Excellent venue close to town and on the waterfront. A 10 min walk to town centre. A very nice pool area and good for swimming in . Very nice clean and well laid out room with sea view. Overall very good value for a city centre hotel The restaurants seemed a little dull and overpriced |

The hotel staff where well presented and it was very important that my family was comfortable from the start. the breakfast area was fantastic and their was a varity of great food on offer. very good! it was a little different to the photos that the internet portrayed but it was still a comfortable stay. |

acceptable value for money, very responsive staff and nice breakfast. Good airco. Location close to the sea. Needs urgently refurbishement. Outside facilities not up to standard. Doubtful whether really a 5 star hotel (would classify it as 3 star only). Not really centrally located. |

Nice staff, efficient check in and check out, clean. The summer offer was a great value. Relatively close to the airport. Free wifi. No breakfast included in the price. No free parking. Street parking is difficult but feasible. |

The location, cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff from reception to room service. The large balcony although the music from the "yacht club" was overwhelming at times. Overall I could fully recommend this fine hotel. Perhaps only the loud music late at night (& early morning hours) on the sea view side. In all fairness we were given a sea view room at no extra charge and could have changed rooms if we desired. |

Classis feel to the hotel without it being old or tatty. Our room and bathroom was clean as was the swimming pool. Breakfast had a good choice. For a short stay it's a good choice. It's not located far from the centre and is next to the sea which makes for enjoyable walks. |

Friendly staff, design rooms (though the lobby and restaurant lacked any cool design) are worth mentioning. We picked a corner suite; hoping to avoid the water dripping sound we read in one of the reviews. We were not that lucky. Apparently the hotel has to renew its hvac system as well. |
