The parklands, situated approximately 220 yards from the hotel premises, lead to the Koukounaries beach. The beach itself has won awards and is considered to be one of the four most beautiful beaches in the world. It is a marvel to see at anytime of the day. The staff is very kind and helpful, our room was comfortable, clean and cozy... It might not have a sea view but it's near to the beautiful beach of Koukounaries. Easy to find cause it's on the main road. Don't miss the breakfast, it is good...

Nice calm location. Near beautiful beaches. No transportation from or to the arport or the port. The hotel is very far from the city and the taxi fair is too expensive. Also the breakfast should be improved. There is only one free selection of coffee.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely gardens. Very nice breakfast. Excellent shower. Nice reception area. A little disappointed about the room/balcony size considering I booked a superior double room. I queried that is was a superior room with the hotel staff and was told it was superior because of it's position/view etc..

The hotel is near very nice beaches of Skiathos ( 5 minutes walk ) and is surouded by very nice pine woods. Its very quiet, also at night. It has a swimmingpool, so you can be also lazy near your room if you dont want to go out. The busstop is also nearby, 3 min. walk and Skiathos town is 20 min. by bus. The breakfast is very good..many things you can choose!!! the hotel has very good cleaners! When you come back to your room its very nice clean again...day after day! The hotelstaf is nice, friendly and helpfull. I must say i dont have any compains.

buona posizione per raggiungere le spiagge più belle dell'isola. Staff cordiale. sala colazione poco spaziosa e priva di aria condizonata, la colazione (buona e abbondante) viene servita in una veranda o all'aperto, spesso con tavoli al sole.

E' un piccolo boutique hotel molto ricercato. Ambiente di design, ben curato. Ottima la prima colazione. Personale/staff ottimo: molto attento ad ogni esigenza e richiesta. Assolutamente è un hotel da consigliare.

La tranquillità, la struttura, l'ordine e la pulizia Nonostante la cortesia e la professionalità delle ragazze alla reception, il personale risulta carente: I baristi sono scortesi e poco efficienti (avere un latte riscaldato a colazione è un'operazione che ha comportato sempre lunghe attese); il servizio navetta è affidato ad una persona dalla guida nervosa e a tratti pericolosa, e che risulta generalmente maleducato (all'andata non è venuto a prelevarci in aeroporto ma si è fatto trovare, una volta terminata la nostra ricerca, comodamente seduto in parcheggio. Al ritorno ci ha lasciati ad attendere diversi minuti all'interno del mini-bus, sotto un sole cocente e con l'aria spenta... Il gelido saluto finale suonava come un invito a non ritornare)

Está al lado-lado de la playa más famosa de la isla. Te ofrecen un transfer desde el puerto por 9 eurazos por persona, cuando otros hoteles te lo hacen gratis!!! Organizan unas barbacoas que son carísimas y encima no podían ser más muermo. Por la atención no parece un hotel de 4 estrellas... Mejor buscar otro que tenga menos pero que la gente que trabaje sea más cordial. El desayuno es de esos de guiris total (por si os gustan las salchichas mañaneras...). En serio, hay mejores opciones por esos precios...

“The owners of the Anna Maria-Vanessa apartments could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way helping us renting a scooter (no scooter rentals in Neo Klima), taking us by car to the bus stop when we left and, above all, bringing us twice with their own boat (for free) to the beautiful nearby beaches not other-ways accessible! The accommodation was basically brand new, clean and close to some nice restaurants. Neo Klima is a rather small village with not much of a night life.
