A good location and the view. Tha room was small and there was a leak in the shower and the bathroom was totaly wet... I spoke with reception about it, but they didn't do anything... This was in the room 103. My parents stayed at room 205 and they didn't have a window, their window were to corredor, in front the elevator!

The hotel itself was unique. I enjoyed the view of the Acropolis from my room. Breakfast was not good. I expected a bit more effort for the price. I'm not a huge eater in the morning, but I still had a problem finding anything enjoyable apart from the yogurt. There was variety, but the quality was poor.

Excellent location. Nice old historic building. Nice rooms but too much furniture placed into such small rooms. The hotel staff were cold and aloof. No Greetings, welcomes. They did not smile, and almost appeared annoyed when you had questions for them. Will not be staying there again, and for sure not recommending it to anyone; which is quite a shame because it really is a nice hotel and in a great location.

I liked the room and the staff was nice. Too noisy...mostly from the staff in the morning and guests late at night. Not a good place to stay if you are looking for a good night's sleep.

Liked the feel of the place, very easy access to the city. Room was cute, slightly old world; balconied windows were lovely and I didn't mind the church bells. Breakfasts were a little late, supposed to be from 7am but in reality that is when the staff turn up to start breakfast. Bathroom was a little tired and I couldn't take a shower without a flood appearing on the floor. Last morning the hot water went off! Not able to get a proper shower before a very busy day in 33 degree heat.....Lovely!!

Location only not a complaint...but a fact....The first room they put us in room not as expected...no window claustrophobic. Complained...moved to rooftop suite for more money....didn't look anything like pictures. Will never stay here again...

An amazing view of the Acropolis and State church on a small square. The very most comfortable beds. Good bathrooms with great showers. Great breakfast with an amazing view also. Best central location to walk to everything, ancient sites, restaurants, shopping. It can be a bit noisy it is on a somewhat busy street and outdoor restaurants and courtyard but quiets down nicely by bed time. The balcony can only be stood on its not big enough to sit and enjoy the view. The rooms are a bit small. The State church of Greece is across from the Hotel and the bell rings once on the half hour and once for every hour on the hour, i.e. twelve bongs for 12:00 o'clock. During the night they soften the bells but I still needed earplugs. You will be up at 7:00 am every morning for the bell tolls it's very loudest then.

The hotel staff was really nice and always ready to answer our questions, The design of the room was really cute and romantic but still modern. We had a problem with our DVDplayer which was not working. the next morning they fixed it. very clean hotel and very good location. Wasn't my first time in Athenes so not my first hotel and i have to say that i am not disapointed at all for picking that little romantic one. As we french people say "tres cosy et charmant hotel" the bathtube floor is soooo smoth it's almost dangerous to take a shower.. i almost fell down sooo many times. that should be improve before any accident occure.

Location was fantastic as it was close to the shopping streets, cafes and landmarks. The view of the acropolis was truly amazing and the restaurant fantastic! Provide assistance on arrival to help carry bags to the rooms. Also, within each room it would be great to have tea/coffee making facilitities. After a long day of site seeing and shopping, it would be lovely to relax in the room with a hot drink.

The location was absolutely perfect for me. I lived in Athens in the past and this location is completely central to everything a traveler would need. It sits very close to two metro stations, near many restaurants, cafés (and even a brand new large ultra-modern Starbucks). The breakfast could have been a bit more comprehensive but it was still rather nice. The views from the rooftop restaurant of the Parthenon and Acropolis were stunning! :)

The hotel is in an excellent position for city trip, it's easy to take underground and to walk around the city. The receptionist are very nice and polite. Breakfast is served at the third floor on a fantastic terrace with Acropolys View. Our room was the 103, a bit small but perfect for us, with an amazing view.

What a great place, and the view is amazing. Perfectly located, so close to the Plaka. Hotel staff are great and the look and feel are beautiful. The breakfast was first class on the balcony looking at the acropolis

Good location, close to Syntagma and Plaka. Don't let them "upgrade" you: the suite's interior was shabby and worst of all: at only some 20 meters distance of the bell tower of the cathedral. We didn't sleep at all!

Nice place to go around the city: to main square and Acropole. As well as go shopping. Wonderful room with very nice design, big windows and unbelivable view to Acropole. Comfortable bed. The bath could be more new, but it's ok for functionality.
