Great staff. Clean hotel.

Even though the breakfast buffet i great, they could do a lot by means of getting better eggs, salting them and getting better quality sausages.

Breakfast buffet is good, but eggs and bacon could be made more delicious easily.

Clean, peaceful but still a few minutes away from city (by car), friendly staff, just opposite to a good supermarket, easy parking and a very nice view of city and sea.

The hotel is very good. Its on the outskirts of Kavala with a Sydney- like urban beach, small supermarket, easy parking. But the rooms, beds, bathrooms, dining room, breakfast are excellent. As was the price. Only one receptionist let the side down but its unfair to criticise the rest of the hotel for her attitude. We had a balcony with a seaview, perfectly fitted soundproof balcony windows, quiet air conditioning. Second best hotel bathroom I have found.

The pool was closed and looked run-down but the beach is over the road.

The hotel is clean. Parking was available at no cost. WiFi is good and available everywhere in the hotel

Hotel staff and cleanliness was excellent together with a magnificent view of the sea... Plus the rooms interior design (we had a suite)...

Nearby the beach but not far from the city center

This is our second stay at the Lucy. Room excellent, cleaned daily and bed turned down at night. Amazing array of breakfast food with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel pool is large and very clean with outdoor bar and food service. Excellent hotel.

The location at the end of the town in an calm area, 5 mins from the center by car. Good starting point as for nearby beaches, outside town as for night life in Kavala. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is not real 5 stars as available facilites, e.g. there is no fitness room, sauna, etc. Some of the reception staff is not very supportive. They should smile from time to time while comunicate with theit cistomers.

Very large, clean and comfortable suite room with sea view. Nice hotel's beach (and very close). The hotel's staff was polite and friendly. Good breakfast. Very good choice for a 5-7 days seaside summer holliday.

A lot of noise late in the night or very early in the morning, but only if you forget open windows. Otherwise it's OK.

Inside the hotel was OK, but,

outside the hotel , the souroundings, the beach,was not ok

Lucy Hotel is very good located in Kavala, neither in the middle of city mess nor far from city center. Very near a small and cosy beach that you can find clear sea to swim. Its food services are quite satisfactory, staff is polite and restaurants are clean. I recommend Lucy Hotel for holiday or a short accomodation.

Rooms excellent and friendly staff but not really service oriented... Nobody to heLp us carry luggage when we arrived late at night. Food of poor quality especially the buffet for17€... However breakfast excellent, swimming pool georgous..the sea is here but not crazy about it...

Very nice hotel, spacious an dluxurious suite, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

The fact that people outside the hotel can use the swimming pool which ends up to pe very crowed, noisy etc and there is no available space for the hotel guests. However, fantastic lounge music in the swimming pool area :)

swimming pool is dirty,because no water circulation.but it is not important for me,because I never like swimming pools.

Fantastic customer service, clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds, amazing views and staff that went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Great pool and pool bar. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Kavala. Only 4 Euros to get from the hotel to the Kentro(city centre). We only stayed for 3 days, next time it will be longer!!!
