This hotel had no characer whatsoever. We could have been anywhere. The restaurant on the roof terrace was a good idea, it was a pity that the breafast was the worst we had during our time in Crete. The fruit juice was powdery, there was only tinned fruit, it was very mediocre. |

Friendly staff. Close to the town so very convenient When compared to the usual chain (and admittedly more expensive) hotels - the restaurant was very basic and bed very hard |

value great for being so close to the main pedestrian street with hotels and shopping, as well as right next to bus-stop and the ferry port. a little difficult to find to hotel, a good map and instructions from the highway on their website or yours would be nice. |

Convenience to Archeogogy Museum, port facilities, restaurants, and shopping enabled me to dropoff rental car at Marin Dream Hotel and complete my visit on foot. |

Breakfast Staff at the reception and online communication before arrival was poor. We had to find our own way from port since hotel did not reply to our request for directions. |

The staff as ever were really friendly and helpful The beds continue to be harder than might lead to a restful night. |

The room was clean and the bathroom large enough to walk into. There was a balcony with a great view. The hotel staff was very friendly. It was close enough to the port that we could walk there without a problem, and close enough to the historical district of Heraklio New towels everyday would have been nice. |

The breakfast room was on the top floor, with panoramic windows overlooking the port and the Venetian Fortress. It is in a good location, very close to overnight parking at the port, and the old town (shopping + Archaeological Museum). The room had a refrigerator and tv. The room was a little on the small side, and had 2 twin beds as opposed to one large bed. It was a bit pricey, but most of the hotels in the city are, and this was one of the better values. |

Location is central, staff was helpful, room view was very nice, towards Heraklion port, breakfast veranda. Yes, hotel does not have parking places and room was quite noisy due to street and airport proximity. |
