Staff excellent,location good,room great (we had the junior suite 809number),the view was fantastic.Not far from downtown.They should only improve their coffee if i may say so. Decoration of the room could be improved.bathroom could be better and cleaner. |

Big room with a big balcony facing the thessaloniki bay. Amazing sunset over the sea! Friendly and helpful front desk who understod what we were looking for - authenic restaurants off the beaten tourist track! The pool was perfect for an afternoon swim and chill out after sightseeing. If you look for probably the best 5-star hotel with a lot of space and facilities this is the hotel for you. The bed was absolutely not 5-star comfort. I have never slept on such a hard bed but we had hard beds everywhere in Halkidiki so it must be greek standard, or?! And the rooms are a bit old fashion for a 5-star segment but if you are looking for the best standard (interior/comfort/equipment in the rooms) in Greece you better book 5- star, but you will only get 4-star standard... |

Very clean and comfortable, although the "smoking" rooms are a little on the "small" side.. The decor is rather standard (no elaborate "designer furniture" but definitely what one would expect from a five-star hotel geared towards the executive business traveler), The staff is very helpful, polite and professional and room service is quite fast. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The location is not "idyllic" but it is situated on the seaside promenade, which makes it OK and it is very close to the city center. The sea view rooms offer a panoramic view of the city. Private parking available at extra charge. Free wireless internet is a definite plus point. |

All th employers are helpfull and the locatıon of the hotel One thıng breakfast because we dont eat pork ,all the meat staff makıng by pork and then ı dıdnt eat ıt. |

The hotel is nice and comfortable, however the last time it was renovated was 1998, I bealive, and it has a tired look to it. We had a room to the city which was fine for our one night stay. The staff was fine. The pool area needs an update. I would recommend this hotel for a short holiday or business trip. The famous top bar of the hotel was closed. |
