Location is central, staff was helpful, room view was very nice, towards Heraklion port, breakfast veranda. Yes, hotel does not have parking places and room was quite noisy due to street and airport proximity. |

A place with good vibes from time of entering to leaving. Delightful breakfast with port view& helpfulreception staff & central location. Might improve bedside reading lighting, & drawer or shelf space. |

Hotel smells bad...the staffs are not well educated. They did not change towels..Only god point is the breakfast with the grand view of the aegean sea. We will not stay this hotel next time. Staffs are not well educated and the hotel is not clean. |

Very central location. Wonderfull view from the roofgarden-restaurant to the harbour and the old catsel (Koule).Whereas the hotel is located very centrally, it is very quiet. Internet accessible in all rooms. Ideal also for business meetings with separate meeting areas. |

Not much other than it was average. Good location Sea side room means you have a room on the side of the hotel and if you lean of the patio far enough you can see the sea. |

Room was lovely. View was superb. Staff were wonderful without exception. Access to both the airport and city were excellent. It felt like trying to sleep on a busy roundabout in the middle of town - all night! Although the double-glazing was solid and the windows closed, Saturday night/Sunday morning in our room in this hotel was a nightmare, due mostly to local trafffic noise. I couldn't recommend it on a Saturday night (the only night we stayed) if sleep is a priority, which it was for us due to travelling. |
