The breakfast was really good with choices of eggs, bacon cereal, cheese, cold cuts etc. The staff was friendly, and willing to assist. The price is fair for what the hotel offers.

The bathrooms need to be renovated urgently. I stayed in two different rooms in two occasions and the bathrooms need urgently to be renovated!!!

We didn't have air-condition and it was extremely hot!!!!! I was mad and told that to the manager of the hotel who told me that it's under construction. And here you can read that air-condition is included. It' s not so new and clean how it looks on pictures.

Carpets full of bleached stains The water from the shower kept changing from freezing cold to boiling hot every few seconds. The staff obviously knows about it and all they asked me when I told them was if it had been much of a problem (???)

I was very impressed with the hotel from the minute I arrived. It a beautiful hotel, with a luxury feel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, specious and modern, I paid for a single and got a twin for no extra cost! Biscuits and nuts in the room was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast had it all!!!!! A great experience, I would reccomend this hotel 100%

Nothing negative at all.

- I had to request another room because the one they gave me was not clean. Reception staff was quite helpful in giving me another room. - Their service is not bad but there is always room for improvement. They should attend to the customer needs immediately e.g. did not have hot water the day before i left. They sent someone to check it the next day as i was leaving. They need to improve in this area. - Rooms need to be redecorated. They invested a lot on reception and restaurant area which makes the rooms look quite cheap.

I booked a room on booking.com the full price was 73€ but it was the late deal and there was a discount, so I paid 48.45€. When I came into the room I was shocked. It was a tiny room and there was a terrible smell. Under the balcony there were garbage bins, so I asked for another one. The next room was larger, but there was a strange smell, the same smell was in the corridors. The old small fridge worked very loudly, I switched it off. The tv set was a very old small black box and it didn’t work. There were spots of mold in the bathroom. The corridors are very narrow and dark, the ceilings are very low. There are very old carpets on the floor with stains. The lifts are very outdated too. The furniture is very shabby. I could hear my neighbors in the other rooms. I don’t understand why this hotel has three stars, and who would like to pay the full price 73€ for the room like that. It’s a hostel full of young guys; they were running and shouting everywhere. Somebody switched the alarm at night, just to play jokes. I’ve read about it in the comments, maybe it’s a tradition of the house. Everything makes me feel very uncomfortable. Luckily I stayed only one night there. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location for my business needs.

The lift was a little worring, stopping short of the ground floor on one occasion and with odd arrangement of outer and inner doors. I booked a double room and got a twin room, I would have asked to be moved but the hotel had a large number of lively students from the USA there and I wanted to avoid being close to them so I accepted the room.

This hotel is well located in the center of the city and we were lucky enough to park right in front - I think this was an exception and that it could be more problematic at busier times. The room and facilities are okay for the price. The beds are confortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about. The hotel is a fair deal for the price.

Probably the best receptionist in the world

I liked the staff that was nice, friendly and ready to explain and guide you. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable and they are cleaned every day. WiFi internet available. Whilst the location is simply PERFECT!!! The hotel is close to the bus station and to the seaside where you can find plenty of nice places where to enjoy your free time!!

The only thing i didn't like about the hotel was the fact that they didn't change breakfast menu, it was the same each day. Although tasty, you feel like trying different each day.

The location is excellent! A short 15 minute walk from the centre. Alternatively 5 different buses stop outside the hotel en route to the city centre. Taxis also available outside the hotel, only €3.50 to the centre. The staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions or help with any additional needs. The breakfast buffet is amazing with everything from fried eggs and bacon to cakes, pastries, fresh fruit and cereals.

The decor is slightly dated but this isn't a major problem.
