Cmfortable, with nice loppy aria , wifi free at loppy aria, nice breakfast. the night shift reception staff,(NIKI) he was wonderful to make our trip with his recomendation for visiting places, while it is the first trip to athens we asked for comfortale room, gave us the last room, and the cleaning trolly was standing next to our room,, and when i aske the house keeper for cleaning our room, she did not clean our room, and fliped the the sign for no disturb, when we came after long trip tired at night our room was not cleaned.. thats make us not like our staying at the hotel other than that evry thig was great

Good bed, aircon ok Breakfast room shoddy, uninviting and all table were covered with dirty dishes. Coffee undrinkable. If it weren't for the location I'd look for something else

Everything about our stay at the Metropolitan was outstanding, but the service was impeccable! The staff of this hotel should teach other hotels about proper customer service. It is not in the city center, but it's so quick and easy to get there. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

excellent location for my business meetings and easy travelling. Services were good the rooms comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good ---did not eat otherwise at the hotel. Found the staff friendly and welcoming not really any problems for me

When we returned to the hotel after a tiring day of sightseeing, we were delighted to find a bottle of wine and fruit awaiting us. The location was not close to major sightseeing attractions.

We stayed here due to the price and it was one of Royal Clipper hotel choices where we could get transfers from airport and then again to ship. However, we found the front desk personnel not very accomodating, and not sure if it was a language problem or that we were only there for one night. We asked if there were hop on hop off buses in Athens and were told there was not and was given brochure for an expensive tour around the city...which we did not take and then on the 2nd day when we were looking around the hotel found brochures for the hop on hop off buses, but then it was too late as we had to get to the ship. Great Gym and Excellent Breakfast Buffet Even though my room was a non-smoking room the smell of smoke was quite strong. The shower holder was broken and I had to hold it myself Tap water was running thin

Very friendly staff that worked also very efficient! Rooms need renovation, at least on the fifth floor where I was staying. Very outdated for a 5 star and not like in the pictures. Maybe they have renovated other floors?

The 2 telephones in the room were faulty. I reported the problem and maintenance came immediately, but were unable to fix them. I was left with only the telephone in the bathroom.
