Excellent location, very kind staff, magic atmosphere-environment, amazing design. Two steps away is a woderful,golden sandy beach, very well-organised.Extremely clean rooms, willing staff able to fulfil your expectations.We left malia studios hotel with fabulous memories and we would like to come back!

The staffs were very kind and understanding. The location was 5 minute work to the main strip. We booked 2 rooms but the manger kindly offered extra room as a good will gesture. Would recommend to friends and family.

Two days stay in mailia studio hotel was the opertunuty to be in love with the place whitch we dream to visit again asap. The staff of the hotel is so pleasant, so nice with just target: to make your stay unforgettable, enjoyable, amazing ...

Het enige positieve is, dat de eigenaar een vriendelijke man is. Maar de appartementen zijn rampzalig en waardeloos. Alles viel tegen. De ligging van het appartementencomplex is verschrikkelijk, namelijk aan de voorkant een doorgaande weg en aan de achterkant de werkplaats van een auto- en motorverhuurbedrijf waar de muziek steeds aanstaat en waar een blaffende waakhond aan de lijn ligt. Er is geen receptie; de eigenaar komt eens in de paar dagen even kijken en is verder alleen telefonisch bereikbaar. Om naar je appartement te komen, moet je door een café/bar, waar continu de TV hard aanstaat. Er is géén eigen zwembad. Er is géén TV op de kamer. In een kast bleek een kakkerlak te wonen. Kortom: een rampzalige plek, waar we nooit zullen terugkomen en die we aan niemand kunnen aanraden.

L'acceuil, la proximité de tout, l'appartement Les voisins très bruyants et pas très compréhensifs, le chien du voisin qui aboit sans cesse et rien avoir avec l'hôtel mais la jeune clientèle en général de Malia.

Abbiamo soggiornato al malia stidios apartments dal 5 al 12/9/2011.il titolare si è presentato solo una volta e cioè al nostro arrivo per ritirare I soldi della prenotazione,quindi per evantuali problematiche bisognava rivolgersi al gestore del bar sottostante che teneva la musica ad alto volume fino alle 5 del mattino,inoltre lui e il suo staff facevano rumori molesti e rompevano bicchieri.nella nostra stanza I materassi erano vacchi e sporchi di urina,c'erano lampadine fulminate.la presa di corrente nel bagno non funzionava e l'asciugacapelli non era presente come invece veniva segnalato in dotazione nella camera.noi avevamo a disposizione in cucina di una sola padella che era consumatissima e una pentola senza manici.pulizia insufficiente.

Le service n'était pas du tout en accord avec la description, aucune bouteille d'eau ou corbeille de fruit à l'arrivée. Les lits étaient des plus inconfortables et surtout la piscine est inexistante, il faut utiliser celle de l'hôtel voisin à trois minutes à pieds.Quant à la propreté, elle laissait vraiment à désirer les bords des sanitaires étaient noirs!!!!
