really lovely and helpful staff
Too far from centre through an industrial district - that to a short stay visitor to the city seemed a bit too off the beaten track. We did not want to walk back alone at night.
The staff were absolutely the friendliest! We arrived at the hotel at around 10am, check in was not until between 12nn and 2pm, but the staff told us to wait for at least an hour while they clean the room. While waiting, they offered us breakfast. In particular, Katerina (if I spelled it right), gave us to best welcome to the hotel, she served breakfast (which was a lot!) and brought even more local bread and cakes. She was very hospitable, chat with us, we immediately felt at home. When she left (from a night shift I guess), Mario took over, and he was equally the same! He was very friendly, chatted with us, we didn't even feel that we were waiting for so long for our rooms because they made us very comfortable. He talked us through getting around the city and all. As for the room, we got the mini apartment on the 5th floor and we were surprised at how large the room was (great value for money!). We had two balconies, a kitchenette, a shower, 2 large rooms (1 double, and 1 with 3 single beds). We didn't stay long in our room as we went on to see the sights in Athens. However, we really wish we could have stayed for few more nights. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you're not overly concerned about its distance to the city center.
Nothing really apart from 1 thing. The hotel is not very close to the city center. We walked a good 30 mins to get to the nearest hop on hop off station, the nearest metro is about 15-20mins walk. Otherwise, this would have been the perfect place to stay in Athens!
The hotel is very new and close to the Keramikos area which is a trendy borough full of restaurants and clubs central and well communicated by metro with the ancient part of the city. The soroundings of the hotel are safe but ugly (a massive car repair area that looks like Kosovo, as it has been said in all the comments) but once you get used to it is very convenient and well priced.
The kitchen is not properly a kitchen it does not have cooking facilities but only a microwave and we needed them to prepare the food of our baby. That should be made clear in the information of the hotel The matress is very hard and you can feel the metallic spring on your back and legs
Nice clean modern unit. Great staff and service. Bed a bit hard but OK. Simple but nice breakfast..All in all a good hotel and oasis after the bustle of Athens.
Kitchen could have had a few more things like tea towel and microwave dish, chopping board and sharp knife. Location was a bit on the edge of town
Excellent staff, they are very nice, kind & friendly. Hotel is very clean and comfort room.
Everything was great, the staff we're very helpful and polite, the room was just as advertised, and the breakfast room service was a nice touch , overall a fantastic place to stay while in Athens.
Friendly staff, clean room
The location of the hotel, it is a bit isolated and there are no lit signs so its hard to find. The shower tap was troubling, it kept switching off. They didn't ask us what we wanted for breakfast. they serve by default toast, french coffee and orange juice. If you don't like orange juice they have no other juice to offer. They wanted to charge extra for wifi in the room. The wifi is available and it costs them nothing extra so they should not charge more for it. They inconvenience their guests for no reason....
Excellent staff! Nice size rooms...
Hard bed, no shower door
The view from the top apartment was great!
The cheese and ham toasties for breakfast
very clean,staff very nice,breakfast,good windows isolation,nice terrace
strange but comehow safe neighbourhoud, air con direction directly into bed
wifi should be in the rooms for free as well. nowadays its not a special thing. i dont understand why have to pay for it.?
The location: just near the metro The staf is very kind. The rooms are big and clean. Great view! Very clean and comfortable rooms
Flight was delayed so we arrived in the middle of the night. warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. Much needed air conditioned rest in comfy room.
we weren't there long enough!
If you want to catch the bus to Zakynthos , here is a good place to stay. The room is so good and clean and even have a small kitchen inside it.
not so easy to find. We went there by taxi.
Very nice and tidy apartment. Very helpful personel, speaks English. Very good breakfast. Nice location near local street, walking distance from metro station. Quiet place.
clean, modern accommodation; decent location (not as bad as some people make out) not far from some great bars and restaurants; friendly and very helpful staff. overall excellent value for money!
unlike the other rooms, the first floor room we were allocated does not have a balcony. Not a massive problem for us, but some may be disappointed with this.
The staff were just fantastic! Made my stay in Athens awesome
nothing that I can think of
Staff are helpful and hospital. The room is big and clean, and the furniture are good.
The single bed is too hard
Very friendly staff and big and comfortable room
Quite a long walk from the nearest metro station (10-15 mins)
Room was clean and pretty big:) Wi fi was fast
Breakfast was poor Intrusive service
Everything - the place, the staff...
The surrounding area but it is close to the metro station, just one stop from Monasteraki. Furthermore, the area arround the metro station is wonderfull place with restaurants and various places to have a drink and listen to a musik.
Exceptional young staff, very nice and clean room with nice bathroom, breakfast delivered to the room, and a terrific staff (mentioned twice on purpose). Very helpful and friendly.
While the neighborhood immediately surrounding the hotel is a little grimy, there were still some excellent restaurant options nearby (five-minute walk).
The staff was very helpful They make my staying there!!very comfortable.
Great little hotel with kitchenettes and a balcony. Great for a longher stay
Location was (seemingly) the middle of nowhere and was a bit on guard when walking around by myself.
