Manolis Apartments offers modern, sunlit rooms with large balconies with grounds, sea or pool views. It is situated only 330 ft from the sandy beach of Plakias. Guests enjoy free private parking, as well as free internet service. In addition to the wireless internet access available, guests can also make use of a desktop computer which is provided at the front desk. The complex features a 535 ft² swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as a garden. Outside bathrooms and showers by the pool are also available. Very clean, a good location very close to the beach and restaurants. Spacious balcony, a clean well-equipped kitchen. Overall, it's a very good value for money. The apartment room is not 40 sq.m. as advertised, not to mention the 50 sq.m. pool, it's not even half of that.

Lovely well equipped clean comfortable apartment. Nice peaceful pool area- there was a half built hotel next to Manolis but this did not detract from the pleasant gardens.The area inland from the apartment is interesting and it is worth taking a walk to see the old mill and church in the Kotsifos gorge.

the best apartment with comfortable double bed of all the ones we tried throuhout our journey on the island. We had taken the one for three people (the apartment, not the studio) to make sure we had a double bed, which happened. Really clean, well furnished et kitchen well equipped, quiet environment, welcoming owners (family business) and the only apartment we got with mosquito nets on each and every window/door (so nice to sleep at night with opened windows yet without risk of having insects coming in).

This was for sure the best apartment we have stayed in Greece! Perfect location in the lovely Plakias village, close to beautiful beaches (the Preveli Palm Beach is a must see!), spotless apartment, nice and crystal clean pool. Manolis and his family is the perfect host. Definitely we recommend this place to everyone who visits the south of Crete.

The rooms and the hotel are very clean.The pool had clear water.There were playground for the children.The apartments are large in space. i dont have something that i didn't like.

We have had a very nice week at Manolis Apartments. Clean, big, very well equipment apartment, changing towels and bedsheets about every day! Nice swimming pool and 100 meters from sea and town with nice restaurants. The right place for a stay in Plakias/Krete. We will go back. Jan en Christine.

Location was perfect, very comfortable well equipped room. Perfect location for beach , shops and tavernas but in a quiet area of the town. Excellent swimming pool and sunbathing area. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Cuisine très bien équipée, appartement spacieux, le sens de l'accueil avec une petite bouteille de raki qui nous attendait à notre arrivée, grand balcon pour se détendre et diner, l'ensemble très propre, des couvertures pour la fraîcheur de la nuit, une belle piscine, bref un excellent rapport qualité-prix et à 5 minutes à pied du front de mer (et du centre-ville, des tavernes)... Un tout petit bémol : une plomberie qui se fait entendre (mais c'est un détail).

De vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van de familie. Het is er superschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, incl ruim keukeninvertaris, oven/3 kookplaatjes, tosti-apparaat, haarfohn, strijkbout(niet gebruikt, maar toch) bad, groot balkon; ligbedjes bij het zwembad en schaduwplekjes. Op loopafstand (1 minuut) van het strand en de boulevard. Dat we zo snel weer naar huis moesten.

Heel ruim, schoon en uitstekend onderhouden appartement. Groot balkon, lekker zwembad. Geen last van de wind. Kregen bij vertrek 1 liter home made raki. Erom heen staan niet afgebouwde huizen, maar daar heb je geen last van. Ook gaat de harde wind in Plakias op een gegeven moment wel vervelen.

Unser appartment hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Es war sehr sauber. Es war zwar klein aber nehr als ausreichend. Wir haben 4 Nächte dort verbracht und waren mit dem preis/leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden. Wir können diese Anlage nur empfehlen. Der Blick ist nicht wirklich schön, vor dem hotel ist eine unfertige Baustelle. Das wars aber auch schon.

Η διαμονή μας στο Manolis apartments ήταν υπέροχη! Ο κος Μανώλης και η οικογένεια του πάρα πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί!Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα και άνετα! Όμορφοι εξωτερικοί χώροι που χαίρεσαι να βλέπεις.Επίσης πολύ ήσυχο καθώς δεν είναι πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο, αλλά παρ' όλ' αυτά πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα και στο κέντρο του Πλακιά(3-4 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

6 dagen op 7 werd de studio gereinigd en kreeg je verse handdoeken, vriendelijke mensen, proper zwembad. 1 minpuntje de kichenette, voor te koken beschikten we maar over 2 kleine electrische bekkens. Maar geen probleem, er zijn genoeg goedkope lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt.
