I was really satisfied with the personnel and the fact that when I made the booking asked for a romm with a view which I got!!!! A very nice hotel with excellent personnel, very close to the city, lots of restaurants and beautiful view! The internet because you cannot make a connection if you are staying up on the 6th floor! |

Friendly staff, Large room, fairly good breakfast, Like many Greek hotels, the maintenance is below standards which means rooms, hallways, meeting rooms are slowly decaying. In the room there was a mildew smell, and old smoke while I asked for a non smoking room |

Air conditioning, quiet and safe hotel, good breakfast, comfortable beds, generally ok I could not connect to Wi-Fi, bathroom needs renovation - the hotel certainly does not deserve 5 stars |

Walking Distance to the port and city made this perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was large and comfortbale. WIFI in room temperamental but have 2 speedy computers and printers on site, free and available 24/7. |

We found all the staff extremely helpful, charming and very knowledgeable (about the location of museums, shops, places to eat etc.). We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly stay again when we return to Thessaloniki. |

Central location, good room size and extremely friendly staff! I was very happy with the rate I paid i.e. 90 Euros. However I do think that the normal rate of 300-400 (found on the chart behind the room door) is a realistic one! I was looking forward to a cup of tea or coffee when I got to the room only to find out that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room! This needs to be looked at definitely. I also felt that the room had a smell of tobaco to it and as a non smoker this bothered me a bit. |
