The room (suite) was excellent! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. There were 4(!) tiny balconies for each window. We've also got a complimentary bottle of good red wine and a basket of fruits. Free WiFi surprised us. Breakfast was rather good, the only thing I missed was porridge... But that's just quirk of mine :) And of course cosmetics in our bathroom! Korres is now my favourite hair conditioner)) Location is good (near seaside) but I'd prefer it to be closer to the shopping streets. And the main "-" is so called spa... Sauna and pool are extremely tiny, moreover pool is located 2 levels up to wellness center (it consists of sauna, rooms for massage, 2 treadmills, 1 cycle and 1 universal gym apparatus). So, wellness and fitness doesn’t obviously worth 5 stars… |

I liked the estetics of the building, having breakfast included, excellent coffee, 24 hour service, the internet room and the pool. The service was good. The location was also convenient. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. There was no english selection on the tv or any kind of dvd player in the room to watch movies. It would be nice to have wireless in the room although the internet room was a great alternative, change of scenery. |

Spacious and friendly, nice room details, good location, close to the center of the city, staff helpful and polite. Parking (expensive for the kind of service they provide)and I think breakfast is not up to a 5 star hotel |

I choose Mediterannean Palace every time I visit Salonica basically basically becauce of its ideal location (for my preferences). Its situated near a suburb I like the most in Salonica namely Ladadika, its close to the city center and the shopping area and its also close to the highway towards both Athens and the borders.. |

It has a parking (of course with charge) and it's relatively near the shopping district. The rooms are small. The 3rd bed was horrible - you could not get any sleep in that. The pool is a joke! |

Very nice location, nice breakfast The toilet needs more attention, notably some lack of proper maintenaince (in this specific case the bath tub had a couple of cracks which are not in compliance with a 5 star hotel) |

Very pretty hotel (lobby very impressive), great location, next to nice restaurants, points of interest. Great breakfast. Good value. Rooms were fairly big as well, everything worked. Computer room (they have free Intenet) was too hot, a/c didn't work. |

the stuff was very friendly and helpful. they have also an indoor garage that is sometimes very helpful. the location is very well situated at the begining of the shopping area and close to a famous taverna area. |

Excellent breakfast. For people taking a ferry/fast boat from the port of Thessaloniki it provides probably the best location. Also quite central for visiting the city. Swiming pool was out of order during the weekend |

Near the city center, easy access to all major sights, nice room decoration, overall a beautiful and cosy hotel. The only thing that dissapointed me was the breakfast buffet on sunday morning which was empty, there was chaos in the tables from leftovers, other guests had already eaten and they didnt refil the buffet or clean the tables for the next guests that would come. The staff was limited to fix this situation only 1-2 employees! totally unacceptable for a 5* hotel. |
