Classic hotel, clean medium-sized rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Free wifi and free parking. Good location, 10 min walk to city center. We travelled in may and the pool was not functional. The hotel might use some renovation, especially in the breakfast room.

Breakfast is very nice indeed, as many others have stated already. The room is spacious and the service very good for Greece. Effective, flexible, polite and honest. The seaside room was very very quiet. Parking very easy. The seaside is under construction (knowing Greeks, it might take a long time to complete) as wrell as the pool side was not open (due to off season despite of 29 degrees)

Beautiful hotel, loved the location right on the Gulf. THe lobby was so nice. The staff was very friendly. Really had a luxurious feeling. The lounge was beautiful and comfortable. The rooms were a very nice size, and bathrooms were very nice. Poor air conditioning!!! Also there was construction going on. Very loud

The breakfast was very good and also the Hotel Staff were very polite, efficient and spoke English. The heat - had to change our room at 2am as we - including my 7month old couldnt sleep due to the heat (the ac's hadnt been switched on to cool!!).

The valet is parking your car , takes your luggage with separate elevator to your room , room service is very fast and good , breakfast is 5* . Your really feel that your are in a hotel like it should be. People know what it means to make you feel comfortable. Even the girl taking your plate when you finish breakfast is asking you if she can take the plate for your comfort !!! nice

Great staff. Beautiful hotel. 5 star hotel. The only small draw-back -- it is a taxi ride to city center. But close by taxi. Highly recommend it!! Location- a short taxi to city center.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast in bed was a very nice surprise but it is far away from ,,Continental breakfast,,The view was very good.Rooms are good size,but the furniture must be changed.There is a CD player in the rooms.The king size bed was very comfortable and pillows also. Old furniture and T.V.,Lots of dust in the frige and outside on the balcony/ there is a road works just in front of the hotel/more attention when clean flors in the rooms/ I found a plastik screen saver on the floor probably from the guests before us/ Only outside pool,no indoor.Very old gym equipment.Restourant and lobby bar were average.Overall look of the hotel shows urgent renovation.

We had an early departure from the international airport, and wanted to show my brother the highlights of Thessaloniki, while staying in comfort on the waterfront. This was not the cheapest hotel, but it fullfilled all that I wanted of it, and the price was not unreasonable. The only reason I downgraded services/facilities to "good" was that free parking was a bit painful to find (although the valet was helpful), and the sushi restaurant is only open during certain seasons (it was a reason for selecting the hotel in the first place).

Location is quite nice, not too far from the city center, yet at the sea side, with the view of the sea. Rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, breakfast is good, staff is kind and helpfull... Internet is free and good, parking is also free although it was mentioned that you have to pay for it on the web site. Overall good impression. The hotel is pricey, is good but not superb, it looks like it was very good some time ago when it was opened. Some minor details are not functioning, for example the flush in the toilet did not work etc. other services are expensive as well, I.E. cofee, drinks etc.

Polite staff but the room facilities were poor. No gym or fitness centre facilities.Shower head was damaged and poor lighting in the bathroom had to shave in the dark. Water leaking in the bathroom.

“The hotel was well placed for shopping and the local antiquities. The staff were very helpful as we were there during the recent strikes and protests and everything was closed. They helped us find out about booking new flights and getting to the airport when there were no taxis. We had a beautiful dinner in their 7th floor restaurant and received excellent food, service and views. We would happily have stayed longer at the hotel.
