We found the location excellent, it was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotels and close enough to the supermarket, cafe and restaurants. We found the satff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and we especially enjoyed the homemade greek yoghurt. The kids enjoyed the pool and the room was great for our requirements. We would definately stay there again.

The Location, clean rooms apart from the mould. When we booked the apartment it said a spacious 2 storey apartment for 4 adults but when we arrived it was 2 rooms and a bathroom which was dark. There was no balcony as it was on the ground floor. The room was located right next to the pool so you hardly had any space to sit outside as we were that close to the pool. The bathroom and bedroom at the back had mould growing on the ceiling and walls and the bathroom smelt horrible. We wouldn't have minded this accommodation had the photos on the internet not been completely misleading. After speaking to the receptionist we were told we could not be moved and there were no two story apartments.

Very good location in Thira as off the main street and reasonably quiet, located on path up to great views of the caldera, local boutiques and resturants. Donkeys pass by on the way to and from the old Thira port in the morning and evening. Short walk to bus station and good cheap local busses to various points all over the island. Staff are very helpful with local information. Good sized room and bathroom, plenty of hot water, useful kitchenette to make breakfast and snacks or basic meals. All very nice, clean and tidy with friendly service, enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

I enjoyed that it was within walking distance to centre of Town and Bus terminals. Staff were very helpful and particulary loved the fact that they were able to pick us up from the port, and also drive us to the Airport on our way home. Internet facilities were excellent.

The location was very good - close to the main part of Fira and to the Caldera edge. Lefteris (Owner/Manager) was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was lovely and with 30 deg. Day, very refreshing. The stairs up to the bedroom part of the room are a little steep. You need to be careful.

Centerally located which was great to walk to everything. Irene at reception very helpful. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment to take 4 people. Open arrival we where taken to a one bedroom with the lounge having a sheet placed on it for our adult daughter to sleep on.When we questioned owner was advised that is what they called 2 bedrooms. I sent email to Booking .com who where really really helpful and contacted Loizos Apartments for us and we also spoke to Irene at reception again and it was arranged for us to be shown 2 X 2 bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. We where shown one room which had 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette but no table to sit at to eat a cooked meal except on a tiny balcony which had a table that would only take 2 dinner plates. Need to be really sure at what you are booking as description and pictures are deceiving. As for the cleaniness the floors are really dirty. You would have a shower and by the time you walked to bedroom feet would be black. Except for location would not recommend this accommodation.

The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the centre of Fira, and even less to the Caldera walk... The staff were friendly. The pool was good for cooling off.... Make sure you get a transfer from the ferry - which the hotel provides - give them notice of course (Santorini Taxis are stupidly expensive and extortionate and the drivers mostly unfriendly. They will drop you where they want, so they can race back to port and rip someone else off). They need to talk to their neighbours... The ropes on the flag pole next door were not tied down and clanged all night....

Irena and the other staff were so nice, so sweet and so helpful. They pick you up from and deliver you to the airport. The apts are on a cobblestone street that takes you up to the top that is honestly the most beautiful view you have ever seen in your entire life, all the way up the path you see thes view and the wonderful white buildings along the dramatic high cliff/volcanic mountain. From the top you see the volcano and miles of the bluest sea and islands and sky. It takes your breath. the Sunset blows yours mind. I went up there every night. The food at the taverna around the corner on mainstreet, just go down the hill and turn left and you are there, The best food I ate on my trip around the world, and cheap. Loizos was the least expensive hotel I stayed in on my trip. Just outside my room was a swimming pool. It was divine. I loved it. CWHS Nothing, I loved it. It was homey, not a fancy luxury one like all the ones around it. But you don't pay that much and you get a big room, a marble bathroom with a bathtub, and even stove and fridge, air conditioning, tv. really nice bathroom. super clean, swimming pool outside your room. good breakfasts. free lifts to the airport, they give you maps and explain everything. There was Nothing bad about it. It was fabulous, I am thinking of living there full=time. Santorini is so beautiful .

Large comfortable beds, nice light fittings. Excellent location for town centre. Free shuttle to/from port or airport. Effective air conditioning. We rented a 2-room apartment for myself and wife and our two teenage sons. I was very surprised and disappointed to find that the second room which was accessed through the first room, actually had no window - it was like a cell. In fairness the hotel had installed fancy mood lighting and even built a false french door in the room to make it appear that it did have a window - but when the curtains were pulled back and the door opened, there was just a wall behind it! I asked to change apartments but was told the hotel was fully booked, in an attempt compensate me, the receptionist offered free breakfast, which was as much as she could do and at least she tried to help, but I would not stay at this hotel again for fear of having another window-less room! Swimming pool was tiny and looked like it needed a good clean!

We stayed at this hotel thinking it was recently renovated as advertised on the internet site we booked on. It turns out that only half of the hotel has been renovated and therefore not all room s are of the same standard. We had friends staying in the same hotel who had larger rooms with more facilities and of a higher standard and who were paying the same rate as we were for a smaller, older and smellier room. We asked if there was anything that could be done to be told 'no'. I can't believe the same rate per night was charged for such a big difference in rooms. We will not stay here again and would not recommend to friends/family. It was very disappointing and not clearly stated on the website.

“Very friendly owner & included (free) airport transfers. 'Katerina' also insisted on driving me to the wedding I was attending (again as a favor & free of charge).
