Bra service av personal i receptionen, mycket hjälpsamma vid byte av rum.

På nätet står det att det är 11 km, men enl rec. är det 13 km till flygplats. Jag hade angett om glutenfritt bröd till frukost vilket receptionen hade noterat, men serveringspesonalen förstod inte ett dugg vad det var. Serveringspersonal vet inte riktigt vad man menar när man begär glutenfritt. Utbilning av personal behövs då detta är ett ganska vanligt fenomen idag. Dåligt att placera kvällsunderhållning in mot gården, ljudvolym mycket hög fast dörarna var stängda, därav byte av rum. Utlämning av pool och badhanddukar stängde kl. 18.00, lite för tidigt.

Ett stort hotell med många aktiviteter.

Mycket dåligt att man placerade oss i ett rum rakt över kvällsunderhållningen som pågick ända till 00.00. Vår 2-årige son kunde inte somna förrän halv tolv och vi långt senare. När vi ringde och klagade i receptionen kl. 23 fick vi inte möjlighet att byta rum eller åtgärda problemet. Vid utcheckningen gjordes heller inte någon kompensation för detta. Vi önskar vi hade fått information från booking.com att detta hotell var ett nöjeshotell för familjer på charterresa. Det framgick inte av internetannonseringen. Vi sökte ett övernattningshotell med pool i närheten av flygplatsen.

Very good breakfast and the view from the restaurant!

The SPA, the pool and the gym close at 8 PM!!! Too early! I arrived after 8 PM and I couldn't use them.

Staff tried to be very accomodating and even though I arrived after 10pm, they make sure I had something available to eat at the bar area.

I bought an internet card to use in the lobby and paid 8euros for this card, and the computer didn't work. I was stuck because I only had a little bit of battery in my laptop and couldn't use it either since the hotel had no plug adaptors.

I was pleased with everything about my stay from the very reasonable price to the views and room comfort. The staff were very good extrememly friendly and polite. I also liked the idea of the the shuttle to and from the airport. For me I would and have already recommended tro my company to use this hotel for transit stays and anything longer that might arise.

We did not want to go into the city of athens, so this was perfect close transfer from the airport & very relaxing.Pick up from the airport a real bonus & return.

Hotel was fine but not located near airport as advertised - approximately 30 klm distant rather than 8 klm advertised

It is a beautiful setting--what I was able to see at night and the common areas are nicely appointed. The rooms are just fair.

There was no shuttle to take me back to the airport and no one to meet me when my flight came in. I spent 60 Euros for taxis to and from when the reason I boolked was to be near the airport for an early morning flight and for the shuttles. The taxi ride was 20 min.

Staff was slow and useless. Free transport to airport was advertised but did not start until 9am. Had to pay extra for internet and gym.

The free shuttle would not pick us up at the airport and we had to take a taxi. Using the free shuttle is not clearly explained when booking. This hotel is not close to the airport by road. The male manager at the desk when we checked in was rude.The pool was not open until late in the morning. The breakfast is not early enough for those with an early flight. The shuttle driver taking us to the airport in the morning was 15 minutes late. The air conditioning was not efficient in the room.

Convenience to Airport and adjoining rooms for children. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Athens.

Complimentary airport transfer not available at 7.30 am for return journey to Airport. While it was a 24 hr reception, extra pillows not available after 10pm and neither was the ability to obtain WiFi internet access / password numbers from the night manager.

A change of plans made me end up here, one of the few available at that time. A hotel of this size would never be my first choice. Bigggg. But I was nicely surprised by the welcoming atmosphere created by the quiteness and friendly staff. Rooms were good as well.

i only stayed for one night but unfortunately i didnt recieve the room i reservedso that had to be changed , so not a good start.Then we had problems with the air conditioning i phoned to reception but nothing happened i had to get dressed go down and ask at reception who knew nothing abbout my problem.The problem was never resolved so sleeping was an unbearable task.
