Matina Hotel  

The hotel location is the best possible , 2 minutes walk from the city center , restaurants , bars and shops , yet very quiet . The hotel is well maintained and surrounded with a beautiful garden. The room was specious and had a very nice balcony. The team and management are very helpfull and friendly . If we ever come back to Mykonos , this will probably be our choice of accomodation .

Hotel Matina has a great location! Just 2 min walk from the crowd of Mykonos town and short walk ( up to 7 min) from the bus station to all beaches. The great thing is that even it is very center, the hotel is in a very quite area! Has beautiful garden, great staff, very friendly owner and they have recommend us a lot of places to go out and eat. We went to all of them and they were excellent. We had the feeling that we are at home.

Excellent location in the heart of Mykonos town, but quiet. Very comfortable, bright, clean room with a balcony, where everything worked well. The host is very warm and helpful. He and his staff made it a real pleasure to stay there.

What can I say, part of our pleasant stay in Mykonos was due to this Hotel. Is just a few blocks from the old port (downtown) and far from the noisy pubs, which is good if you like to sleep quite at night. The staff and the owner had and excellent predisposition. The hotel is more like a private small neighborhood with a beautiful garden communicating all rooms. Our room was ample and had a balcony (guess all rooms had balcony). The breakfast was incredibly good, and among the amenities they had free internet both in the lobby and wiffi in the rooms. You can have the key with you so you can enter and leave at any time.

This isn't a complaint but a warn of advice or those who go on autumn when the weather is slightly colder. Before picking a room, they showed us two possible rooms and said that one was hit by sunlight (thus warmer without need of air conditioner) and the other (slightly bigger) was not. We choose the bigger which indeed was chilly but amenably with the and conditioner. The temperature may vary between day and night so choose in terms of your likes.

We love this hotel. The staff is very helpful, and Yassi the owner can talk to you during hours about mykonos and his childhood in this island... Very intersting! Our room was very clean and confortable. There was a jacuzzi in it! The garden is just adorable, and we were at about 1 minute of the center of Mykonos!

Friendly staff, lovely safe and clean place to stay it was very pretty.

The location was great and still silent. The stuff was realy helpful.

Great customer service. The owner (Janis) and his daugher Julia have made us feel like at home. The breakfast is amazing. I would definitively recommend this hotel to everyone as the experience has been very fulfilling and I will never forget it.

The location.

Our room had cockroaches!!!!!!!! We found 2!!!!! The owner talked too loud in the morning outside of our window and we could not sleep. Not a value for money hotel. With this rates you expect better quality.

Perfectly located : very central but quiet at the same time

The room location within the hotel : in the middle of the patio with a lot of circulation from other customers and the corresponding noise. And need to keep the curtains or shutters closed to have minimal intimacy

El Hotel es muy bonito, muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo pero en una calle super tranquila. El personal amabilísimo, te ayudan a todo. Muy limpio, la habitación cómoda y espaciosa, si contratas el desayuno a parte aunque son 13 € por persona te ponen tanta comida que no puedes con todo, muy rico y si es en la terraza es todo un lujo, perece que estés en tu propia casa.

Todo es excelente, lo único que mi avión llegó a las 7 de la mañana y el check in no es hasta las dos de la tarde. Ellos te guardan la maleta, pero no puedes estar en la habitación hasta esa hora.

Отличное месторасположение: в центре города, близко ко всем основным барам и клубам, а также к автобусной остановке на все пляжи. При этом отель находится в саду и позволяет отдохнуть в тишине. Персонал очень любезный. Завтрак со свежей выпечкой, фруктами, йогуртом и т.д.

Цена немного завышена. Но на Миконосе все дорого.
