location (opposite main beach and 10 minute walk to old part of Rhodes), friendly staff, cleanliness of room. Also, half board (breakfast and supper) was a good deal, and supper was very good. Pillows were way too hard. Air conditioning was not on - not a big deal since it was November. |

Great position, good value for money Thought having one small lift for a hotel this size was unacceptable. We often had to wait and it was quite often full. Thought that in the event of a fire the internal staircase was not fire proof |

Its location, which was circa 15 minutes on foot from the old town and opposite a beach (againts payment). The hote swimming pool is too small to serve such a large hotel, and there is only one lift, which meant delays during peak hours. |

Use of shower/changing room after check out I booked a partial sea view non smoking room. When I arrived the only rooms left were smoking and no sea view. No rate reduction was available although a free lunch was offered. |

The location was excellent and the service and hotel staff were great! The hotel cafe was quite good too. The bathroom needs some improvement to reflect the standard of your hotel - the bathroom smelt quite badly and the paint was peeling off the bathroom door. Other than that the hotel was quite nice so it was a surprise when we saw the bathroom. |

Great location. Terrific breakfast. Cigarette smoke was pervasive, even in our room, because of leakage from surrounding rooms. It made me nauseous and thus substantially reduced our enjoyment of the hotel. |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and the position of the hotel is excellent, being close to the beach and the shopping centre as well as the old town. |
