An all around good hotel. View from the triple was great, one window on the port, one window on the fort (rm 403). Location was central to the port, bus station, and walking street - all key to our stay. Breakfast on the roof terrace was nice, although breakfast itself was not bad, but not great. No issues with storing luggage in the lobby.

Room was a little small for the baby cot, but we made it work. Balcony was dirty and furniture was too small to relax on. Overall the price seemed on the high side for the accommodation compared to what we're used to, but it seemed like an average deal in Heraklio.

Good location. Nice breakfast with teriffic view in rooftop restaurant. Quiet. Desk staff very helpful. Free computer for guest use of internet. Stylish decor.

Perfect place for breakfast, lunch and supper in the topfloor panorama restaurant with beautifull view on the port and old harbor. Friendly and helpfull staff. Very complete breakfast. Parking is ok in the port near the hotel.

No place in front of the hotel for a quick stop to put your bagage in and out the car.

We stayed this time 3 days (last year only 1 day that was not enough) in the very best room on 5th floor, super view to sea and harbour and very big balcony. Very easy to walk everywhere (even to Knossos one day...) Thank you very much hotel Marin Dream and friedly staff!

Marin Dream Hotel has a great location, right by the port of Heraklion, which is on the eastern edge of the city itself. This meant it was a short trip from the airport (we flew into the city) and a 5 minute walk to the port (we left Crete by ferry). It's also a short walk to the Archaeological Museum (as we were there at Easter, the receptionist kindly called ahead to confirm their opening hours). The other main feature of the hotel is the beautiful dining area on the sixth floor which has beautiful views of the port. The breakfast spread is also quite nice.

Everything about this hotel was as expected, ie. clean, functional and no frills. We only wish that the main receptionist had been a bit friendlier as she often wouldn't even say hello as we walked in and out of the hotel.

Comfortable, very good location, by the sea and very close to interesting places breakfast delicious and tasty - on the roof with picteresque view on the sea would go there again!

Excellent location, nice staff, the possibility to leave luggage in the storage, free internet, good breakfast on the top floor with beautiful views of the sea. отличное местоположения, приятный персонал, возможность оставить багаж на хранение, бесплатный интернет, хороший завтрак на верхнем этаже с красивым видом на море.

This hotel takes money from your account at least one week before the expected arrival, whereas the reservation states that the money will be taken for 1 day. If you book non-smoking room, be prepared to get that smoky room, in center this room on the coffee table is ashtray (clean of course). The lighting and design of the rooms and corridors waiting for caring hands. этот отель снимает деньги с вашего счета как минимум за неделю до предполагаемого вашего прибытия, тогда как при бронировании указывается, что деньги будут взяты за 1 день. если вы бронируете номер для некурящих, будьте готовы к тому, что получите прокуренный номер, посередине которого на журнальном столике вас будет ждать пепельница (конечно же чистая). освещение, дизайн номеров и коридоров ждут заботливых рук.

Staff were friendly, polite & efficient. The location is excellent - a short walk from the port, main bus station and city centre. We asked for a quiet room and got it. Breakfast was ample and served in the restaurant overlooking the harbour. Definately recommend for a short stay.

The beds were on the hard side. The fridge was a fully stocked mini bar but there is a communal fridge available apparently. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Handy to bus stop, helpful staff, great view from the breakfast room. Good buffet breakfast.

very convenient location (major bus stop is down the road, 5min to the rest of crete..); comfy, quiet, spacious rooms, even the single ones. Breakfast room has fantastic views of the harbor.

It is located in a great place, everything is in a distance of 10 minutes- walking.The service was fine,the breakfast ok,it could be better though,in general I have nothing negative to say!I Trully enjoed my staying there!
