The shower is so small that was unconfortable and very unpleasant

It was in an excellent location literally close to all the main streets, shops, clubs, restaurants and important city sights.

it did not the most comfortable rooms and they were clean enough, nothing particularly bad about the hotel but it just didn't go that extra mile.

Hotel is located in heart of Grand Canal just across to Ponte Rialto.You can even watch out the canal from the sofa in the lobby near window.

If you are sure that the room has a canal view I would reccomend but if not you may stay in a very small and dark room which has a wall view and located very back side! Person with a fobia can not stay in this room. Hotel is too much touristic! Breakfast was below expectations.

The staff were all very friendly and helpfull from the cleaning staff to receptionsts. You can come and go from hotel very easily with no problems.

20 days passed when I came back but I still didn't get my money back which have been reserved in my credit card. Too long

The hotel has a very good location in the center of the town and is on a ten-steps walk from main walking street near the sea.It is very close to the main sightseeings of the town - the Aristotle Square, the White Tower, etc.As it is located in the center of Thessaloniki, we had an enormous choice of Greek tavernas and restaurants. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. I did not like only the breakfast.In my opinion for a four-star hotel it should have been much better.

The hotel staff is really polite and helpful, the hotel itself is a very convinient spot in Salonika's downtown area.

The room was tiny and well below the standard expected. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't get into, or out of it, with ease. It was not only inadequate, but dirty and unsafe, with exposed wires and equipment hanging off the walls.

Problem with a parking. You have to pay parking 20 Euros for few hors.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, the comfort of the bed, silence the receptionist really helped us solve our problems with taxis. Next time I am in the city, this hotel will be the first choice again. Greek ( Turkish ) coffee was just for my taste!

Very small rooms, especially bathroom, lousy breakfast

Excellent location, Rooms were clean, well furnished. Breakfast was excellent and it included both hot and cold items

Bathrooms were clean but very small. The shower head had to be handled manually---there was no way to hang it from the wall). The interior room I was moved to (I had to satay an unplanned extra day) was very cheap but exceedingly small.
