Metropolitan Hotel  

Cmfortable, with nice loppy aria , wifi free at loppy aria, nice breakfast. the night shift reception staff,(NIKI) he was wonderful to make our trip with his recomendation for visiting places, while it is the first trip to athens

we asked for comfortale room, gave us the last room, and the cleaning trolly was standing next to our room,, and when i aske the house keeper for cleaning our room, she did not clean our room, and fliped the the sign for no disturb, when we came after long trip tired at night our room was not cleaned.. thats make us not like our staying at the hotel other than that evry thig was great

Very good location. The shuttle bus is very convenient. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very good. The room is quite big and very clean. Internet in lobby works perfect. Fantastic value for money.

It is quiet hotel outside the main centre, but with good facilities and you have a free shuttle service to the centre and back at set times. This is a well run good condition hotel, with nice breakfasts...

It is too far out for tourist visit probably..4 km to centre...and no metro servivce

Rooms need renovation, at least on the fifth floor where I was staying. Very outdated for a 5 star and not like in the pictures. Maybe they have renovated other floors?

Everything about our stay at the Metropolitan was outstanding, but the service was impeccable! The staff of this hotel should teach other hotels about proper customer service. It is not in the city center, but it's so quick and easy to get there. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

for a five star hotel I think it should have better bathroom, flat tvs and of course free wi fi access inside the rooms too

When we returned to the hotel after a tiring day of sightseeing, we were delighted to find a bottle of wine and fruit awaiting us.

The location was not close to major sightseeing attractions.

Chiamando la reception, non rispondono. Alle 8 di mattina, la cameriera entra in camera senza neanche bussare. La colazione è abbondante, ma non di buona qualità. L'albergo è in una zona che non corrisponde alle 5 stelle. Non è proprio il caso di uscire a piedi, a meno che non si desideri visitare un locale di lap dance.

Γενικά πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, δίπλα στο Ευγενίδιο ίδρυμα (Πλανητάριο), για όσους έχουν δουλειά εκεί κοντά, καθαρό και ευρύχωρο. Τα δωμάτια του ήταν αρκετά καλά με πολλές ανέσεις. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

Το μοναδικό πράγμα που δεν ήταν καλό ήταν το ότι κάποια δωμάτια πιθανότατα ήταν μεγαλύτερα παλαιότερα και τα έκλεισαν με τοίχο στην μέση, οπου υπάρχει μία πόρτα. Αυτό έχει ώς αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται τα πάντα από το ένα δωμάτιο στο άλλο.
