Great location from which to explore Fira. Reasonably priced.

The breakfast was not included but worth the extra cost. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The room was super clean and plenty of room for my husband, sister and myself. Only a short walk to shopping, dining, bus station, etc. I highly recommend.

Good position, nearby bus station. Nice breakfast. The room is confortabke with a kitchen and a fridge. The host is very nice.She changed our room from standart to super, and she also picked up us from the port and sent us to airport, all those are free. At last, she gave us a discount.

Great location, near a grocery store, on the Caldera. Lovely person at the front desk. Roomy. Free transportation to and from the ferry with a smile.

Nice location, close to supermarket and bus station of Fira. From main road to the hotel you need to walk up on stone-covered road for 100 meters or so. A bit trouble for big luggage but if you can leverage hotel's free transfer services from/to airport/port, it's ok Dont think they have good sea-view rooms, as the hotel is not near the cliff.

Good location. Near supermarket, bus terminal, center of fira. Kind owner, staff, driver. And they pick up us from terminal and also to airport. Regrettably, we cound't get such room but some rooms has nice view which can enjoy sunrise or during breakfast.

The kitchenette is not a kitchenette. Very poor facility. We couldn't make different food at same time. Only can do one by one. It's very very hard to cook.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to tips of fira!

Our room was under the kitchen so every morning we could here the breakfast being set up.

Very nice and quite place, with excellent location. Very close to the city center (5 min), bus station (5 min), big supermarket (2 min). Tranfer from/to airport/port is great +. Small clean rooms.

Our room was on the ground floor, that was a bit inconvenient. As we stayed only for two nights, we didn`t ask to change it, but if you are planning to stay for more, than, I should suggest to deal with the floor`s matter beforeheads. Also noisy conditioner. But there are not significant problems.

Lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good value at 8€.

Room was smaller than expected and the bed quite uncomfortable. The room described on our booking sheet as superior room with enhanced decoration wrought-iron beds is not what we were given , I did see pictures of these rooms on their brochure on the counter. The other odd thing was a kettle in the room and cups but no tea, coffee or milk.

The kitchenette was a liitle old.

Helpful and friendly staff. Calm and quite although, location very good; 150m from local supermarket one direct and views of caldera in the other. Main bus terminal also only a few minutes walk.

Pool was small but clean, ok just to cool off. Kitchenette was basic a little limited in size, with little room to prepare food.

People were extremely friendly and looked after us well.

The staff was friendly and helpful, hotel location perfect (right at the centre of Fira but in a cul-de-sac -> quiet). The pick-up service was very useful for us. The room was comfortable with modern decoration. Only stayed for one night though so did not get to spend too much time at the hotel.

It is well positioned, close to the center of Fira.

The air-conditioning was defficient, so it was necessary to use an electric fan. However, there was no electricity point near the fan, so I had to request the night care-taker to look for an extension. I did not expect this sort of problem, for the price I paid.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. Centre of Fira 5 mins walk away. Carrefour just a 2 min walk down the road. Very comfy beds. We got a room on the level down from the road opening to the paved garden area with their small pool. Cute rooms with doors that have windows in them that open so you can open them to get some nice fresh air in and light. Wifi available throughout which is great. Little fridge in room which is handy for keeping drinks & snacks cold in the heat. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Fira. They also offer to pick you up from the airport when you arrive.

Location, wonderful staff. Bed was confortable. It's a nice little place next to the Caldeira! The supermarket and the bus station are so close. Good quality-price!

Close to city centre, shopping centre and bus stop. Well priced and the best value for money throughout our European holiday. Provided two bedrooms and a kitchen as well as lovely bathroom.

Very central location

The pool doesn't get the sun, so if you like to lay by the pool in the sun think twice before booking

A stunning hotel - the rooms were beautiful, the staff are really helpful and friendly, the pool is great, the breakfast was amazing, and only a 5 minute walk to Fira main square. It had a lovely beachy and romantic atmosphere, we had an amazing time.

The wifi was a bit patchy.

All the staff were very friendly, the room was lovely, the breakfast was good and the free transfers.
