The staff was nice and friendly. Accommodation was spacious with outside balcony and small kitchen, all clean and tidied every day. Pool area was looked after and good to relax. Supermarket and bike rental close by.

A bit of a walk to the harbour, but not a problem if you have a bike.

There was no soap (!) in the bathroom and the staff threw our clothes down while cleaning...

Lovely holiday friendly staff nothing too much trouble

Big confortable apartment with terrace,quiet and well equiped kitchen. It has a common swimming pool with clean water and a nice snack bar.

Wifi only available in the snack bar and in the swimming pool. No breakfast included. Quite far from the city center,15min walking,5 by bike.

The location was very nice and the apartments are quite large and low-priced.

The restroom was quite ugly and it was almost impossible to take a shower without the water spilling out onto the floor

Nice place, good room service. Perfect that there is kitchenette in the apartaments.

A little bit far away from the town center.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant area was very well run. The apartment was very clean as was the linen and the bed was very comfortable. Wardrobe and draw space was better than some hotels I have stayed in claiminh a much higher star rating. Altogether the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, which is what I was seeking.

I think a couple of minor things could be improved, such as - plugs which fit the bath and sink fittings - a regular inventory of such thigs as glasses, mugs etc. and replacement of missing items - some washing up liquid and a scourer on the day of arrival.

Liked everything about the Apartments could not fault it in any way and i would not hesitate in recommending them

Il prezzo, la struttura immersa nel verde giardini ben curati

La posizione, troppo lontano del centro sono quasi 2 km dal porto; la pulizia scarsa, lenzuola sporche, non forniscono nemmeno la saponetta, no wifi.

Appartamento spazioso e dotato di tutti I comfort necessari. Struttura ben tenuta e gradevole. Wi-fi gratuito, anche se solo nei luoghi comuni. Parcheggio interno gratuito. Vicinanza al centro di Kos. Prezzo davvero vantaggioso.

Molte, anzi troppe, zanzare: la sera eravamo costretti a tenere le finestre chiuse per questo.

Lav kapasitet på varmtvann. De hadde reperasjoner på vannrørene midt i stå opp tiden på morgenen, Dvs ikke vann i dusj, spring, wc. Dette kunne de utført midt på dagen da de fleste gjestene er vekk ifra leilighetene

Tesiste hicbir calisan yok. Bayram icin 3 oda acilmis. Gece kırsal alanda 3 aile dogaya bırakılmıs, sıkıntılı ve tedirginlik dolu bir gece gecirdik.

Super ontvangst, gezellig iets eten in de bar aan het zwembad, Perfect engels-talig.warme sfeer. Altijd plaats aan het zwembad. Alles wordt goed onderhouden en is steeds zeer net. Een familiaal gevoel, waar men zich meteen thuis voelt. Thank you Mary and Sakis(no)lol We miss you

Bagno troppo piccolo ed antiquato

η καθημερινή καθαριότητα των δωματίων, η τοποθεσία, η σχέση ποιότητας- τιμής. ο κήπος ήταν πραγματικά καλός. σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σε μελλοντικές διακοπές στην κω.

Οι υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου καθώς και η φιλικότητα, η ευγένεια και ο επαγγελματισμός του προσωπικού του ξενοδοχείου.

Στις πληροφορίες του ξενοδοχείου αναφέρει ότι παρέχει αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις (γήπεδα μίνι ποδοσφαίρου, μίνι γκολφ, πινγκ πονγκ και μπαντμιντον) οι οποίες όμως δεν υπάρχουν. Υπάρχουν μόνο 2 μπιλιάρδα.

Τα ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, η όμορφη διακόσμηση τόσο των δωματίων, όσο και όλης της μοναδας και η ησυχία της περιοχής.

La parte esterna della struttura è graziosa. C'è una piscina non molto grande ma ben tenuta. C'è molto verde e un parcheggio interno per auto e moto. Il wi-fi è gratis anche se funziona solo nella zona reception e piscina. Il letto della camera è confortevole. La signora che gestisce la struttura si è dimostrata complessivamente disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze e alle varie rimostranze.

Gli appartamenti sono pittosto vetusti e bisognosi di manutenzione straordinaria. Non sono per niente confortevoli. Gli arredi sono molto modesti e poco puliti. La cucina-soggiorno non è dotata quasi di alcun utensile. Il bagno è assolutamente inadeguato, minuscolo e affatto funzionale (la tenda della doccia è inspiegamilmente più corta di circa 20 cm. rispetto al piatto e quando ci si lava si allaga il bagno e si sporca il resto dell'appartamento; i sanitari sono praticamente attaccati uno all'altro; la manopola della doccia è vecchia e posizionata ad altezza siderale; non viene neppure fornita una saponetta di cortesia). La pulizia non è adeguata (solo dopo aver segnalato il problema il gestore ha provveduto). Gli asciugamani forniti erano lisi ed ingialliti ed è stato necessario chiederne la sostituzione. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, c'è poca scelta e la qualità non è certo eccelsa. In pratica, la struttura potrebbe essere adatta solo a giovanissimi con budget limitato e senza nessun tipo di pretesa. Per gli altri utenti è sconsigliabile.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, facile raggiungere il centro e le spiagge se muniti almeno di una bici. Ideale per gruppi di ragazzi. Excellent price/quality ratio, the centre of Kos City is 10 minutes far by bike. Recommended for young groups.

Il bagno è piccolissimo e vecchio. Very small and old toilet.

God pool, tæt ved byen og venligt personale.

Der er simpelthen for meget larm fra unge mennesker - skriv på hjemmesiden hvis det er et party hotel og ikke et familiehotel!!! Renligheden, der var masser af kakkelakker. På 10 dage fangede vi 5 kakkelakker indedørs i køkkenet, sengene og på badeværelset - og så rigtig mange udenfor. Det er simpelthen for ulækkert og personalet tog det IKKE seriøst (bortset fra at udlevere en spray) før den sidste dag. Vi kommer helt sikkert ikke tilbage.
