El Makedonia Palace és un hotel clàssic de 5 estrelles situat davant del mar a Tessalònica. Disposa d'un restaurant, una piscina, un gimnàs i una sauna. Totes les habitacions tenen una decoració esplèndida i inclouen TV per satèl·lit, escriptori i reproductor de CD. Les habitacions són clàssiques i disposen de balcons amb vista sobre la Torre Blanca i la ciutat. Les habitacions deluxe tenen un balcó amb vista sobre el mar. Totes les habitacions tenen un bany de marbre ben equipat, amb articles de tocador de luxe, barnús i sabatilles. Les suites han estat dissenyades de forma individual. També hi ha 3 bars de temporada, un dels quals és al saló i un altre és una cocteleria situada al terrat. L'hotel també ofereix instal·lacions per a reunions i conferències. A més, hi ha accés gratuït a internet sense fil. Location was excellent and good for site seeing. The city itself is excellnt with lots of nice restaurants and cafe's. The rooms are quite old and rundown espcially the carpet which smelled pretty bad, however not sure that there are many good options in Thessaloniki. Personally, a little over priced for the quality.

Tranquility while close to the city and seashore, nice view, silence.Friendly and kind staff and atmosphere, tasteful breakfast options. Hotel looks old, decoration, tv & Music set, telephones etc all outmoded and old, gives a dirty and old fashioned feeling even they are functional, furniture and furnishings give the feeling dirty even they are clean.Hotel needs a real big renovation, can be a very chic and fashionable place because it has a very nice location nearby the seafront.

Location is perfect. You can reach the White Tower in several minutes by walking, even with a 4 years old boy. Excellent breakfast.

Location is quite nice, not too far from the city center, yet at the sea side, with the view of the sea. Rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, breakfast is good, staff is kind and helpfull... Internet is free and good, parking is also free although it was mentioned that you have to pay for it on the web site. Overall good impression. The hotel is pricey, is good but not superb, it looks like it was very good some time ago when it was opened. Some minor details are not functioning, for example the flush in the toilet did not work etc. other services are expensive as well, I.E. cofee, drinks etc.

Polite staff but the room facilities were poor. No gym or fitness centre facilities.Shower head was damaged and poor lighting in the bathroom had to shave in the dark. Water leaking in the bathroom.

Price, location, breakfast, room size and beautiful people in the cafes and restaurant! WiFi connection very weak, so barely worked. Bathroom could have been further renovated and updated, E.G. replace bath curtain with walk-in shower...

There was so much noise in the sea side. They started working at 7:00am in the morning. And for that reason we woke up at that time. The trucks must have started to work at 9:00am not at 7:00am. Nobody from the reception told us about the noise.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in the hotels! Compliments to the Kitchen! Bed mattress is bad ... I believe hotel shall invest in replacing them gradually. Also street side is noisy when terrace door are open; when closed it is ok but than air is stiff.

It is good value for money. Very spacious, well furnished, excellent breakfast, fantastic view to the sea, very fast and efficient service at reception/bell boys/parking. Very good food at outside/garden restaurant. Very slow service at restaurant. The promenade to the sea is in reconstruction, that will probably last at least a year. It is a minus, since the promenade is great for walking/jogging, and the best way to take you to the heart of the city and shopping area.
