Actually Lignos hotel was closed and we were noticed when we saw the little note on hotel's door. the note said we have to go to Blue Sky hotel on the opposite street near by and stay there instead at Lignos's price. what we like about Blue Sky hotel is location which very close to Fira town and Bus station. Free wifi internet around reception area. Free driving to port when we check out. Most of it the price is very reasonable. Towel is not white and it was very hard. |

I liked the price and the location. The toilet did not work, the bed was very uncomfortable and broken, the air conditioning was set on intervals and unable to change, the pool was in another hotel but advertised on Lignos brochure, there was no assistance after lunchtime and the room wasnt ready when we arrived. |

The staff was friendly and the price was good even though it is located in the center of Fira. Map on Hotel page is wrong. We printed it and tried to find it but could not find where it was written. The hotel is acutually next to AD Laundry down the busy road. However, it is located close to the bus station and "Self Service Market." Breakfast was continental but it was ok. The receptionists were not at the reception all the time and memo was on the door saying they would be at another hotel(Blue Sky Villa and mobile phone number was on the memo too.) The pool is not at the hotel but it was shown on the hotel page. I think it belongs to Blue Sky Villa or Blue Suites.(I'm not sure because I never used it.) |

Perfectly situated Hotel..shops and the caldera...no view on the caldera..but the price and the location more than makes up for it. Very clean and comfortable and they collect and deliver you to the ferry and airport. I found the shower cubicle very small but have since seen that most hotels are the same in Greece. I enjoyed our stay very much at Lignos. |

Close proximity to main centre of town. Room was quiet but a bit stuffy. Booked a double but was only able to get a suitable twin (pushed together). |

The room was very nice and comfortable. Very good location, near the center and lots of facilities around (laundry, car rental, supermarket, restaurants...) The total and absolute absence of receptionist. The swimming pool is 200 meters away from the hotel. |

good location, very close to the center of Fira, transfer from and to the port, clean it's difficult to dry the bathing suits and towels since there is not a clothesline, the breakfast should be better and served for longer time. |

The room is confortable and near the facilities needed, like, supermarket, car rental, etc. The hotel also provide tours at the same price of tourist agencies. They did not provide the transfer, even though previously arranged. We received the transfer confirmation via e-mail 1 day before arrival. When getting to the port (2 women at 00:30 AM), there was no one there to pick us up. The tourist information bureau called the hotel, and they said they would nor provide the transfer, there was no reservation and they were not expecting us. Fortunatelly there was a room available. However, the taxi costed us another 15 Euro. For that price, you can get a better hotel. |

The room is better than expected, with comfortable beds and adequate amenities One of the service staff for the transportation between the hotel and port is rude. However the other staffs are friendly. |

They pick you up and bring you back to the port. When we arrived there was no one at the reception. They didn't even bother checking who we were... |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Was picked up and dropped off at the port. Did not have a pool which would have been a bonus. |

It was reasonably priced and centrally located. Rooms are small, but if you're only sleeping there it shouldn't matter. |

Don´t expect charming atmosphere and surroundings. In fact, don´t expect Thira to be charming: too many tourists walking to and fro, tacky souvenir shops...breakfast is continental, as promised. |

Did not actually stay at Lignos but was told to go to Blue Sky Villa. Location was convenient, close to bus station, city centre and restaurants. Decent sized room with a small balcony and attached bathroom, clean, good value for money. Breakfast was basic, just bread with butter/jam, juice and coffee/tea. Reception was often empty, I had to wait more than half an hour just to check out on the day I left, but the lady offered to drive me to the port later that afternoon, so that was nice. |

A few minutes walk from the beach and the center of Kamari, this hotel is located in a quiet environment with a cozy outdoor pool, surrounded by a tropical garden. |
A family hotel with an impressive view of the island's east coast and the surrounding countryside. |
This small and modern hotel is beautifully situated in Perissa, very close to a black sandy beach in a pleasantly quiet spot close to the centre of the village. |
Situated in the centre of Fira, this villa has a remarkable setting near the central square. Villa Toula is built on the traditional model of Cycladic architecture. |
