The atmosphere of the hotel. The large infinity pool (due to the weather I didn't use it). The view from the balcony. The cleanliness. The wonderful spa. The bus stops by the door every 30 minutes, so it is easy to reach the town and you can get the tickets from the hotel with cheaper price. They upgraded my room!
The resort is full of greens, so there are too many insects and no mosquito's net for the balcony's. I couldn't enjoy it!!.. the Wifi is too bad!.. too many stairs, but a golf car is avialable for the special cases. To the hotel management: Mosquito's net is a must for the rooms!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to bad weather and ferry cancellations we could not arrive on the expected date. After a quick phone call to explain, they adjusted our booking, held our room and did not charge us for that night. On top of this, the service from reception and guest services was fantastic. When we arrived a bit early for lunch (restaurant not open yet), we were lucky enough to be invited to a tasting of local wines that was about to start. Can't complement the entire staff enough for being helpful and on their friendliness.
We loved the food, the infinity pool, the view from our room and the efficient and friendly staff
too many steps , very weak wi- fi and steep climb from the beach, and the lack of on location parking
Very friendly hotel staff, excellent hotel location, very good food choice !
Pool. Reception staff. Pool bars / restaurants.
Wifi. Pool bar staff. Cabs.
The pool the staff the beach the food
The loud music in the bar and the poor wifi
A very lovely and serene place.. staff were very friendly and amazing! the food was fantastic there was such a vast selection and it was hard to decide what to eat at each meal and always fresh and hot. Hotel is very clean and could not fault anything! We really enjoyed our stay there! We'll surely come back for more!!!
A beautiful hotel , quiet clean and spacious rooms with a large pool and wonderful sea view
the location was very good, the facilities acceptable but tiresome due to all those stairs to go from the main lobby (and breakfast area) to the (very good) pool and back
the bathrooms totally worn out and dirty, there's not a parking in the hotel grounds (parking only alongside the street), even iced-tea and "tsipouro" are offered bulk (not branded product, of dubious quality) and many more. No respect for the traveller/guest. A hotel making business entirely from mass tourism (tour operators/groups)
amazing infinity pool very friendly welcome @ check in very friendly staff great cocktails at the pool bar very helpful staff
very slow wifi
Food and location very helpful staff
Bathroom could have worked better shower was not efficient and bath difficult to get in and out of
Very nice hotel. Perfect for a relaxing time. Staff is friendly and discreet.
Minor improvements are the kids club schedule which is quite limited and the wifi connection.
The scenery was nice.
This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. There is no service at the beach which is difficult to get to and had to come up all the way up to the pool area to get any drinks. The wifi was very poor and the towels were similar to a two star hotel.
location / room / bed / beach
the loud music every night!
Amazing pool view ı have ever seen. Breakfast and dinners are so delicious and vide range. Rooms were very clean.
Staff is very haughty. Specially pool towel staff is vas very bad. He was always angry and warning someone about stupid things. For etc. " put it back to your sunbeds" ( this is his own and real phrase ) and while he was saying this phrase he pushed my sunbed with his foot and ı was sleeping at the moment so normally I scared. And I didnt understand why did he sad just like a thing to me cause my sunbed was very normal just like every one in the pool area. Next day we want to change our beach towels he get angry to us.And sad " you cant change them you have to keep 2 days." It can be hotel rule ı can understand this, but he cant to yell us cause we are a customer in there. His job is,explain the rules to the customer not the yalling.!!! I never seen just like thing before any hotel in the World. You can feel military zone in every moment. If you want to relax holiday dont choose this place. Every moment can someone to get angry to you..
facilities were nice, good location, pools stunning staff extremely nice and helpful
thought the beach area was scruffy and untidy, with no facilities - toilet, drinks etc wifi was shocking all over the resort the rooms in the main hotel were extremely noisy at night with the bar and entertainment below.
great food, great service, and fantastic pool
poor internet connection
The location just on the cost with a stunning view on the sea and infinity pool is priceless. Room standard very good. Staff more than friendly and profesional. We felt there very much welcoming. The last is food - just excellent. Sometimes I thought that is was more all about restaurant experience than just a lesure time.
The only thing that was not perfect was cleanliness of the rooms. It could be definately better.
Lovely hotel with a magnificent infinity pool is how I would sum up. Arrived 1.00 O'clock in the morning after a long journey to a warm welcome a glass from the bar and a salad buffet and soup which was most appreciated the touch which got our break off to a great start. During our stay the food was great well presented and freshly cooked and a wide choice. There was always plenty of room in the restaurant sometimes a few minutes wait if you wanted to eat on the terrace. The pool bar served up a wide range of cocktails and drinks and good quantity snacks the service one again efficient and quick. On our last morning we reserved a table at the restaurant overlooking the infinity pool a perfect location to finish with mixture of self service and waiter service a relaxing way to finish our 5 day break. The Spa was used by my wife she most impressed with the easy of booking a treatment and the treatment itself. You should note that the hotel is in a quiet location and occupies a sloping site. However the bus service to Kos Town was very efficient and easy. Buy your bus tickets at the mini market 1.5 euros each way it took approximately 20 mins and there were 3 buses an hour. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful not only in the restaurant but throughout the hotel. Nothing was to much trouble. We both enjoyed our stay and the friendly staff were a positive factor we would return to this hotel. We had a Junior Suite which would be good for a party of 4 but would recommend a premier room for the perfect sea view if you are 2 with their unobstructive views.
In our eyes the only negative being non smokers a non smoking area in the bar should be a must. Sitting next to a chain smoking inconsiderate person with the smell and taste of smoke in the back of your throat is not nice I think the hotel manager should seriously consider this which would then accommodate all
The infinity pool is Amazing, if you like to swim is perfect with its 160 mts. Breakfast was deliciuous, you could choose among a huge variety of fresh products and even have mimosas, you can also reserve breakfast by the pool with the most beautiful view. The hotel is 15 minutes from town but the bus stop is just outside and you can also rent a car a scooter or a quad. The Sea Therma is also very close, we went at night and it was amazing.
We had a late flight and had already checked out, since we spent the afternoon at the pool, we wanted a shower before leaving, they had facilities but no doors in the showers!!
Spacious room, amazing pool and friendly staff for best prices.. Totally recommended..
Great location, beautiful view and infinity pool, good food and spa.
Service in the restaurant is not always on 5* level, however they did their best to make it better.
personel was friendly and helpful. room was clean. view was good.
number of beach towels were limited. you had to give one to take one. there was only one spot where you can exchange towels.
. Reception staff attitıde . Utilities inthe room . Cleanliness
. No food/drink service to seadside . No good option for the lunch . Seaside is noisy due to sheltered location . Breakfast & dinner content not satisfactory . Restaurant very noisy due to cleaning & sorting by staff . Restaurant service not well organized
