The location is ideal. and the interior of the room which is comfortable, clean and well equipped. We needed an appointment with the hairdresser for Sunday. We called the hotel the week before our check in and they reassured me that it was possible and we could arrange it upon our arrival. However when we checked in we found out that the hairdresser was out of the city on Sunday... The laundry service was another disappointment. Not only the price was sky high (30 Euros for ironing a dress) but we found out that the service was unavailable on Saturday evening - Sunday. At least they offered us an iron and a board... |

The hotel is in a fantastic central location right on the seaside promenade, ideal for walking into town to explore, or just walking along the long promenade in Thessaloniki. Enjoy fantastic sunsets right from the hotel's terraces, or your own bedroom window/balcony. This hotel has been renovated relatively recently and is very elegant and polished throughout with generously sized rooms, each with their own spacious balcony to enjoy. There is a nice pool area with a pool bar/restaurant, enjoy a drink in the relaxed yacht bar outside watching the ships going into and out of Thessaloniki harbour. Greece is renowned for its relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality. This hotel achieves this throwing in elegance, style and efficiency. I liked all of it! |

I was very disappointed from the fact that the lobby of the hotel was smelling like a WC. Furthermore, during my checkout I was asked to pay for six movies from the pay TV facility, which I did not use. When I complained, the desk manager was proposing to deduct the one charge and pay for the rest five. I was very offended from this attitude and paid for everything. Of course, this was last time that I will use this hotel. |

Nice see view and staff, very good breakfast. Roof restaurant is closed for rebuilding, swimming pool area needs cleaning up and renovation. |

Room had a great sea view and view to the city. Excellent Location. First floor looks over at an ugly terrace. Definately not a nice view. Building is old and one can see that, although the rooms have been refurbshed. There was water leaking from our bathroom ceiling. |

For a short trip to visit the city this hotel is perfect. It has everything you need(seaside view,swimingpool),breakfast is excellent and the location is perfect. |

Sweeties served in the room :) Good price offer on Booking. The room booked was deluxe.. but it doesn't corrispond on it's denomination. The hotel is to value 4* max.. Insects in the edluxe room and plastic curtain in the bathroom is really scandalous for a deluxe 5* room! |

I liked the position of the hotel - close to town and on the waterfront, breakfast, swimming pool, free parking.. We get good discount with booking.com Many of the hotel facilities were in various states of disrepair. Some things are for 5 stars and some are for 3-4 star hotel. Poor Wi-Fi conection. |

We were ill and the hotel staff were professional, accomodating, and polite. Without hesitation, room service asked the chef to make a special meal not on the menu and confirmed it while we were on the phone. Talk about hospitality! It tasted wonderful and along with our seaside view, we started to feel better almost immediately. Check-in was as fast and pleasant as was check-out. The bed was comfortale and the bathroom clean, smart, and didn't show signs of age. |

The price of the hotel was what made us choose this hotel; it is an excellent hotel with parking and swimming pool right next to the sea. It is also convenient for walking to the city centre to enjoy the local cafes and shopping. |
