what i really enjoy each time i visit your hotel is the willingness of your staff to answer our questions.This was my third stay there and i am sure i will repeat it. only breakfast should be improved a little bit,like adding more colour on the menu.nothing difficult only tomatoes and cucumber for example. |

dead-on city centre. retro style building and interior. breakfast was adequate, with nothing though to brag about. the staircase and elevator shaft come straight from the '30s. very small room and bathroom, although it was functional. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, a minute walk away from buzzing Aristotelous square, but still quiet enough. Staff were very polite and helpful, the room was clean (but also see below), wireless internet with strong signal available for free (requires username and password which are provided by the reception at no charge). Room was spacey (but also see below). We were initially placed in a room where there was a constant buzz coming from the electrical board but we were relocated without trouble. Bathroom was not that roomy and there was heavy mold around the ceiling ventilation fan. The floor of the room was tile-fitted, which is more hygienic but colder than carpet. The ceiling was somewhat lower than the standard of 3m. |

Convenient location for sightseeing and shopping downtown. The room was small and had no view, which was disappointing especially when considering the price. The breakfast was a bare minimum. The staff was friendly enough but knew little about the goings on about town. |

The staff were friendly, the hotel was very central. The air conditioning worked well. Room tiny, basin cracked in bathroom, staff were smoking just outside our room so an unnacceptable smell. |

Please write at least 15 words If anyone want's to be near very centar of the city but to avoid noise, this hotel is a place to stay. As we were in Thessaloniki before and have had different experience,this would be our choice for the next visits too. We had problems with finding parking place, hotel should find a way to help its guests. We don't have parking and You can find several nearby hotel, is not good enough because we ended up driving around for more than a hour, but all garages were full. |

The staff were pleasant. It is central very close to all Thessaloniki has to offer. Hotel is old and very dated. The rooms are small not much space between bed and dressing table. Bathroom was so small and with only a shower curtain it was like a wet room which I guess was not the intention given the age of the hotel. We have piad a little more than we paid at Luxembourg on other occasiuons in Thessaloniki and had a much better standard of hotel AND with an amazing breakfast. |

The location and it is not noicy during the night even if you are in the midle of the city. Poor breakfast. |

The position of the hotel perfectly matched to my interests. The disgusting smelt in the bathroom and in the room. The room's design and size (especially related to the paid price). Attitude (lack of flexibility) of the receptionists. Even before I have recommended the hotel, I'll never do it again! |
