Big room though ill-lighted, big bathroom with a wide shower and good water pressure but the hand shower holder was broken. The kitchen was also big but not very clean. It is not a bad hotel but its location makes it extremely inconvenient so don't you even consider it if you are not planning on renting a motor vehicle too!! Don't you put your hope in cabs because there's no way to get one... You can walk down the hill and get to Chora in 10 minutes but you'll have to climb that same hill up!!! No kidding, I had to do it. After 1 hour and a fortune wasted in useles phone calls trying to get a cab, I accepted the inevitable and started climbing. I rented a car the day after.

The pool was great, with excellent views. The room was a bungalow with a porch rather than a room. It was very cosy. Though some travelers assert that the town centre is too far, there is a shortcut that leads you to the town centre in only 5 minutes. And if you don´t like walking you can rent a moped or a quad over the road.

They drived us from and to the port/airport. There was cozy place to sit and chill next to the pool. The bathroom was small and when you showered in the very tiny shower it got wather all over the floor. The stuff was not very progressive.

ci siamo trovati molto bene..molto vicino c'è un noleggio moto,un supermercato,la pompa di benzina e il centro.mi è piaciuto ke ogni giorno ci cambiassero gli asciugamani e ci pulissero la stanza..bella vista! molto tranquillo!!ps: occhio ai prezzi di mykonos!sono esorbitanti! la proprietaria è decisamente scontrosa e insopportabile..la navetta che ci è venuta a prendere in aereoporto è arrivata con 45 min di ritardo

Staff are very friendly and kindness, especially, Ms. Marina? Location is far from the centre of city. It is better to rent a car or motor bike. However, you will be able to find amazing overview from this pension at the sunsent.

Simplicity, cleanliness, transfers to and fro port, good view Staff were polite, but very cold close to unfriendly. Not very welcoming and not hugely accommodating regarding port transfers.

Excellent pool, very nice outspace. A big climb from the town center, but if you are in good shape you will do it easly. They pick us from the port and took us there. Very nice roo m by the pool, but there are some on the back. We enjoyed a lot and stay one more night.

Pension Matina has a beautiful pool and lounge area that was amazing to have in the middle of Myknonos town. Definitely gives a nice option to going all the way out to the beach, and is open at night as well. The staff is very nice other than Matina herself, and they are willing to pick you up and drop you off at the port which is a huge help. The biggest downside is the location - Pension Matina is located up a steep hill from town that is not doable with luggage. It is about a 10 minute walk straight uphill. This is a huge downside if you do not have a car or other form of transport. It is not worth staying here if you do not have your own transport - it is simply too far. The price is decent for Mykonos, but given the location you might expect somewhat of a discount.

Conveniente location, car is necessary to visit the island. Very nice view and facility, panoramic swimming pool! Room was very clean at the beginning, but in 3 days staying, no room service at all!!

Ok, here is the deal...if you are looking for a nice pool, amazing views and a front desk that will get you anything then this is the place. This is no Ritz, but perfect for a couple days. Located up the hill so not walking distance to town. You will need a scooter rental if you stay her but take note, riding around Mykonos on a scooter was the best thing we did! So much fun and amazing way to see the little island. Beds and pillows are sub par but I travel a lot for business so I could be a bit spoiled. The bathroom you can't really turn around in but again...These things did not affect me staying here now or again in the future.

Pool area was lovely with great view over Mykonos town at sunset. Rooms were clean and had nice relaxing balconies. Internet reception poor in the rooms. Location is at top of a big hill, the walk is strenuous if you haven't hired a vehicle.

Me and 7 friends stayed at this hotel we booked 2 studio rooms under different names. 1 room was perfect very big, lots of space good cooking equipment. The pool is very nice lots of beds and also places to stay out the sun if you need a brake However the other room we had was nothing like the room i was in. It was a 2 person room with 4 beds in it. The aircon wasnt good enough in this room so it was always hot. My advice make sure you get what you pay for if you do brilliant place to stay

We have enjoy Mykonos in Matinas Pension, well located (no so far of the town, but with longs stairs from it). Can take a taxi, not so expensive (5€ from town). The personal was very nice, they help you on everything. Great view from the poolterrace and clean rooms. I definately would stay there again. Bugs everywhere, but with doors and windows closed, no more problems. I think this is a problem of all the island, not only from this place.
