלקס חדש יחסית, הדירה מאוד יפה, מטופחת, נקיה, נוחה לשהות במיוחד של משפחה עם ילדים. במרחק הליכה קצר ישנן מסעדות וסופרמטקט. הים נמצא במרחק נסיעה של 3 דקות. החוף מדהים, לגונה עם מים נקיים, בלי גלים, חוף נקי ומסודר. בעלת הבית, סטפניה אישה מ ד ה י מ ה , אין דבר שהיא לא תעשה כדי שכולם ירגישו בבית, כולל תדריכים מה ואיפה לראות והיכן לאכול. ממליצה בחום.

Stephania nous a fait un accueil formidable. Nous sommes parti en septembre, la résidence n'étant pas complete, elle nous a surclassé. On a eu droit a pleins de petites attentions (cadeau pour notre petite fille; eau et jus de fruit a notre arrivée...).

molto bella la tipologia di appartamenti,rifiniti e curati. vicino a paesini tipici ma non eccessivamente turistici. occorre un auto per godere al meglio delle bellezze dei dintorni. una particolare menzione alla cortesia e simpatia di Stefania, la proprietaria!

Домашний отель, очень хорошие номера. При заселении в холодильнике ваш ждет еда и напитки (сок) на первое время и фрукты на столе. Номера большие и просторные с очень хорошим вкусом обставленные. Спасибо отдельное Стефании за дополнитеный день. На Крите уже 3-4 года вподряд отдыхаем и это лучшее место, что даже жаль его так рекламировать, но тем не менее спасибо хозяевам.

Парковать в подземный паркинг можно только маленькие машины, а остальные на улице, для нас это не было проблемой. Учтите при выборе авто, если захотите ставить машину непременно в подземный паркинг.

Nous avons passés une super semaine dans la villa avec nos trois enfants (18 - 21 ans). Emplacement idéal à 200 mètres du village et 3 minutes de la plage en voiture car la pente est raide!. Vue mer magnifique. Terrasse avec piscine top. Intérieur tout confort et design. Idéal pour rayonner sur l'ouest de la Crète. En plus nous avons bénéficié d'une qualité de service rare de la part des propriétaires qui font tout pour faciliter le séjour (location de véhicule à prix très intéressant avec véhicule disponible à l'aéroport d'Héraklion, frigo rempli à l'arrivée, attentions quotidiennes...). Bref un endroit que nous recommandons particulièrement.

все очень понравилось! очень уютно, комфортно, есть все необходимое. стефания относится к постояльцам как мать родная :)

море все же далековато - примерно 1,5 км под гору. а обратно - в гору :( а на машине 2 минуты. зато спокойнее и тише, чем на первой линии у моря.
