Excellent location. Walking distance to most sights, numerous restaurants and shopping very close by.

Great location on the edge of the Plaka. Nice view of the Acropolis from the roof terrace (& from our room). Clean, comfortable & friendly small hotel within easy reach of all the main sights. OK breakfast. Will stay again.

Nice little hotel for reasonable price in the center of Athens just between two metro stations: Monastiraki and Syntagma. Close to most important hystorical and archeological sites, restaurants, souvenir shops etc. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent view on Acropolis from the rooftop terrace and room balcony.

Location, clean rooms and hotel, breakfast on the roof, friendly front desk always available, Ithaki cafe next door.

The bathroom and shower layout- There was a minimal barrier to separate water running out of the shower & bathroom into the room. The price of the hotel as also increased since our last stay.

It was very close to the center and very quite.No need to take metros and buses in order to visit all attractions.

Nth really, just i didnt find the control to turn on the air condition but nothing else.

Very small rooms Bathroom layout is weird. If you shower, expect the whole floor to be wet as well as everything else in the shower. Mosquitoes everywhere!

Our hosts were excellent and ensured that we had all our needs met. The location was amazing. Walking distance to the Acropolis area and many ancient sites. The room was remodeled and very nice.

The room was small but it wasn't a problem for us because we were always out and about.

The staff were very friendly and good natured. But then again most of the people we met in Athens were friendly and good natured.

The location is excellent, and we had a spectacular view of the acropolis from the bed.

The room was tiny, but so was the price. As is typical for Greece, the breakfast wasn't the best, but the view from the breakfast deck makes it most worthwhile. The front "lobby" really doesn't exist, but the staff behind the desk were always helpful, informative and nice.

Excellent location. 8 min walk to Syntagma square for bus and metro to airport. 5 min walk to fantastic souvlaki restaurants and market in Monastiraki. 1 min from Ermou pedestrian mall. Stayed in room 41 which had very nice view of Acropolis. Great shower!!

We returned after a week on Ithaca to a warm welcome from very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

* Centrally located so visit to major tourist places in walking distance. * Mr. Thomas and Costa make you feel at home, very supportive and guide to plan the trip. * As centrally located.. it is very lively and amazing places to shop and eat.

1.(Thomas) Father and (Costas)Son are very friendly people. 2. Centrally located to Metro, bus and Electric railway station.. 3. Close to shopping hub, flea market 4. Most of tourist places in Athens are in walking distance - Acropolis, Olympic stadium, Syntgma square, Parliament House, National park, temple of Zeus, Lycabetus hill and many more.. 5. Entire street of Mitropoleos filled with great eateries and great cafe's

Stopped here for a second time on my travels. The staff are excellent and friendly helped me a lot with my next destination. I would strongly recomend staying here for a few days to see Athens.

great location walking distance to all sites, and acropolis. comfortable beds, and shower. very small, had two full beds, a little cramped for a family of four. breakfast of toast and coffee only. skipped it after the first day. starbucks nearby along with other cafes.
