The staff and service were all absolutely brilliant - extremely kind and helpful. The staff gave vast amounts of helpful information about Athens and its famous tourist and historical attractions, as well as transport options and options for places to eat, and they ordered meals in for us too. They also have an incredibly helpful laundry service at a very reasonable price, and by saving us from doing our own laundry they gave us more time to enjoy Athens. They have a great bar area and food and drink vending machine, and an excellent in-house food and drink list. McQueen catered very well for our family of five, but seem well equipped to serve the needs of all different types of visitors. We'd love to stay at McQueen again if we're lucky enough to be able to visit Athens again.

The stuff is very kind and helpful, clean spacious rooms, just 2 metro stations from the Syntagma square. Acropolis could be easily reached by foot. Great food at the Butchers shop, just 10 min from the hotel in Gazi area.

The hotel is in a semi-industrial but secure zone. Near is a congress center Athinais so the zone has a potential to develop well.

Every staff is very kind. This hotel is very value for money.

Hotel was perfect but Location is not good. There are many garages around here.therefore not good for relax atmosphere.

It was very clean and brand new! We felt safe and welcome. We needed a place in the area and the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very close to down town Athens and easily accessible. Easy to find parking on the street. Very spacious rooms and large terraces.

Room was spacious and clean. We were on top floor with a view of the Acropolis from our balcony; that was awesome. Breakfast was included, and they even delivered it to our room.

Not enough utensils in the too,. It would have been nice to cook on our room instead of downstairs. We did ave a microwave in our room.

The hotel has modern facilities, large room, large bathroom and a large balcony overlooking old Athens buildings. It has a nice court yard where the breakfast is served and where we usually got our internet link working. The staff is very helpfull and professional.

Not in walking distance from the tourist sites;located at about 10 min walk to the closest metro station. The internet did not work in our room on the 3rd floor.

Perfect small hotel 30 minutes walk to the city center. Good staff, convinient appartment.

location. Have to say it is far from the metro station, not so easy to go to the city center.

We didn't like that we boodked in Plaka, close to the Acropolis, but ended in the Kastoriasstreet. The promissed WIFI was not mature and could only be used in de garden. After a day we found out that the location is good and it has a great potentential for the future. Our Greek friends where surprisid that we had chosen your hotel. From them we found out that the neighbourhood is almost trendy and it has lots of very good restaurants. I liked the restaurants in Gaze beter then in the Plaka. It is terribly noisy at night and the quality off the matrasses is not very good. At the side of the matras it is to weak. I felt out of the bed.

The rom was spacious and very clean.

The location was not ideal and most cab drivers did not know where the hotel was located.

Nice spacious appartment, good quiet location close to an area with a lot of restaurants and bars.

Kitchen could have some more plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.

The reception staff at Mc Queen were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable. Upon our early arrival we were permitted to check in early and were given water & coffee while we waited a few minutes to gain access to our room. Room 401 was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The studio unit's kitchen was small but had everything necessary to prepare lunch & simple dinners. The wrap around balcony was huge but the view was lacking. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel until late evening aftering being permitted a late checkout. When we returned to collect our bags to leave for the airport, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a ride with our luggage to the Metro station.

Our only complaint, which would not stop us from staying here again, would be the neighbourhood in which the hotel is located. The route we walked numerous times from the nearest Metro station (which is only a 7 minute walk) took us from a busy square with many services & people ( including an atm) through a business/industrial neighbourhood that had nothing but car garages & few other people. However, we felt totally safe walking to & from the Metro Station.

We liked it that much, we re booked there 10 days later when we came back through athens

Our room was fantastic! Super clean and spacious. It felt like a large studio apartment. I were staying more than one night in Athens again I would definitely stay here as it has a nice kitchen and lovely bathroom. We also had a 4:30am shuttle scheduled for us and they even provided breakfast! Thanks guys!!

The location is sketchy. As long as you cab it everywhere you're ok. Our taxi actually drove the long way around the hood to avoid the trouble spot of the neighborhood because it's so dangerous!

What a fabulous little hotel close to the centre of Athens. My family of five were treated to the top floor apartment which had two bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area, shower room and two terraces with a view of the Acropolis. What more could we want? The rooms seemed newly refurbished and were clean and very well appointed. We enjoyed breakfast in a small enclosed outdoor eating area before setting off to explore Athens. The staff were all so helpful and arranged our transfers from the airport to the hotel and then onto Piraeus too. They even took us to a local taverna on our arrival and ordered our food for us! Fabulous. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Athens and will recomend it to our friends.

The only problem with the hotel at present is its location. The area is close to an up and coming part of Athens, but we did not feel terribly safe when walking after dark back to the hotel. The traffic noise was immense if you normally sleep with a window open but air conditioning is available if you prefer to sleep with the windows shut. I hope with time that the surrounding area will improve as the hotel is a gem...

The staff was really helpful and friendly.

The hotel was spotless and the staff (Nikos and Christina) were outstanding - every assistance and advice possible.

Bed matress was too thin for my taste.

The excellent and very friendly staff, the comfort of the 2 bedroom apartment with a view at the acropolis. Very good breakfast. Special thanks to Christina and Nicholas.

This is not a complaint, but we knew it is not in the centre of the city but walking to the subway system or the nearest main square is not a big deal if you orient yourself.
