Excellent location in the city centre, within walking distance of the shopping area, near the lively Ladadika. Spacious rooms, elgantly decorated,cleanliness, excellent service, good breakfast.Free wi-fi in the rooms. We always come back to this hotel when visiting Thessaloniki and it has never disappointed uw.

Staff were very friendly and location was excellent. Rooms need an upgrade as the do not reflect 5 star Bathroom - water pressure poor Room was noisy and therefore difficult to sleep both evening and early morning. Staff cleaning were too noise when carrying out their duties. Breakfast did not reflect 5 star hotel.

The professional, friendly experience with the staff, the view, the location, value for money. The matresses are terrible. If one person turns , the other feels like it's an eartquake. The head shower terrible. The refrigirator is good for nothing.

the room was beautifully decorated in classical style, the breakfast had a wide variety and good quality. Despite the soundproof windows, the noise from Salaminos st., was a bit annoying especially late at night.

Reasonably priced, very convenient location, friendly staff, good food, spacious rooms, free WiFi in hotel areas and in rooms to some extent (poor signal), hotel garage available. Not exactly 5 star hotel (but very good), rooms need some redecoration (but are spacious and clean), pool is small (but clean and not overcrowded), garage is a bit inaccessible and somewhat overpriced (11 E/day, should be offered for free or at reduced price off season for guest staying for several days).

central position. has parking. polite and helpful personnel. they stopped investing in details. room door a bit chipped, bathroom fittings a bit chipped. no big deal but for a 5* hotel... they should fix that immediately.

Great location, just steps away from Ladadika, old part of Thessaloniki with very nice restaurants/tavernas and the port where you can find a lot of nice bars and places to eat. And finally it is located right on the most famous shopping street Tsimiski (also the best area for shopping in the city). The hotel is little bit old. If you prefer 5***** hotel with modern design, you should go somewhere else.

We book a deluxe double room for 80 euros. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. We are very pleased. The hotel is in the center of town and we do not have any objection. Internet connection was excellent. We were with the baby, the baby crib was nice and clean. Parking place is expensive - 11 euros. But in Thessaloniki every parking is expensive.

The hotel location is close to nice restaurants and bars.The rooms are old fashioned but clean.Friendly staff. The breakfast is poor.For a 5 star hotel you expect better choices.The restaurant is very small to support the guests.
