We found all the staff extremely helpful, charming and very knowledgeable (about the location of museums, shops, places to eat etc.). We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly stay again when we return to Thessaloniki. |

Central location, good room size and extremely friendly staff! I was very happy with the rate I paid i.e. 90 Euros. However I do think that the normal rate of 300-400 (found on the chart behind the room door) is a realistic one! I was looking forward to a cup of tea or coffee when I got to the room only to find out that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room! This needs to be looked at definitely. I also felt that the room had a smell of tobaco to it and as a non smoker this bothered me a bit. |

Location is very good. There is underground parking, which is convenient for guests with car. Nice breakfast. Rooms facing the backyard - not nice view. There was a dog barking, so it was not quiet. We would stay again in this hotel. |

the hotel as the standart offer, is not 5 stars, staff service is good, the space off the luxury double room was not as the standart, from us requested, the toulet room services, missed some accessories, weight measure, bide, tv.type in the room is for change, very old model. |

Excellent location in the city centre, 200m to Aristotle's square and coffee-shops, businesses and shopping. Free Wi-Fi. Available parking. Nice view to the sea, if you get a room facing South. Bathroom not to the level of the hotel. |

The location and the staff were both excellent. The breakfast wasn't very good. Large selection but everything soggy or stayed on the warm plate too long, even the coffee was burned. |

Excellent location,nice breakfast,good value/money (at least for what I was charged).Also 11 Euros for 24h parrking isn't bad at all for the location... The bathroom could use an upgrade.A touch of "up to date" styling would be welcome... |

Very convenient location in the city centre. Large rooms. Internet availability. Proximity to sea and sea view are also nice. Rich breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking. It was the first time that I was annoyed by external noise in this hotel. Parking is cheaper compared to other hotels but could be free. |

Excellent location, just next to the city center with easy access to the seaside as well as the main shopping street. Excellent food with wide selection and quick room service. Nice staff. Parking is possible in the hotel garage (which is very practical due lack of parking space in the city) and is not too expensive compared to other hotels in the city. Hotel is on a noisy, busy street and if the room goes out on the street, it is practically impossible to sleep with the window open. Massages are too expensive. |
