I had two problems with this stay both with the reception desk.i checked in late -at about 10 pm and the front desk could not find the reservation because the reservation office were closed at that time.so I had to wait at about half an hour or more to give me a room-and I got as an answer that the reservation desk is closed and I cannot check in since I booked the room after the 6.00. staff were rude especially the evening reception desk.they double charged my breakfast. I was trying to convience them to check out the booking voucher with no response.finally the day of the check out they returned my money back since the morning reception staff managed to find your booking voucher which was very clear that the room was paid for b&B. |

The proximity to the Tae Kwon Do stadium, nice breakfast. The room was not really clean when we arrived; there were mistakes on our bill. I received the refund immediately, but no apologies... |

The location is great and the lobby is also great. There breakfast is fantastic. It has everything and anything for breakfast and it's all very good. If cleaning of the room was way better done this would be a fantastic hotel. The parking is far away and no security for the cars. We didn't leave the car at the parking at all (not safe) We kept driving around to find parking outside the hotel when we found a parking space outside the hotel we left it there and took a cab everywhere else. Also the room was not clean, the carpet was very very dirty and the bathroom floor was full of hair, also the bathtub had black mild around the tiles and in the sink. I know it's hard to go around and make sure that after cleaning is done, to make sure that it's done right, but the cleaning manager should be more responsible how his/her team clean. I will stay in this hotel again because of the location and because overall it is a good hotel. |

There is pretty clean room I requested revised invoice, and casher did with sigh. No five star hotel should do such a hard feeling for customers. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Efficient check-in and out. Shuttle bus to the city was great as the hotel was not in the best location for tourists. Double glazed windows made the room very quiet. Located too far out of the tourist areas therefore needing the shuttle bus (free) or taxis. |

the room is clean. and they have a shuttle bus to take guests to city center. we were to leave early morning and informed the staff to prepare breakfast. When we went to have our breakfast it wasn't ready and when it was served , it was not warm enough. |

Το εστιατοριο και η καφετερια ήταν ωραια διακοσμημένα. Το προσωπικο στη ρεσεψιον ήταν ευγενεστατο και μας εδωσε δωματιο ακριβως οπως το ειχαμε ζητησει στη κρατηση μας. Η συντήρηση του δωματιου ήταν ανεπαρκης (το αιρκοντισιον εκανε φοβερο θορυβο οταν επαιρνε μπροστα). Επίσης το δωματιο χρειαζεται ανακαινιση (φαινοταν καπως παλιο και ταλαιπωρημενο. Στην καφετερια όταν πληρωσα τους καφεδες μας δεν μου επιστραφησαν ποτε ρεστα. |
